Casa Erimeli - detached, quiet holiday home for up to 6 people with private pool in Calpe.
3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom en suite, air conditioning, satellite TV, thermal windows with mosquito repellent and shutters, LED reading lamps, USB charging station for mobile phones/tablets, bathrobe, make-up mirror, hair dryer.
Bed linen, shower, bath and hand towels are provided.
Open 12m long kitchen-dining area, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric cooker with 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, Braun coffee machine (filter) and Nespresso capsule machine, egg cooker, microwave, blender, juicer, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and much more more.
German TV channels (Astra HD satellite system), DVD player, Alexa echo dot, WLAN/WIFI, collection of games, piano, warm water solar system, oil central heating, fireplace.
Sun terrace in perfect southern exposure, pool 8 x 4.5 m with stairs, underwater bench and multicolored LED lighting, outdoor shower, sun loungers, parasols.
Parking space, closed property, garden lighting, hammock, awning, Weber gas grill.
Extra room with washing machine, iron, ironing board.
The floor tiles around the pool are non-slip even with wet feet!
Casa Erimeli is a non-smoking house. Smoking on the terrace is of course possible.

Location and surroundings of object
The private holiday property is quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the well-tended settlement of Gran Sol in Calpe, in the most beautiful part of the Costa Blanca, known for wonderful weather all year round. Along the coast there are miles of sandy beaches and countless small bays with crystal clear water. A variety of water sports, but also excursions into the mountainous hinterland to romantic mountain villages in the middle of orange plantations await the visitor.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus einen super schönen Urlaub verbracht. Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir können die casa eremili uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

A holiday to suit our taste

Super relaxing holiday
Very nice casa with great facilities, and very comfortable beds and working air conditioners in every bedroom!!!
In the kitchen there is everything you need, and much more !!!!
We were with 6 people and all were thrilled and come back again !!!
Mr. Koch organised 2 new sun loungers and a new huge parasol for us on request!!!!

Beautiful, well-maintained house with pool
We were guests at Casa Erimeli in 2021. It is a very beautiful and well-maintained house with a large pool. The arrangements and the reception by Mr Willi Koch were excellent
Mr Koch looks after the house/the guests with a lot of heart and soul, but unobtrusively and is available at all times.
We felt very comfortable in this villa and will gladly come again.
This year we unfortunately had to cancel our holiday for health reasons. This was also no problem
