A classic vacation home has been transformed into a luxurious multi-family vacation home for all ages during an extensive remodeling project. Villa White Flamingo features 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 with private bathrooms and 2 with a shared bathroom in the hallway, 2 living areas, 2 kitchens and an unparalleled outdoor space.
In the main living area on the first floor, you will be greeted with a modern and luxurious atmosphere! Enjoy the comfortable open floor plan that gives the living, kitchen and dining areas an inviting atmosphere. The living room features a comfortable couch where you can either watch TV or relax in front of the flat screen TV. For gamers, there is even a Playstation 4 with a number of games. The elegant dining table for 8 and the bar for 2 make this a perfect place for your favorite tropical drinks, good food and good company! Got a little something to do while you're here? The home's high-speed WiFi makes it quick and easy for telecommuters and students to get their projects done on time.
Indulge your inner chef in the sparkling gourmet kitchen, which features expansive countertops and high-end appliances from WMF and Kitchen Aid. In the kitchen, you'll find a Nespresso coffee maker, egg stove, Le Chai wine cooler, Krups waffle iron, WMF juicer, Kitchen Aid toaster, kettle, sandwichmaker, chopper, and blender, among others. For your convenience, a special faucet has been installed that dispenses purified water, which is therefore absolutely safe to drink.
Conveniently located on the first floor you will find the first two beautiful bedrooms with king size bed, TV, closet and both rooms with attached bathroom. Here you will find a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Take the stairs to the upper floor and enjoy the great views of the sea and Calpe! The master bedroom offers plenty of space to relax and get a restful night's sleep. The luxurious adjoining bathroom has a bathtub, a ground level shower, a sink and a toilet.
Taking the stairs to the lower floor of the house, you will find an additional living room with comfortable seating, TV and dining table with 6 seats. The smaller kitchen, like the kitchen on the first floor, is fully equipped with high-quality appliances from brands such as WMF and Kitchen Aid.
There are two bedrooms on the second floor with double beds and a shared bathroom in the hallway. Both bedrooms have a closet and a TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Take a dip in the sparkling pool and relax in the bubbling hot tub (heated). Relax on the comfortable sun loungers and watch your family enjoy the pool or hot tub. The exotic palm trees complete the experience of true relaxation as you enjoy your hard earned vacation. Craving a relaxing or intense swim? Fire up the luxurious Weber grill (with gas) and grill fresh fish or a delicious piece of meat! With all the outdoor options available at this stunning White Flamingo villa, you can enjoy the Mediterranean weather all day long.
For every convenience, Villa White Flamingo has a washer/dryer, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, safe, alarm system and mosquito nets have been installed on the windows and doors. The house is fully air-conditioned and in the cold season you can enjoy the underfloor heating. The villa is also equipped with electric shutters.
On the outside of the villa you will find free parking for 3 vehicles with an electric gate and a car e-charging station.

The vacation home Villa White Flamingo is located in the quiet urbanization Partida Cuxarret in Calpe. The property has a slight slope and you have a fantastic view of the sea and the landmark of the town, the Penon de Ifach. The small town of Calpe is located on the east coast of Spain between Valencia and Alicante on the Costa Blanca. The distance to the beach and supermarkets is about 3 km. The old town is about 4 Km away.

Dreamlike beautiful
We spent 3 wonderful weeks at Villa White Flamingo. We really didn't miss anything, everything is perfect. Andreas and Ramona are super nice and perfect hosts. Everything fit perfectly :-)
The equipment even had 7 stars, very high quality.
The view from the terrace is fantastic.
No traffic noise in the evenings and only 10 minutes to the beach :-)
The whirlpool was super warm, and there's a large pool for water rats.
The landlords are super nice and helpful.
You have to experience it yourself. It's worth a vacation.
(in the sea of Calpe, you won't find any rocks, only fine sand)
The promenade invites you to stroll.
We would love to come again :-)

Modern, great house with incredibly comfortable and very nice, helpful landlords.
Next year we will be happy to be there again with our children and guests. You will get excellent equipment in all rooms and terraces. The kitchens are well equipped and adequate. The wine fridge supplied us constantly with well-tempered drinks. The safes, shutters, and alarm systems gave us a very secure feeling to be protected against theft. The landlords helped us immediately with all our questions and we felt really well supported by them.

A great place for (a family) holiday
We looked for a house so our family can spend a week together.

Great vacation
After we were guests of the owners in Villa White Flamingo last year, we have decided to spend our holiday here this year. The villa is very beautiful, modern and tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our vacation very much.
It's a shame that it's over now. We can definitely recommend the villa.

Spring Break at Villa White Flamingo
We, two couples who are friends, spent a wonderful 4-week holiday (February/March) in the villa. The villa is a dreamlike, spacious house with all the comforts you can imagine.
We had interesting cooking duels in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the Mediterranean food to our hearts' content.
The various terraces offered us a sheltered, sunny place to linger at any time. Even in February, we were able to enjoy the pool and the heated whirlpool.
The entire villa was extremely clean and well maintained, so that our holiday could start right away. Our extremely friendly landlords, Andreas and Ramona, always accompanied us in a very obliging and friendly manner from our first enquiry to our departure.
