This country style villa is located in a quiet and privileged residential area in Cape Coral, directly on the canal.
It has just been completely renovated and refurbished. With our floor plan, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.

The villa is ideally located for boaters. Without locks or bridges, you can be on the River in no time and from there reach the nearby islands of Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach.
From the large and friendly entrance area you enter directly into the bright living area, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the large outdoor area with pool.
The open kitchen is spacious and offers enough room as well as a dining area with a great view. It has all the necessary electrical appliances and nothing stands in the way of an evening of cooking together. A very good equipment including new stainless steel appliances and a Nespresso machine is waiting for you (please bring your own capsules). In addition, you will find a billiard table for entertainment in the entrance area.[nbsp]For music fans, we have a Sonos speaker system (WLAN speaker) in the house. So you can listen to your favourite radio stations or your own playlist everywhere.
In total, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in Villa Saxony.
The large master area with king-size bed and master bathroom ensuite occupies the entire right part of the villa.
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and a bathtub. The toilet is spatially separated.
Several walk-in closets provide ample storage space for your clothes and further shopping in the numerous shopping centres in Florida.
From the master bedroom you have direct access to the pool area where you can enjoy the sun almost all day. On the other side of the house are the two other bedrooms and two bathrooms.
One of the two bathrooms has direct access to the pool area and is accessible from both the house and the outside.
All areas converge in the spacious living room. Here you have the possibility to spend the evening in the cosy TV area, play a game of billiards or, in cooler temperatures, have your dinner in the dining area. Only LED lights are installed in the entire house, which saves energy. Do you often forget your travel plugs? We have several USB sockets in the house to charge your devices.
Enjoy the wonderful Florida weather on the large terrace overlooking the private pool. The heated pool is operated with a modern salt system (without chlorine), which makes the water very pleasant and gentle to the skin. A counter-current system has also been installed. So if you want to swim for a longer period of time, this is exactly the right place for you!
Mild evenings invite you to a barbecue (grill is available) with friends. Or you can relax in the lounge group on the terrace, which even has a fire bowl for the cooler evenings.
Wifi is available free of charge throughout the house.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hr. south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

Perfect!
The Villa was perfect for a family getaway. We were skeptical about taking a family vacation during COVID but felt completely safe isolating ourselves in a home away from home. We spent our time playing pool and in the pool and it was perfect.

In one word: PERFECT!

Beautiful villa and great service
We had rented several villas in Cape Coral before, but this villa with this service was by far the best package. A lot of positive things have already been written about the villa, which we can only confirm. All our expectations of Villa Saxony were exceeded. What really impressed us, though, was the loving service on site. The fridge was stocked with some cold drinks and a bottle of champagne with a welcome letter was on the counter. This is the vacation home for you!
Beautiful, comfortable home on a lovely tree lined street in a quiet neighborhood. This home is exactly as described. Pool was clean, lots of nice towels and furnishings. Only 2 of us in the house, but we enjoyed every bit of it down to the sparkling clean garage! Everything you could hope for in a vacation rental! Man hofft immer, dass die Beschreibung der Wirklichkeit entspricht...wenn man dann aber ankommt und die Realität übertrifft das Erwartete dann weis man, man hat alles richtig gemacht. Hier ist dies so! Das Haus ist sehr sauber, hell und sehr gräumig. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig und entspannt. Der Pool trägt hierzu bei. (Poolboys/Gärtner kümmern sich einmal die Woche) Schon vorab war der Kontakt in Deutschland hervorragend und dies hat sich auch in Florida so fortgesetzt. Die von Patricia vorbereiteten Informationen waren sehr hilfreich und können uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden. Besonders schön fanden wir es im "Rumrunners". Die umliegenden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind leicht zu finden und bieten reichlich Auswahl für ein leckeres Barbeque auf dem Mega-Grill, welcher auf der Terrasse zur freien Nutzung steht. Genial: Heiko organisiert ein Boot und unterweist. Wenn man sich an seine Tips hält, sind die Ausfahrten jederzeit machbar. Wir würden uns jederzeit über ein Wiedersehen freuen.

Good location and high quality home
Excellent stay and probably the nicest home we have stayed in so far in SouthWest Florida - and we have have stayed in quite a few. Saxony is beautifully laid out and decorated to a very high standard, exactly as pictured. it was also exceptionally well equipped with more than enough of everything we could possibly have needed to enjoy our stay and everything was good quality. As a family of four we especially enjoyed the pool area, the cinema style big screen TV and playing some pool.

Uneingeschränkt begeistert
We, two families with a 17 and 18-year-old daughter each, spent a week in Villa Saxony with a group of 6 people and were all completely thrilled. Grade 1. Tastefully furnished with great attention to detail and everything you need in the kitchen. The pool table was used almost every evening by the girls and their fathers. The villa offers everything and leaves hardly any wishes unfulfilled. For music lovers, simply connect your own music stream to the Sonos HiFi system and enjoy.

Urlaub von Anfang an......
das kann man genau so sagen.
Schon beim Öffnen der Haustüre fühlte man sich "Herzlich willkommen".
Prosecco auf der Bar, Wasser im Kühlschrank, eine Mappe mit allen wichtigen Informationen und noch viel mehr nützlichen Tipps.
Noch besser war die persönliche Betreuung vom Hausteam, immer erreichbar, zuverlässig und kompetent.
Selbst ein Boot wurde uns noch ermöglicht, obwohl eigentlich keines mehr zu bekommen war. Das sollte man auch unbedingt in Betracht ziehen.
Das Haus selbst war natürlich in bestem Zustand, und wie beschrieben.
Erwähnen möchten wir auch gerne die Buchung selbst, hier wurde alles möglich gemacht und das ist schon 5 Sterne wert!
Man sagt ja "Vorfreude ist die schönste Freude", bei uns blieb diese Freude bis zum Schluss!!!
