Description
an exceptionally spacious country house with plenty of room that will inspire you. It has a living area of 350 sqm and its own 4000 sqm private park plot in a quiet location on the edge of the nature reserve. The property is protected from view, so that you can move around here completely freely and at your leisure. Only the driveway area is visible from the outside.
Even the private pool is exceptionally large and its length of 14 m invites you to swim a few sporty laps. You will certainly find relaxation during a walk through the well-kept, beautiful park.
The beautiful living atmosphere will certainly contribute to your relaxation. An oasis of relaxation and a dream for every garden lover. Romantic terraces and a separate barbecue house invite you to linger.
A well-tended sunbathing lawn borders the 14 x 5 metre private pool. Here you will also find shady spots and can make yourself comfortable on one of the 6 sun loungers. For "sun-seekers" there is also a sunbathing terrace. The pool is equipped with an access ladder and brick steps for easy entry. The diving board also ensures bathing fun. Undisturbed bathing pleasure in a wonderfully green environment.
Due to the 350 sqm living space of the house, you will find plenty of room here.
You enter the house, which is protected by an alarm system, through a small entrance from which you reach the upper floor, which is divided into a large living room with satellite TV and fireplace as well as an exit to the rear garden area. A small anteroom with a sofa, a double bedroom (2 single mattresses) with a view to the sea and a bathroom with shower and toilet are also available on this floor.
From the entrance you also enter through an anteroom with a sofa into the two further double bedrooms (one with a 1.50 m wide mattress, one with two 90 cm wide mattresses), which each have their own bathroom with shower, WC and small anteroom with seating. The large fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas cooker with oven, 2-door refrigerator, beverage refrigerator and microwave combination appliance. There is a washing machine in the adjoining room.
You can also access the garden and the barbecue house with cooking facilities from here, as well as through a passageway to the dining room and another, smaller living room with stereo and a second staircase to the upper floor. The house is equipped with an internet connection via WLAN.
There is a garage for your car. If you are travelling with more than one car, you will find further parking spaces within the enclosed property. Pets are allowed in the house.
Despite the quiet location on the edge of the Montgo nature reserve, i.e. somewhat away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can reach the sea and the centre of Denia in just a few minutes by car. Shopping facilities, bars and restaurants are about 3 km away. Here you can spend a holiday in a rural environment and still enjoy the numerous amenities of a larger holiday resort.
