We offer you a detached house with approx. 130 sqm of living space and a plot size of 800 sqm, private pool with large sun terrace, the pool is surrounded by a glass railing and access can be locked. 3 double bedrooms (bed 160x200cm), 2 daylight bathrooms with shower, semi-open kitchen, spacious living room, dining room. 3 bedrooms and living room with air conditioning (hot/cold). Living room and 2 bedrooms with SAT-TV. Fireplace. Enclosed parking space, garage. Mediterranean garden with 1 covered terrace + gas grill + 2nd refrigerator, 1 terrace with awning, outdoor shower, sea view, separate room with washing machine.

Denia is situated on the northern edge of the province of Alicante, in a sun-drenched area with a warm and extremely pleasant climate and an average annual temperature of 20°. High-quality and modern furnishings, great guest service
In mid-September we spent a week in Villa Laurenz with our Bernese Mountain Dog. The house is very high quality and modernly furnished, the lighting in and around the house is a dream for us as electricians.
There is plenty of space in the villa. The outdoor area with several terraces, the pool area, and the beautiful sunbed in the garden is fantastic. From the villa, you have a breathtaking view of the sea, the castle, and the city of Denia.
Everything, like in the other houses of the Pickel family where we have already been guests, is spotlessly clean and well maintained.
The Pickel family welcomed us warmly as always. They are always there to help if you need anything.

Wonderful holiday in a very beautiful house with great support.
We had a wonderful vacation with an all-inclusive package in a very beautiful house that left nothing to be desired. Max, the son of the Pickel family, who is now also part of the Deluxe holiday home team, welcomed us warmly, supported us in everything with advice and action, whether it was about scooters that wouldn't start, beautiful jogging routes, or wonderful excursion tips for watching the sunset. We left with heavy hearts and are already planning our next stay at Villa Laurenz.
With such fantastic care, we will gladly return.

Great location, everything in impeccable condition
We stayed at Villa Laurenz at the end of February/early March 2020. Of all our vacation rental stays (and there have been quite a few), Villa Laurenz is the gem! Great location, with unobstructed views over Denia to the sea and also very quiet. Very modern or as they say so nicely "stylish" and high-quality furnishings. Nothing is missing, and everything is in immaculate condition. Ms. Pickel is super friendly and available at all times as a contact person. Mrs. Pickel gave us great tips regarding restaurants, trips, shopping, and more. When we were guests in Denia, there was a historic city festival and the annual recurring so-called Tapas Route. There, a tapa including a drink costs only 3 Euros in a variety of tapas bars. This was also a recommendation from Mrs. Pickel - without this tip, we would never have discovered this highlight. We look forward to being there again soon.

Modern und komfortabel ausgestattetes Haus
We were able to enjoy 6 weeks at Villa Laurenz. The modern and comfortably designed house offers everything one could wish for a hassle-free stay. The kitchen is extensively equipped, there is no shortage of anything. Except power outlets ? ? ? ? . Mrs. Petra Pickel is a perfect hostess who does everything to make the guest feel comfortable. There are no problems for her that are not immediately solvable. Whether it is the necessary craftsman or a temporary relocation. No problem at all.
