Description
We have newly built and lovingly furnished our house in May 2010.
It is the best place for a quiet and relaxing holiday under the Florida sun.
The equipment is perfect, modern and cosy. For example the fully equipped, high quality kitchen with granite counter. The chic rattan furniture, 55"' flat screen TV, hi-fi system, DVD player (international) in the living room
Master bedroom with king-size bed and 42" flat TV; guest bedroom I with queen-size bed and 42" TV and finally guest bedroom II with 2 single beds.
Best-comfort mattresses everywhere guarantee sleeping like at home.
High-speed WLAN is a matter of course.
All TV sets receive Internet TV (USA) and local channels via antenna.
German TV can be received via installed streaming modules on the TV sets Master; Livingroom)
The master bathroom has 2 washbasins, a large shower cubicle and a separate WC. In the guest bathroom there is a bathtub (accessible from the pool area).
On the extra large terrace (west facing) you can enjoy the sun from morning till evening. However, sunshades and a canopy also allow for shady hours. Especially the magnificent sunset over the palm trees opposite the canal is an unforgettable experience every day.
(Terrace furniture: table, 6 armchairs, 4 sunbeds; 2 sunshades, Weber gas barbecue)
The large pool allows year-round bathing pleasure; it can be heated electrically up to 28° C in the winter months if required.
And it should not go unmentioned that our house is hurricane-proof. Even the extreme hurricane , IRMA / 2017and also the century storm (IAN /2022) could not damage our house significantly!!! While the storm of the century raged, our guests were able to remain in the house unharmed
Max. Occupancy 4 adults + 2 children (6 adults on request).
For leisure activities we have 4 bicycles, 1 children's bicycle and a 3 pers. canoe. For a big boat trip on the gulf, you can rent a boat at a reasonable price from the house manager.
Leisure activities
Our house manager rents out boats of all price categories, by the day or by the week.
With the provided bicycles you can explore the beautiful surroundings of the southwest of Cape Coral, which is especially recommended as a sporty complement to the relaxing idleness at the beach and pool.
Canoeing through the tranquil endless canals and lakes, past the beautiful estates of CC is another holiday pleasure
A 25-minute drive through palm-fringed boulevards brings you to the white beach of Fort Myers Beach. For the
6 beach chairs and umbrellas are available for beach visits.
If you want a little more: Water jet and sailboat rentals are available at any beach on Sanibel or Fort Myers Beach.

Holiday in the dream house
We have never had such a dream accommodation before. Nothing is missing: a 3-person canoe, several bicycles, chairs and a beach umbrella. Cooler box and batteries for the beach or also ideal for shopping. You can also swim in the pool. In the pictures it looks smaller than it actually is, just like the house. Everything is very beautiful and tastefully furnished. We felt at home. Everything was available. This was certainly not our last stay in the dream house. Everything is very clean and hygienic. The communication with the property management works perfectly. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The check-in and out is well organized. The house is highly recommended. The location is quiet. Supermarket about 1 km away. Everything is easily accessible.

Tolles Haus mit allem Komfort
Wir haben drei wunderschöne Wochen in diesen tollen Haus verbracht. Es war alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht, besonders der Pool war der Renner bei meinen Kindern Punkt auch der Kanal hinterm Haus hat begeistert. Durch die vorhandenen Angeln, Fahrräder und Kajak blieben keine Wünsche offen. Ein Supermarkt war direkt um die Ecke und per Fuß oder Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit!

Wunderschön am Kanal gelegen! Es gibt die volle Punktzahl, da es nichts zu beanstanden gibt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!

Ein erholsamer Aufenthalt
Das Haus mit samt seiner ganzen Einrichtung war für uns ein guter Beginn unseres Urlaubs. Der Pool war für unsere Tochter das absolute Highlight. Wir würden uns wieder für dieses Haus entscheiden, wenn wir wieder in Florida sind.

An unforgettable holiday
Even before the trip, we felt in good hands with the contact of the owner family. All our questions were quickly answered and we received numerous tips for our trip to America. We felt very well prepared. When we finally arrived, we found a beautiful, elegant and very clean bungalow. Already when we parked, we noticed the very well-kept exterior, which continued throughout the whole house. When we came in, we found a German/English folder with lots of information about the house and the village. The furnishings are, as you can see from the pictures, very modern and in top condition. Everything is very lovingly furnished. From Tupperware in the kitchen (lunch boxes), to a cool box in the garage plus ice packs, to a canoe with paddles, everything was there. We wanted for nothing! The caretaker who looked after us was also very nice and helpful. The pool was a nice size and was the icing on the cake of the house. We got the deposit back very quickly. We would definitely come back and would recommend this house to anyone without reservation!!! We would like to thank the family very much for making our stay so pleasant!!!
