The comfort holiday flat is approx. 34 m² in size and is divided into a large cosy living room with open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area and access to the large sun loggia / conservatory, a comfortable bedroom with comfort double bed, a shower room with WC!
In the living room there is a cosy sofa set with flat-screen TV.
The holiday flat is laid out with light & high-quality vinyl flooring in wood look. Excellent for our guests with four-legged family members! The holiday flat is a pure non-smoking holiday flat! Smoking is also not permitted on the sun loggia/winter garden!

Our comfortable holiday flat "Köhnke 6" is located in Goslar and its district Hahnenklee. It is very close to the spa ponds and the forest. Only a few minutes away are various restaurants and cafés, the spa ponds, the Erlebnisbocksberg with Bocksbergbob and the very popular Liebesbankweg. A bakery can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.

Successful vacation
The apartment is perfect for 2 people. The highlight is the balcony, which has been converted into a conservatory. We liked to sit there. If you have any problems, the landlord takes care of them immediately. It was also great that you can directly access the spa park from the garden. Our dog also felt very comfortable there.
