Description
Our lovingly furnished holiday home comfortably accommodates 3 people. The object is only for non-smokers, we ask you to accept this.
There is a double bed in the bedroom and a folding wall bed in the living area. The equipment is in a very good condition and invites you to a relaxed holiday at the Baltic Sea coast. Of course, this also includes barbecue evenings on the terrace. The flat is fully furnished, but should anything be missing, we can help you quickly and easily.

There is a parking space for your car directly at the house.
A baby cot, a high chair and children's tableware are available for our little guests.
Thanks to the free Wi-Fi access, you can surf the internet at any time and share your holiday experiences with friends and family.

Location and surroundings of object
Wittenbeck is a small town between Kühlungsborn, with its very good shopping and leisure facilities, and Heiligendamm, Germany's oldest seaside resort, which is being rebuilt. Even in the summer months you will find quiet places here.
There is a golf course directly in the village and a nearby wooded area
"Die Kühlung" invites you to take long walks away from the beach.
The Molli narrow-gauge railway runs between Kühlungsborn and Bad Doberan, and Rostock is about 30 km away.

Herzliche Begrüßung durch Vermieter, ruhige Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung.
Wandern zum Strand (ca. 1,5km) und nach Kühlungsborn,
Warnemünde und Rostock sind auch nicht weit entfernt.
Gerne wieder.

The quiet holiday apartment is beyond all praise in terms of facilities, cleanliness, and comfort! It feels like new and is constantly checked for perfection and functionality of the equipment by the landlords. Useful hints from the guests are gladly taken into account. In the kitchen area, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment allows for necessary storage in a holiday apartment, especially since the nearest supermarket is only accessible by car for shopping. In the bright, cozy living room with a sofa and armchair, a television and various games provide entertainment in bad weather, and a well-functioning heating system ensures pleasant temperatures. The bedroom and sanitary facilities meet a good, normal standard. The large, easily accessible terrace is also particularly beautiful. Storage facilities are available for bicycles, and there is a parking space in front of the house for cars. Furthermore, the great friendliness and extremely warm hospitality of the landlords should be mentioned. This holiday apartment is recommended without reservation.
