Description
This well-maintained villa with private pool is located in a nice quiet area outside Denia and it is only a short walk to the beach.
The residential location close to the sea and the beautiful garden with a great view, cosy terrace and atmospheric lighting leave nothing to be desired.
In detail, the villa has a large living-dining room with open fireplace, 2 beautiful bedrooms, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. On the upper floor there is a very large bedroom with shower room and private balcony.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The aus also has central heating for the cooler seasons.
There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water by the pool and a brick barbecue by the pool area.

Location and surroundings of object
Villa La Buena Vida is located in the picturesque village of Els Poblets, about 10 km outside the beautiful coastal town of Denia on the Costa Blanca.
From the house you can reach the beach in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot, which stretches for 20 km from Denia to Oliva. Numerous water sports are offered here, or you can relax at a nice beach bar.
The orientation of the house is south, so that you can sunbathe all day on the large terrace.
Shopping facilities in supermarkets, Aldi, Lidl, etc. are about 1 km away. A large shopping portal can be reached by car in 10 min.
The city of Denia with all its sights, markets, museums, shops, restaurants and the harbour, is 15 minutes away by car.
The beautiful hinterland with orange plantations, almond blossom and picturesque mountain villages invites you for a walk or a hike.
It is easy to get to Denia by plane. The closest airports are those in Alicante and Valencia. Both are connected to Denia via the AP-7 motorway. Exit 62 leads into the city.
Ferries to the Balearic Islands leave from the port of Denia.

Here is the translation to English: The contract begins when the landlord has received a deposit amounting to 35% of the above-mentioned rental sum. Termination of this contract is possible up to 60 days before the start of the rental period if there are serious reasons, in which case 10% of the total rent will be retained. If cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rent must be paid. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, 100% must be paid. If the property can be re-rented at the same conditions at short notice, the tenant will be refunded 65% of the rental price. The deposit remains with the landlord. In the event of early termination of the stay, the full rent remains with the landlord.

Beautiful relaxing vacation!
We have already vacationed a few times on the Costa Blanca. But this holiday home was by far the most beautiful!
In the great heat, even in September, the pool and the air conditioning in every room were a great relief. The garden is beautifully maintained, the car is safely parked in the shade right by the house. And in the house, everything is there that you need. The residential area is completely quiet, and yet you can quickly reach the beach, Denia, or the beautiful countryside. The large shopping center in Ondara can be reached in a few minutes.
It was a wonderful 3 weeks and we would love to come back. Thank you for everything, dear Kathrin.

A very relaxing vacation, nothing was missing!
We experienced two wonderful vacation weeks in this beautiful holiday home. Nothing was missing, and we felt very welcome. We received great tips from Kathrin and could always count on her when we had questions. The great, quiet location of the house invites relaxation by the beautiful pool, and we enjoyed being able to go to the beach. Many supermarkets are also quickly accessible! Thank you again for the lovely time in Els Poblets!

Simplemente perfecta
Este es el tercer año que pasamos nuestras vacaciones en casa de Kathrin y jordi y volveremos el proximo. Tenemos todo lo que necesitamos, la casa esta limpisima y muy bien equipada. Cualquier cosa que hace falta, Kathrin se encarga de solucionarlo rapidamente. Disfrutamos como si fuera nuestra casa y como indica au nombre, es " buena vida" ?

We have already spent the fourth year in this beautiful house on vacation and can highly recommend it. The location is quiet, the house and the surroundings are very clean and well-maintained. The landlady is very nice and always reachable. We have already reserved again for next year!
