High-quality and modern furnishings, great guest service
In mid-September we spent a week in Villa Laurenz with our Bernese Mountain Dog. The house is very high quality and modernly furnished, the lighting in and around the house is a dream for us as electricians.
There is plenty of space in the villa. The outdoor area with several terraces, the pool area, and the beautiful sunbed in the garden is fantastic. From the villa, you have a breathtaking view of the sea, the castle, and the city of Denia.
Everything, like in the other houses of the Pickel family where we have already been guests, is spotlessly clean and well maintained.
The Pickel family welcomed us warmly as always. They are always there to help if you need anything.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus mit toller Betreuung
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub, mit rundum sorglos Paket in einem sehr schönen Haus, was keine Wünsche offen ließ.
Max, der Sohn von Familie Pickel, der mittlerweile ebenfalls zum Ferienhaus Deluxe Team gehört, hat uns herzlich empfangen, bei allem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden, egal ob es sich um nicht anspringende Roller, schöne Joggingstrecken oder wunderbare Ausflugtipps für die Betrachtung des Sonnenuntergangs gehandelt hat.
Wir sind schweren Herzens abgereist und planen schon heute für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in der Villa Laurenz.
Bei so einer tollen Betreuung kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

La casa es preciosa, con bonitas vistas, bien equipada, la piscina ideal y la atención de los dueños muy buena, te recomiendan lugares para ir a cenar y sitios y cosas que puedes hacer por la zona.

Top Lage, Alles in tadellosem Zustand
Wir waren Ende Februar/Anfang März 2020 zu Gast in der Villa Laurenz.
Von all´ unseren Ferienwohnungs-Aufenthalten (und das sind nicht gerade wenige) ist die Villa Laurenz die Perle!
Top Lage, mit unverbautem Blick über Denia bis hin zum Meer und zudem noch sehr ruhig.
Sehr modern oder wie sagt man so schön "stylisch" und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und alles ist im tadellosem Zustand.
Frau Pickel ist super freundlich und steht jederzeit als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung.
Frau Pickel gab uns super Tipps bezüglich Restaurants, Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und und und.
Als wir zu Gast in Denia waren gab es ein historisches Stadtfest sowie die jährlich wiederkehrende sogenannte Tapas Route. Dort kostet dann eine Tapas inklusive Getränk, in einer Vielzahl von Tapas Bars, nur 3 Euros.
Auch das war ein Empfehlung von Frau Pickel- ohne diesen Tip wären wir nie auf dieses Highlight gekommen.
Wir freuen uns bald mal wieder dort zu sein.

Modern und komfortabel ausgestattetes Haus
Wir haben 6 Wochen in der Villa Laurenz genießen können. Das modern und komfortabel gestaltete Haus bietet alles was man sich für einen problemlosen Aufenthalt wünscht. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet, es mangelt an nichts. Außer Steckdosen ????.
Frau Petra Pickel ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin die alles daran setzt, dass der Gast sich wohl fühlt. Es gibt keine Probleme für sie, die nicht sofort lösbar sind. Ob das der notwendig gewordene Handwerker ist oder eine vorübergehende Umquartierung. Alles kein Problem.

Es war eine schöne Zeit. Schade, dass wir abreisen müssen.

Tolle Ausstattung, Super Betreuung vor Ort
Wir haben einen wunderbaren, entspannten Urlaub in der Villa Laurenz verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt und die liebevollen Details runden den Urlaub so richtig ab. Die Ausstattung insgesamt ist sehr hochwertig und es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Auch die Organisation hat wunderbar funktioniert, vom Empfang bis zur Übergabe war alles super.
Alle Objekte, die wir bisher bei Familie Pickel gemietet
haben, waren immer perfekt gereinigt.
