Modern, but with typical Harz details, the Hexenhaus presents itself in a romantic and cosy ambience. The house in a quiet, central location offers pure well-being after an exciting day in the Harz mountains. Here you can barbecue on the terrace, cook together in the witch's kitchen, relax in front of the fireplace or, of course, enjoy football or love movies on the large flatscreen. A cosy night is guaranteed in the alpine-style sleeping quarters on the first floor.
Built as an old wooden house in the Harz mountains in the 1930s, the holiday home shines in new splendour after intensive renovation. Modern, but with typical Harz details, the Hexenhaus presents itself in a romantic and cosy ambience; a house with soul and character for guests who are looking for something special.
The entrance leads through the small winter garden. The ground floor is open plan (two steps) with a kitchenette and a living area with fireplace and satellite TV. Furthermore, the bathroom with shower/WC is located here. Via the 'Hexenstieg' (stairs, no ladder) you reach the bedroom with adjoining balcony.
There is a private parking space in front of the house. A small terrace with seating area invites you to chill out and barbecue.
A water connection for bikes etc. is available.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is in a quiet location (dead end) directly on the edge of the forest and invites you with its approx. 50 sqm to relax and unwind. We also offer the ideal location for active people. The next hiking trail or mountain bike trail is 20 metres away, and it is only a few minutes' walk to the summer toboggan run, ski slope, cable car, mountain bike park and love bank trail.
The centre of the village and the Bocksberg, as well as a supermarket, cafés and restaurants, the bus stops and the spa and tourist centre are also just one street away.

| The prices refer to 2 persons. A linen package is free of charge and includes bed linen, hand or shower towels and 2 tea towels. An initial supply of toilet paper, washing-up liquid and dishwashing soap is also provided. Water/waste water is included in the price. Electricity is charged according to consumption (currently € 0.40/kwh green electricity) and will be deducted from the deposit on departure. The visitor's tax is 2,30 € per person/night or 1,15 € in the period from 01.11.-15.12. |

Super cosy witch's cottage!
The Hexenhaus is exactly what we were looking for on our holiday. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, we were rather amazed at everything that was available. Since the house is located directly on the edge of the forest, we were able to take our dog for a quick walk and in the village itself there were plenty of opportunities to have a good time. We had a wonderful, relaxing week and can only recommend the holiday home to everyone! Thank you very much!

Super holiday home for stressed people!
We have already stayed at the Hexenhaus twice and will do so again. The facilities are top and you can do so much that the holiday is not enough. The best thing is to sit by the fireplace in the evening and just switch off.

Super Gemütlich
Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem wunderschönen Hexenhaus. Es war sehr entspannend und die Lage ist auch super für ausgedehnte Wanderungen. Kommen nächstes Jahr definitiv wieder und freuen uns schon sehr.

Winterurlaub
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich. Die Abende am Kamin sowie das liebevoll dekorierte Bett sind Romantik pur. Der Kontakt zu Familie Schlienkamp war hervorragend.
Die Kaution wird anstandslos innerhalb zweier Werktage erstattet.
Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten mal im Hexenhaus und können sagen, daß Service dort dauerhaft "groß geschrieben wird".

Hexenhaus mit romantischem Winter-Ambiente
Meine Freundin und ich hatten uns spontan für ein romantisches Wochenende im Harz entschieden und mit dem Hexenhaus die passende Unterkunft gefunden. Der Kamin kam bei den äußeren Bedingungen (reichlich Schnee und Frost) abends perfekt zur Geltung. Und auch sonst bietet die mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung alles Notwendige, das man für einen Urlaub zu zweit braucht. Hervorzuheben ist noch die gute Qualität der Matratzen - leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit... Kurzum: Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Superschönes und gemütliches Ferienhäuschen!
Wir waren zwei Wochen in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhäuschen. Hier kann man sich wirklich wohlfühlen! Es ist sehr gemütlich und stimmungsvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Besonders bequem sind die Betten, hier schläft man wie im 7. Himmel! Die Lage ist perfekt, um ausgedehnte Wanderungen zu unternehmen und danach lädt die kleine Terrasse zum Erholen und Grillen ein! Wenn wir wieder im Harz Urlaub machen möchten, dann natürlich in diesem Hexenhäuschen in Hahnenklee!

Ostern im Harz
Wir haben zu zweit den Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbar mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Häuschen über eine Woche sehr genossen. Das Hexenhaus ist sicherlich einzigartig und für uns als Mountainbiker ideal gelegen mit dem Bikepark in Hahnenklee und mit direkter Anbindung an die vielen Kilometer Wanderwege im Harz. Auch wenn Wetter mal nicht mitspielt, ist das Haus urig gemütlich mit Kamin. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und einladend. Eine absolute Empfehlung im Harz.

Super Ferienhaus!
Wir, mein Mann und unsere 5 jährige BorderCollie -Harzer Fuchs Hündin, waren 9 Tage in diesem super schönen, gemütlichen und voll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Es war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben ist auch diese Häuschen. Mit viel liebe im Detail. Mit Fam. Schlienkamp (Vermieter) hatten wir sehr netten Kontakt und sie waren jederzeit erreichbar.Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt zum los wandern, direkt am Waldpfad. Touristik ist ebenfalls direkt vor Ort. Wir werden unseren nächsten Urlaub auf jedenfall wieder bei Euch verbringen! Liebe Grüsse die Maders aus dem Hochsauerländle
