Description

In a beautiful panoramic location, this holiday home is situated on the edge of the nature reserve in Denia with its own pool and impressive view of the sea.
This holiday home stands on an 800 sqm private plot. The garden is landscaped in a Mediterranean style, partly with palm trees and various bushes. The private pool is equipped with entry steps. Sun loungers are available for you at the pool. Here you also have a beautiful view of the city and the sea. A parking space is located within the enclosed property. The surroundings are a paradise for nature lovers. The holiday home is divided into a living-dining room with SAT-TV, internet access via Wi-Fi and access to the furnished terrace and the private pool with sun terrace, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two beds, each with air conditioning (hot/cold), a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washing machine, and an open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and toaster. An iron and ironing board are also included in the amenities. For the cooler season, a pellet stove has meanwhile been installed in the living room; the air conditioners can also be used for heating.
