Description
Our holiday flat "Lieblingsplatz" is located on the mezzanine floor of the residential complex Emmas-Ruh-Weg.
It is equipped as follows:
Spacious hallway with wardrobe and small bench.
Bathroom with shower/bathtub and real glass wall as splashback, high-quality bathroom cabinets and sanitary objects.
Very bright living room with dining area directly in front of the window and view of the Bocksberg, comfortable corner couch, electric fireplace, flat screen TV with HD channels, stereo/radio, Blu-ray/DVD player, telephone, WLAN (free of charge)
The kitchen is equipped with a new branded fitted kitchen, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge (with 3-star freezer compartment), microwave with crisp and grill as well as various other appliances such as coffee machine, coffee pad machine, toaster, egg boiler, kettle.
In the bedroom, a 1.60 m wide branded double bed (Ruf) awaits you. New Schlaraffia pocket spring mattresses and adjustable slatted frames ensure pleasant sleeping comfort.
Small night tables as storage and reading lamps on both sides of the bed. A high-quality wardrobe and a chest of drawers are available for storing your luggage. An additional pleated blind is located at the window
It should be emphasised that all rooms can be darkened with a massive external roller blind.
The hallway, kitchen and bathroom are tiled. Living room and bedroom in high-quality laminate in real wood look

A fixed parking space no. 34 in the underground car park belongs to the flat.

Our "Lieblingsplatz" holiday flat is located directly at the foot of the Bocksberg at Emmas-Ruh-Weg 3, 38644 Hahnenklee. Just a few steps and you are directly at the Bocksbergbahn valley station or the new four-seater chairlift to start your excursion into the beautiful surroundings. The Liebesbankweg (the first premium hiking trail in the Harz and Lower Saxony) and various other hiking routes start in the immediate vicinity of the flat. The location is absolutely quiet with a view of the Bocksberg. From the large, covered balcony (with separate storage room) you can watch the run of the ski slope, the winter toboggan run or in summer the numerous mountain bikers. The pedestrian zone with various shops and a wide range of gastronomy is in the immediate vicinity. Likewise, the Nordic Stave Church (Hahnenklee's landmark), the spa park with beautiful walking paths and the Kranichsee lake are only a few minutes' walk away. All in all, an ideal starting point for a wide range of activities and a wonderful holiday.

Ein buchstäblicher Lieblingsplatz
Die FeWo Lieblingsplatz ist hochwertig und liebevoll im Detail eingerichtet und strahlt große Gemütlichkeit aus.
An kühleren Abenden sorgt ein umweltfreundlicher Elektrokamin für heimeliges Ambiente und zusätzliche Wärme.
Die kleine Küche hat alles und es funktioniert alles.
Wir hatten auch Spaß an der klassischen Spielesammlung.
Die Lage ist genial, da jeder auf seine Kosten kommen kann, ob als Beobachter oder selbst aktiv.
Es gibt viel zu entdecken. Der Harz wurde von uns völlig unterschätzt.

Top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in wunderbarer Lage
Wir haben uns in dieser modernen, sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Den Ausblick auf den Bocksberg haben wir sowohl beim Frühstück, als auch entspannt zwischendurch sehr genossen. Man kann die Mountainbiker und Cartfahrer wunderbar beobachten und wenn der Bockberg von der Sonne angstrahlt wird, hat man einen außergewöhnlichen Blick auf die Natur.
Wir haben viele Wanderungen in Hahnenklee unternommen und auch in anderen Städten des Harzes. Es war jedesmal schön, in diese gemütliche Wohnung zurück zu kommen. Wir waren mit unserem zehnjährigen Sohn dort und uns hat es Dank der tollen Ausstattung an nichts gefehlt.

Serh schöne Wohnung und beste Lage
Es war unser erster Besuch in Hahnenklee und wir haben uns für diese schöne und gemütliche Wohnung entschieden.
Die Wohnung ist in einem neuem, modernen Zustand und komplett Ausgestattet. Es hat uns in der Woche an nichts gefehlt.
Das Wohn- und das Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Das WLAN ist sehr schnell.
Beim Frühstücken hat man einen freien Blick auf den Bocksberg und Seilbahn/Sessellift.
Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen hat die Wohnung eine super Lage. Viele Wanderwege führen von der Skipiste direkt in den Wald oder man fährt nur ein kleiners Stückchen mit dem Auto um neue Gegenden zu erkunden.
Am Abend kann man sich gemütlich den E-Kamin anschalten und an nichts denken.
Die Mitte Hahnenklees erreicht man in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Mehrere Restaurants im Ort sind schnell zu erreichen, damit man den Abend ausklingen lassen kann (Öffnungszeiten beachten). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Goslar oder in Clausthal Zellerfeld ca. 6-10 km von der Wohnung entfernt.

Top Wohnung in Hahnenklee
Wir kommen seit einigen Jahren nach Hahnenklee und haben das erste Mal die Wohnung von Familie Hollnagel gebucht. Wir waren total positiv überrascht über die neue, moderne und komplette Ausstattung dieser Wohnung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt . Die Lage ist absolut zentral und trotzdem ruhig mit einem schönen Blick auf den Bocksberg. Zum Sessellift oder zur Seilbahn sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Es gibt viele Wanderwege die von Hahnenklee aus in die wunderschöne Umgebung führen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Traumwohnung in Hahnenklee/Har
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Hahnenklee in dieser wirklich schönen und gemütlichen Wohnung verbracht.
Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig . Die moderne Küche ist komplett ausgestattet.
Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Wohnung war sauber und und sehr gepflegt.
Vom Wohnzimmer und Balkon hat man einen unverbauten Blick auf den Bocksberg und den Sessellift.
Die Lage ist zentral und ruhig. Wanderwege in die tolle Natur starten direkt vor der Wohnung.
Die Fußgängerzone von Hahnenklee mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man in 1 Minute.
Seilbahn und den Sessellift sind ebenfalls direkt vor der Haustür. Weitere highlights: super schnelles WLAN, viele HD-TV Sender.
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Fam. Hollnagel sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.
