This new build villa is, as the name suggests, a masterpiece - a design villa with high standards. It is located in one of the most beautiful residential areas in the southwest of Cape Coral, with west orientation and view of a water basin. A good boat location is another plus point. With 420 m² of living space, distributed over two floors, the villa offers enough space for a dream holiday!

With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
In total, there are two living rooms, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a game room with a billiard table in this first-class villa. Enough space even for two or more families. Due to the many areas inside and outside, everyone will find their place of retreat! Only high-quality materials were used in the construction and the high-quality design was also continued in the furnishing and decoration.
The pool area is second to none: the infinity saltwater pool in a great design is an eye-catcher with the water line directly on pool deck level. Large enough to swim your laps and the 360 degree overflow with turquoise blue water make the pool an experience. The adjoining large whirlpool also invites you to relax.
The generously designed terrace with enough loungers and lounge furniture offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy meals together at the dining table. Due to the south-west orientation of the pool, you can enjoy the sun for a long time. In addition, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill is at your disposal. From the balcony on the first floor you also have a beautiful view and guaranteed dreamlike sunsets!
The large living room invites you to relax. Here you will also find an 82 inch TV with Apple TV, so you can also watch German programmes. For music fans, we have installed a Sonos speaker system (WLAN speaker) in the house and outside. You can listen to your favourite radio stations or your own playlist.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors with access to the pool area. The bathroom in the master area is large and bright and also has an outdoor shower.
Upstairs is a second living room with pool table and a master bedroom with access to the balcony. Adjacent here too is a luxury bathroom with all the details.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen has a bar counter with bar stools and an adjacent dining area. New and modern kitchen appliances as well as a Nespresso machine await you (please bring your own capsules)!
Energy efficiency is important to us, which is why the villa's hot water is prepared with warm circulating air and there are various adjustable air conditioning units in the house.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cool box and beach utensils for your excursions in the garage.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only allowed outside.
Boat rental is recommended!!! In Florida no boat licence is necessary and the boat rented from us is located directly at your own boat dock, e.g. to go to the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. You will find the boats to choose from directly under the location map after the description. You can then select the boat you want directly in the booking.
