Description

In our lovingly furnished holiday property, 3 people will find comfortable accommodation. The property is for non-smokers only, we kindly ask you to respect this.

There is a double bed in the bedroom and a wall-mounted fold-down bed in the living area. The furnishings are in very good condition and invite you to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea coast. Of course, this also includes barbecue evenings on the terrace. The apartment is fully furnished, but should anything be missing, we can assist quickly and easily.
A warm welcome.

A parking space is available for your vehicle directly at the house.

For our little guests, a baby bed, a high chair, and children's dishes are available.
Thanks to the free Wi-Fi access, you can surf the internet at any time and share your holiday experiences with friends and family. Long-term rental is not possible in the holiday apartment Manu & Matis.

Wittenbeck is a small town between Kühlungsborn, with its very good shopping and leisure facilities, and Heiligendamm, Germany's oldest seaside resort, which is being rebuilt. Even in the summer months you will find quiet places here.
There is a golf course directly in the village and a nearby wooded area
"Die Kühlung" invites you to take long walks away from the beach.
The Molli narrow-gauge railway runs between Kühlungsborn and Bad Doberan, and Rostock is about 30 km away.

An ideal starting point for cycling

Small beautiful accommodation

The location is optimal; you can reach the sea in 10 minutes by bike. The accommodation has everything you need; there is no dishwasher, but with 2 people having enough space in the accommodation, that is more than bearable. You can sit well on the small terrace, as far as the weather allows. Otherwise, everything is very tidy and clean, and everything you need is there.

Excited!

My son and I spent a short vacation here and were completely thrilled.

The apartment has everything you need.
It is very nicely furnished and very clean.

Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the landlord Manu.
They were always reachable in case of any problems.
We felt very comfortable.

The accommodation is not far from the cliff and you can reach Kühlungsborn by car in a few minutes. Thank you for your hospitality.

We will gladly come again ?

Just a change of scenery.

Upon arrival, flowers, sparkling water, and wine on the table for greeting. Holiday apartment, very clean, nicely furnished. Very warm-hearted landlords who are very attentive to ensure that guests feel comfortable. Apartment is good for relaxing, and places like Kühlungsborn, Doberan, Heiligendamm, Warnemünde, and Rostock are quickly accessible! We can definitely recommend the apartment.

Perfectly equipped holiday apartment with a feel-good factor.

I was with our nine-year-old daughter for a week at the end of July/beginning of August in the sparkling clean holiday apartment of Manu & Matis to have a beach vacation in Kühlungsborn.
We were warmly welcomed by the two hosts and immediately felt at home. To our delight, there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers on the table and art supplies for my daughter, as well as small candies on the beds. They really put a lot of love into the details! The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished, with everything one needs for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was well equipped (even including a salad spinner and grater), so I could easily prepare our favorite dishes. The living room offers a view of the small front garden with a patio (+ grill) and invites you to relax in front of the TV in the evenings. We found the bed in the bedroom very cozy and it provides ample space for a restful night's sleep. The contact with the landlords was also excellent – friendly, helpful, and always reachable. I can highly recommend this vacation apartment and am already looking forward to our next visit!

Important to consider when booking: Manus and Matis vacation apartment is located a bit outside of Kühlungsborn in Wittenbeck. On the one hand, this is very nice because you have peace in the evening, but you need to drive about 10 minutes by car to the beach. Unfortunately, there are no free parking spaces in Kühlungsborn. So we had to pay around €16 for the parking garage daily. Alternatively, you could also take the bus, which stops directly in the town.

Always beautiful!!!!

We have been coming to this holiday apartment for several years now.
We are mom, dad, and our now 11-year-old son.
Whether spring, summer, or winter... we arrive and are immediately in vacation mode.
Nothing is missing. And if there is ever a concern, these two quickly find a solution. Manu and Matis are attentive and hospitable hosts.
We love it to be quieter. You can certainly find peace in Wittenbeck... it’s very nice for walking... either through the village or to the stone beach.
By bike, you can also quickly get to Kühlungsborn if you need more action. A bike is recommended as parking spaces are scarce and parking fees are increasing.
Shopping options and a gas station are also not far away.
Wittenbeck is a good starting point for trips towards Wismar or Stralsund.

One could still write so much beautiful and good... we just like it.
We enjoy it, we will come back!!!

Gladly again

We are "repeat offenders". We love the peace, the friendliness of Manu and Matis. The holiday apartment is small and fine, lovingly furnished, sufficient for 2-3 people. Everything you need for the holiday is in the kitchen-living room. You just have to use it. Bikes, barbecue on the terrace, games and TV for bad weather. We are already looking forward to next year.

What more could you want!

The quiet holiday apartment is beyond all praise in terms of facilities, cleanliness, and comfort! It feels like new and is constantly checked for perfection and functionality of the equipment by the landlords. Useful hints from the guests are gladly taken into account. In the kitchen area, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment allows for necessary storage in a holiday apartment, especially since the nearest supermarket is only accessible by car for shopping. In the bright, cozy living room with a sofa and armchair, a television and various games provide entertainment in bad weather, and a well-functioning heating system ensures pleasant temperatures. The bedroom and sanitary facilities meet a good, normal standard. The large, easily accessible terrace is also particularly beautiful. Storage facilities are available for bicycles, and there is a parking space in front of the house for cars. Furthermore, the great friendliness and extremely warm hospitality of the landlords should be mentioned. This holiday apartment is recommended without reservation.
