Description
The holiday apartment, located on the ground floor and facing south, is located in a beautiful private house in the coastal hinterland of Denia.
The small urbanization Casablanca, in an absolutely quiet location, is inhabited all year round.
The apartment is tastefully, brightly, and friendly furnished, equipped for a relaxed holiday for up to 4 people.
There is a very spacious living room with dining area and open kitchen. One of the bedrooms has 2 single beds, and the second bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
Naturally, you will find everything in the apartment that you need for a relaxed holiday. TV reception via satellite Astra 19.2 (all common German and international channels) and Astra 23.5 (for Dutch TV reception) is installed. You are welcome to bring your decoder for the reception of pay-TV. Spanish TV is received via DTT.
In the garden, there are several terraces with sun and/or shade, where everyone can find their desired spot. The private saltwater pool is exclusively available for your use during your stay.
The ground floor of a two-family house is rented out. There is a separate driveway with its own parking space and a private, ground-level house entrance. The clever design of the house provides ample sun and shade in the summer, while in the fall/winter the low-standing sun provides welcome warmth inside as well. Thus, this apartment is an ideal place for an extended stay, even in the off-season. Please ask about special conditions for long-term rental.

The small village of Sanet y Negrals is located in the Marina Alta, precisely between Valencia and Alicante. 5 minutes from Ondara and 10 minutes from the finest sandy beach on the Costa Blanca.
The spacious holiday apartment is located in the small urbanization Casablanca in a completely traffic-calmed area. On several terraces, one can relax far away from mass tourism. The view over the beautiful Girona valley with its orange plantations up to the mountains on the horizon is unique every day.
The place can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Here you can find, among other things, bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, an Estanco (tobacco shop), and also a pharmacy. There are restaurants in both classic and upscale categories. The patron saint festival takes place annually at the beginning of September. The shopping center "Portal de La Marina" in Ondara offers many stores with various assortments, small boutiques, internationally known clothing and shoe stores, as well as a Carrefour market with the well-known large mixed assortment. Various restaurants also cater to your culinary needs.
The district capital of Marina Alta is the nearby Denia, a very popular tourist destination. Enjoy the extensive sports and cultural offerings. From the ferry port, you can reach the Balearic island of Ibiza by fast ferry in about 2 hours, a nice day trip. In the evening, you leave the hustle and bustle behind and enjoy the peace and the beautiful starry sky on your terrace.
Sanet y Negrals is the perfect base for small and big excursions. The N-332, the main north-south traffic avenue on the Costa Blanca, can be reached in 5 minutes. Cyclists find ideal conditions here: whether with a trekking bike through the orange groves or with a road bike on extensive tours over the very good roads here in the Marina Alta. Anyone who has ever been surrounded by the intoxicating scent of blooming orange trees will never forget this experience.
Bicycles can be rented nearby at good rates in specialty shops.
The mild climate on the Costa Blanca invites you to play golf all year round. The Oliva Nova Golf Club is just a few minutes' drive away. It offers a 9-hole and 18-hole golf course near the beach with palm-lined fairways in an exclusive ambiance. A spa and wellness area is available for relaxation.
The La Sella Golf Resort with its 27-hole golf course is about 10 minutes away by car.
The Golf Club on the outskirts of Gandia offers a 6-hole golf course, an affordable pleasure for beginners.
Water sports enthusiasts have a wide range of options here. Jetski and boat rentals, surf or kitesurf schools, diving or water skiing, everything is possible here. We are happy to help you contact the providers.
In 10 minutes, one can reach the Marjal Nature Park in Pego, a paradise for nature lovers. On their website, one can find information about flora and fauna, hiking and climbing routes, as well as all sorts of interesting facts in several languages. A popular destination is the surrounding mountains, which invite you to see the almond bloom in spring and then the cherry bloom. A wonderful time for extended walks or hikes. During harvest time, farmers in the villages offer their delicious, hand-picked cherries for sale at reasonable prices.

Beautiful vacation with a dream view
We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation in this magnificent house in Sanet y Negrals. The location and the view are simply a dream. From the pool and the spacious terrace, you look directly at the impressive, mountainous landscape – a view that you really can't get enough of. ?
The apartment itself was very well-maintained, clean, and lovingly kept. The spacious terrace and the beautiful pool made our stay perfect. It was especially nice to just sit outside in the mornings or evenings, enjoy the peace, and have this fantastic view of nature. The landlords live above the rental property and are simply "sweet": incredibly friendly, helpful, and warm, yet pleasantly reserved and discreet. One feels immediately welcome and at the same time completely undisturbed – a truly wonderful combination.
And then there are the two sweet cats, which we of course loved to pet. ? ? ❤️ They also made our stay somehow a little bit more special.
We felt completely comfortable and spent a beautiful time. It was one of those vacations where you already know during the stay that you will miss it later. And that's exactly how it is now – we already miss this beautiful place, the tranquility, the view, and the warm hospitality.
The sea is just a few minutes by car away?
An absolute recommendation for all those seeking peace, nature, a dreamlike view, and warm hosts. We would come back anytime! ❤️

A haven of peace
This is the 2nd time we are spending vacation in Sanet y Negrals and staying in Hilde's house, who is a very very kind and pleasant host. The 1st time we discovered the ideally located place near the sea and the nearby big cities. The house is very well equipped with everything necessary, the air conditioning is a plus, and the pool is very nice. The landscape is magnificent in the midst of the mountains; the environment dominated by silence allows for rest and enjoyment of the scenery. I hiked the ascents and admired the landscape, which I never grew tired of throughout the stay. I highly recommend the place. You will be amazed by the environment.

