Looking for a nice and child-friendly holiday home for six persons in Zeeland, that also allows you to bring three dogs? Holiday park Oud Kempen in Stavenisse on Tholen offers you the possibility to rent this luxurious town house equipped with a washing machine and a drying machine. Not only will you be able to stay here with up to six persons, your dogs are more than welcome as well. It's a cozy holiday home that's been fully and comfortably furnished, featuring a covered terrace as well as a spacious, enclosed garden where the children and the dogs can play free of any problems. The cottage is not suitable for wheelchair users and disabled access.
Free WiFi is available at this home. 

Stavenisse is situated at walking distance from the Oosterschelde, offering a great many options for water sports, such as swimming, surfing and sailing. It's a very beautiful area for going on long hiking or bicycle trips, with the many small roads taking you along the most beautiful locations. Various cities like Antwerpen, Bergen op Zoom and Rotterdam are easily accessible and offer many events and attractions if you'd like to go on a day trip. The holiday park offers a reception, a bistro, a playing field and a tennis court among other things, and you'll be able to use the open-air swimming pool during summer. An ideal holiday park for a vacation with dogs and children. Cancellation insurance: 4.24€ fix
A cancellation insurance helps you recover costs if you have to cancel your trip or if your vacation ends prematurely. If you take out short-term cancellation insurance through us, it is only valid for one trip and lasts as long as your vacation. Coverage This insurance covers unexpected events such as serious illness or an accident involving you or a family member, the death of a family member, sudden unemployment, natural disasters, and other unexpected situations. However, if you simply change your mind or if there's bad weather, you will not receive any money back. The terms and conditions specify exactly what is and is not covered and what you need to do to file a claim. We collaborate with RecreatieVerzekeringen.nl to arrange your insurance. They ultimately decide whether your claim is valid and how much money you will receive back. Costs You pay 5.5% of the total rental cost of your vacation plus €3.50 for the policy and 21% insurance tax. The premium must be paid immediately after booking your trip. Let us know within five days who will be accompanying you. If you forget to do this or do it too late, you may not be covered by the insurance. Everything present in the house, lovely garden and near the Eastern Scheldt. Not very fancy but value for money. We were allowed to stay the entire Sunday, despite the official checkout time at 11 am.
