In a beautiful panoramic location, this holiday home is situated on the edge of the nature reserve in Denia with its own pool and impressive sea view
This holiday home is situated on a private plot of 800 sqm. The garden is laid out in a Mediterranean style, partly with palm trees and various bushes. The private pool is equipped with steps for easy access. Sun loungers and a parasol are available at the pool. There is also a beautiful view of the town and the sea. A parking space is located within the enclosed property. The surrounding area is a paradise for nature lovers.
The holiday home is divided into a living-dining room with SAT-TV, internet connection via Wlan and exit to the furnished terrace and the private pool with sun terrace, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two beds, each with air conditioning, a bathroom with bathtub, WC and washing machine and an open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and toaster. An iron and an ironing board are also part of the equipment.