Everything that is important to us
Spacious and functionally equipped apartment and kitchen, with a sunny terrace and beautiful view, the pool may also be used. Very nice and helpful landlords. Good starting point for cycling and hiking, as well as excursions into nature. Everything worked out great for us. We have been there twice already.

Beautifully located holiday apartment with everything you need to spend a relaxing vacation in a peaceful environment. Mrs. Vinken, the landlady, was very nice and gave us good tips. Our furry friend also enjoyed it here, and we would love to come back sometime.

Pure relaxation
The location is excellent, very quiet by Spanish standards, it is not a tourist coastal resort, but that is the advantage.
In addition, there is a very beautiful view from the terrace, peace and quiet at the pool to relax and Mrs. Vinken is very helpful with all questions that arise during a holiday and can give many tips.
I felt very comfortable and used the location mainly for extended cycling tours in the near and far surroundings, but there are also possibilities for many other activities.
I hope this will not be the last time I stay there and I will gladly come back again.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub in diesem herrlichen Haus in Sanet y Negrals. Schon die Lage und die Aussicht sind einfach ein Traum. Vom Pool und von der großzügigen Terrasse schaut man direkt auf die beeindruckende, bergige Landschaft – ein Ausblick, an dem man sich wirklich nicht sattsehen kann. ?
Die Wohnung selbst war sehr gepflegt, sauber und liebevoll gehalten. Die großzügige Terrasse und der schöne Pool haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Besonders schön war es, morgens oder abends einfach draußen zu sitzen, die Ruhe zu genießen und diese fantastische Aussicht auf die Natur zu haben.
Die Vermieter wohnen oberhalb des Mietobjekts und sind einfach „Zucker“: unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich, dabei aber angenehm zurückhaltend und diskret. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gleichzeitig völlig ungestört – eine wirklich wunderbare Kombination.
Und dann sind da noch die beiden süßen Katzen, die wir natürlich sehr gerne gekrault haben. ??❤️ Auch sie haben unseren Aufenthalt irgendwie noch ein kleines bisschen besonderer gemacht.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Es war einer dieser Urlaube, bei denen man schon während des Aufenthalts weiß, dass man ihn später vermissen wird. Und genau so ist es jetzt – wir vermissen diesen wunderschönen Ort, die Ruhe, die Aussicht und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft jetzt schon.
Das Meer ist in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar ?
Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe, Natur, eine traumhafte Aussicht und herzliche Gastgeber suchen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! ❤️

Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Radfahren und Wandern, bzw. Ausflüge in die Natur.
Für uns hat alles ganz prima gepasst. Wir waren schon zweimal da.
Frau Vinken die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns gute Tips gegeben.
Auch unserer Fellnase hat es hier gut gefallen und wir würden gerne bei Gelegenheit mal wieder kommen.
Hinzu kommt eine sehr schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse, Ruhe am Pool zum Entspannen und Frau Vinken ist sehr behilflich bei allen Fragen, die in einem Urlaub so auftreten und kann viele Tipps geben.
Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und nutzte die Lage hauptsächlich zu ausgedehnten Radtouren in der näheren und auch weiteren Umgebung, aber auch für viele andere Unternehmungen sind die Möglichkeiten vorhanden.
Ich werde hoffentlich nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein und komme gerne wiedder.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Für Überwinterer (6 Monate)wie wir es waren leider nicht zu empfehlen
Von Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit seitens Hilde keine Spur-Hausmeisterservice waren wir selber.Partys und Events,den Gästen verboten-wurden dafür laut und ausreichend von den Hausleuten gefeiert.
Auch die Sauberkeit rund ums Haus ließ zu wünschen übrig außerdem diente unsere Terrasse für Gebrauchtmöbel und Sonstiges zeitweise als Abstellplatz.
Unser Fazit:
wir waren zum Teil dann froh,als unser Heimreisetag kam
Der Empfang durch die Vermieter war sehr herzlich. Und wieder haben wir eine sehr saubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist top! Der Ort ist perfekt um Ruhe und Entspannung zu finden und dennoch ist es nicht weit zu den herrlichen Stränden und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Bereits die erste Kontaktaufnahme inkl. Wegbeschreibung und der Eindruck vor Ort waren perfekt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, alles vorhanden was man braucht und sehr sauber sowie in einem tadellosen Zustand. Hilde und Manfred sind für eine Auskunft oder auch nur ein nettes Gespräch immer zu haben und konnten uns bei allen Themen weiterhelfen und sind sehr hilfsbereit.
Sanet y Negrals liegt ruhig und doch sehr zentral für Ausflüge rund um Denia. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und haben in 2 Wochen sowohl ruhige Tage am sehr schönen Pool als auch an den Stränden zum Baden und Schnorcheln und beim Wandern am Montgo verbracht.
Alles in allem wurden unsere Erwartungen erfüllt bzw. übertroffen und wir werden sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein.
Die Ferienwohnung war in einem Top-Zustand. Es war alles was man für täglichen Gebrauch benötigte, vorhanden.
Die Vermieter Hilde und Manfred sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kaum angekommen haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das besondere Klima hat uns sehr gut getan. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist einzigartig und ruhig. Auf die Terasse schien den ganzen Tag die Sonne. Wir waren begeistert, denn es entsprach alles so, wie es angepriesen wurde. Auch die Eltern (80 und 77 Jahre), die uns während unseres Aufenthaltes besuchten, fühlten sich in der Wohnung gleich zu Hause und wissen nur Positives zu berichten. Das Klima, die Sonne, die Wärme - alles hat ihnen gefallen und gut getan. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Es dauert jedesmal nur ein paar Tage um den Arbeitalltag hinter sich zu lassen.
Das die Vermieter Hilde und Mani auch dort wohnen, ist eher eine Bereicherung.
Ich kann diese tolle Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
Leur maison est bien située entre mer et montagne.
La piscine est très propre et très agréable.
Logement très confortable (manque seulement la climatisation et un abri pour la voiture).
Prévoir 15 kms pour aller à la mer, mais c'est très vite fait car il y a une voie rapide.
Je recommande à 100 % ce logement.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Rand des Örtchens Sanet. Zu Fuß braucht man keine 10 Minuten in den Ortskern.
Besonders genossen haben wir die Abende auf der Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick über das Gironatal und unsere Zeit am Pool.
Die wunderbaren Strände sind mit dem Auto in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter Hilde und Manni sind sehr darauf bedacht, dass dem Urlauber nichts fehlt und alles in Ordnung ist. Sie verhalten sich sehr diskret, so dass man das Gefühl hat alleine auf dem Grundstück zu sein. Dennoch sind sie bei Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar.
Die Ferienwohnung können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

We zien er alweer naar uit dat we ook dit jaar weer naar Sanet gaan en ook naar het appartement in Piles aan het strand.
Es ist alles sehr sauber und an der Ausstattung gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.
Wir können diese tolle Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
Es ist sehr idyllisch und trotzdem sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt. Hier ist alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Strände sind auch nur ca. 15 min entfernt.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, egal zu welcher Zeit man Fragen hat, kann man sich an sie wenden.

Der Pool stand uns zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung und wurde durch die Vermieter bestens gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett, sehr hilfsbereit und stets darauf bedacht, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Wir konnten leider nur eine Woche dort verbringen, haben uns jedoch bestens erholt und können die Wohnung ohne jegliche Einschränkung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
Ein paar Eindrücke möchten wir aber trotzdem weitergeben, welche bei der Entscheidung für dieses Objekt vielleicht hilfreich sind.
Sie möchten Urlaub machen, bei welchem Sie absolut entspannen möchten, Strände, Natur und Landschaft erkunden möchten, dann buchen Sie. Sollten Sie Lust auf shoppen, spanische Feste und Nachtleben in Denia haben, dann buchen Sie. Wir haben alles genossen und dies quasi vor der Haustür bzw. nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto.
Die Ferienwohnung ist Klasse, genug Platz und von Handtüchern, Bettwäsche bis Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine alles vorhanden. Sauberkeit wie wir sie in noch keinem Urlaubsquartier erlebt haben, BLITZEBLANK!
2 überdachte Terrassen, je nachdem wo die Sonne gerade scheint … ein schattiges Plätzchen gibt es immer. Der Pool ist fantastisch und gehört wirklich nur Ihnen alleine, genauso wie die Sonnenliegen am Pool … ganz privat und sehr schön.
Ihr Auto parken Sie direkt vor der Wohnung und haben so keine langen Wege.
Das die Vermieter direkt beim Objekt wohnen war für uns bei der Auswahl ein Kriterium, über welches wir immer 2x nachdenken … in diesem Fall war das völlig unnötig.
Hilde und Manfred sind 2 Menschen, welche unseren Urlaub bereichert haben. In Ihrer Funktion als Vermieter super, immer darauf bedacht das dem Urlauber nichts fehlt und alles in Ordnung ist und das absolut diskret - die perfekte Mischung … uns sind die Beiden sehr ans Herz gewachsen.
Wir buchen auf jeden Fall wieder bei Hilde und Manfred – mehr Urlaub, Spaß & Erholung geht nicht.
