Our apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet apartment building with 5 units.
38m² of living space is divided into a living/dining and sleeping area.
The cozy sleeping alcove features a double bed (160x200 cm) and manually adjustable slatted frames.
After an eventful day, you can unwind here with a thriller.
The kitchenette is equipped with every convenience. A ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a ****freezer compartment are available.
A kettle, filter/capsule coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, as well as ample dishes and glasses complete the amenities.
In the living area, cable TV, Wi-Fi, board games, and a selection of books provide entertainment.
From the covered south-facing balcony, equipped with garden furniture and a parasol, you have a beautiful view of the well-kept garden, the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in peace or plan your next excursion. Perhaps the raccoon will stop by to say hello.
The modern, brightly tiled bathroom ensures a relaxing start to the day.
The walk-in shower allows for easy showering.
Bath sheets, towels, a hairdryer, and body wash are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Our apartment is located in a quiet, green location above the spa gardens and the Crane Ponds, and just a few meters from the Hahnenklee mountain cross-country ski trail. Access is via a cul-de-sac off Lautenthaler Straße.
Hahnenklee offers numerous hiking trails, such as the approximately 7 km long, certified Liebesbankweg trail, which runs around Hahnenklee. The Bocksberg Adventure Park (726 m), with its summer toboggan run and zip line, is also easily accessible by cable car and chairlift. Mountain bike enthusiasts can choose from seven different downhill runs. Ski runs with blue, red, and black difficulty levels ensure your very own winter fun.
As a highlight, we recommend a hike or a ride on the nostalgic steam locomotive up the Brocken, the highest mountain in the Harz Mountains at 1.142 meters. In good weather, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view from the glass-enclosed viewing platform.

Small but fine!
Holiday apartment lovingly furnished in a quiet location close to the spa park. Ideal for relaxing and a perfect starting point for hiking.
Upon arrival, we found a stocked refrigerator. Thank you very much!

Relax during your beach holiday, city tour, while hiking or skiing, if it snows.
