We have already vacationed several times with Mrs. Kircheis and are very satisfied every time anew. The landlady is extremely friendly, and the entire process is always uncomplicated and pleasant. In this house, we always feel very well taken care of. We particularly appreciate the quiet location, the private beach, and the spacious garden, which is simply perfect for our dog. The comfortable beds, the spacious house, and the possibility to park the car directly in front of the house contribute to a relaxing stay. The surroundings also have a lot to offer and invite interesting excursions. We always enjoy going to Valencia and Morella, and the Ebro Delta is absolutely worth seeing. This year, we also visited Balma to see the impressive church in the rock. In this house, one can wonderfully relax, enjoy nature, and simply let the soul dangle. A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Kircheis and to Antonio, who is always helpful on-site and supports the guests with advice and action. We always like to come back and can recommend this accommodation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We spent two beautiful and quiet weeks in the very clean and tastefully furnished apartment of Edith and Jan. The personal, extremely warm welcome with a good bottle of wine, canned beer, snacks, and a welcome message on a slate was very pleasant and immediately established a basis of trust, as if we had known each other for a long time. The kitchen equipment is very tasteful and everything one needs daily is available in sufficient quantity. , including coffee, tea, as well as several spices.
The facility is very clean and well-maintained, the pool is large and through the beautiful garden it is only a few meters to the beach. Towards Denia city there are long sandy beaches where one always finds a quiet spot and which are not crowded. The highway is very easily accessible, so there is the possibility to take nice trips to Benissa, Moraira, Calpe, or Alicante. It is also recommended to drive from Denia to Jesus Pobre, Java, or Altea. In Jesus Pobre, a nice farmers' market with all kinds of specialties takes place on Sundays.
All in all, the apartment is highly recommended and we would be happy to get in touch with Edith and Jan again when we want to spend our vacation in the Denia area.
