Description

The detached villa is very tastefully decorated and is located in a quiet street of San Jaime. The hillside location opens up a truly beautiful panorama of both the sea and the cliffs of Calpe.
The surroundings of the property spoil the eye with Mediterranean plants and magnificent palm trees. The scent of citrus plants and flowers is in the air.

Key data about the house:
The property covers 1050 sqm. On the 230 sqm living space there is room for 8 people without any problems. The property is completely fenced and to a large extent secluded.
The modern villa (with photovoltaic and solar) is equipped to a high standard. Air conditioning as well as heating always provide a pleasant temperature. Living area and sleeping area is equipped with TV

Terrace and pool: the 5 x 10 m heated pool allows a wonderful swimming pleasure in every season
The villa has several terraces, which are equipped with sunbeds, parasols and lounge. There is an outdoor kitchen on the pool terrace with gas grill, refrigerator and radiant heaters

Bedrooms and bathrooms: On the lower living level there are two bedrooms with box-spring beds 1.80 x 2.00 m and two adjoining bathrooms with walk-in showers. On the upper level there are also two bedrooms with boxspring beds 1,80 x 2,00 m and two adjoining bathrooms. Some of the bedrooms have walk-in or built-in wardrobes. Towels, bed linen, bathrobes and hairdryer are provided

Kitchen/Living: The villa has two kitchens, one on each living level with adjoining living and dining room. The kitchens are equipped with high quality appliances, refrigerator, dishwashers, induction stoves, steamers, ovens, coffee makers as well as other kitchen utensils that will delight any cook
Dishes, glasses, sets etc are also provided in sufficient quantity

The house has of course a washing machine and a dryer, SAT system, fiber optic network, alarm system, a garage and a carport to park the vehicle.

The prices shown here are for the complete property.
If only one accommodation unit is desired (max. 4 persons), the rental price as well as the final cleaning are reduced by 30% when booking the upper accommodation unit and by 35% when booking the lower accommodation unit. The not booked WE remains thereby closed and is not rented out otherwise.
During the main season only the entire object can be rented

During the winter months there are additional heating and electricity costs. (according to consumption)
Normal electricity consumption per week is included. Additional consumption will be charged with 0,25 Euro per kWh
Final cleaning, heating and electricity costs will be charged with the rental deposit.

Cancellation terms:

  • Bis 6 Wochen vorher 100% Erstattung, bis 4 Wochen vorher 50 % Erstattung. Aufgrund der Coronapandemie und der nicht voraussehbaren Entwicklung, wird der Anzahlungsbetrag auch zurückerstattet, wenn eine Einreise von offizieller Seite nicht möglich ist.

A dream house

We were there with a large family and enjoyed the days so much. You can retreat wonderfully or enjoy great hours together in this beautiful house with the two flats. The flats are equipped to the highest standards and are very clean!
The property and the pool are in no way inferior. All in all, just absolutely recommendable.
We are so thrilled that our next holiday has already been booked. Thank you once again to the super landlords. We will be back!

Wunderschönes Haus

Tolles Haus für 8 Personen, Top Einrichtung, sehr schöne strandnahe Lage, ruhig, super Einkaufsmöglichkeit fussläufig.
Schöner großer Pool, große Terrassen
Aussenküche überdacht mit großem Grill. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und es gibt genug Geschirr
Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
