The cottage
The approximately 80 square meters large, beautifully furnished holiday home with swimming pool is located in a small urbanization near Denia on an approximately 800 square meters of land with grass and palm trees. The grounds are completely fenced, large oleander hedges and the wall around the paneled interior provide privacy and privacy.
The house itself has a bedroom with double bed x and a bedroom with single beds x or converted as a double bed x
Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The comfortably furnished living and dining area has a living room with sofa
and the dining area, a glazed terrace with large sliding windows which are equipped with slatted curtains.
In living room and dining area are two independent flat-screen TVs available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, convection oven, ceramic hob with extractor fan, large fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, waffle iron and üchenmaschine, steam irons and ironing board.
The outdoor area was rebuilt in 2013 and extended with a Kamingrill and second seat
