Description
Enjoy your Florida holiday in the completely renovated and lovingly furnished Villa Lakeview Paradise in Fort Myers. The villa offers space for up to 8 people (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms)
The spacious holiday villa is located in a dreamlike location overlooking one of the three lakes, the quiet and popular gated community "Beachwalk Isles" in Fort Myers
The outdoor area with large pool area invites you to observe the nature around the lake and enjoy relaxing days there. On the west-facing terrace you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and end your holiday with a "sundowner". There is a dining area for 6-8 people, with a gas barbecue for those typical American BBQ evenings. Sun loungers and a large parasol are available for relaxing days by the pool. The pool is solar heated, if desired, the electric heating will be charged extra for a small surcharge.
In the entire house you can surf the secured WLAN. The holiday villa has a large LED TV with integrated SMART TV in the living room. There is also a Blueray DVD player, which you can use to spend numerous TV evenings on the large leather couch. Further TV sets are located in the master bedroom and in one of the three guest rooms
The open-plan kitchen/living room with breakfast bar is of course fully equipped, with plenty of crockery. A small dining area with a view of the lake is also integrated. In the living room you will find a large dining area for 8 people, as well as a reading corner. A small collection of board games is also available
The house has 4 bedrooms with vinyl floors (1x king size, 2x queen size, 1x twin size) for up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The remaining guest bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The second bathroom has a spacious shower. Both bathrooms have been completely renovated and modernised in 2019
The house has a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a double garage, which can also be used by our guests.

Location and surroundings of object
Fort Myers is also called the "City of Palms". The city is located in southwest Florida on the banks of the Caloosahatchee River. Most visitors come here to play golf or to enjoy a quiet beach holiday on one of the Gulf Coast's famous white sand beaches and islands. The riverfront downtown promises new restaurants, clubs, shops and galleries. Attractions include the winter residences of Henry Ford and Thomas Edison, as well as nearby Naples and the islands of Sanibel and Captiva.
The cottage is located in the quiet and very popular gated community "Beachwalk Isles" with access code. The famous beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island or Lovers Key State Park are only a few minutes away by car. Various supermarkets (Publix, Supertarget ect.) and restaurants are nearby and sufficient for every taste
The Sanibel Outlet is only 5 minutes away, and several other shopping malls can be reached in about 10 to 20 minutes. Leisure facilities (mini golf, water park, golf etc.) are also available. Day trips to the Everglades or to various theme parks (Bush Garden) are also possible. The nearest airport (RSW) is about 15 miles (20 minutes) away. The popular cities of Tampa and Miami are also about 2 hours away. Orlando is a highlight for amusement park fans, it takes about 3.5 hours to get there.
Fort Myers is the ideal starting point for an unforgettable holiday in Florida.
The climate is extremely pleasant all year round, as there is almost always a light breeze blowing from the Gulf of Mexico. On average, Florida has 330 days of sunshine, which is why it is also called the Sunshine State. The water temperature of the Gulf rarely falls below 23 degrees Celsius. This means you can swim and visit the beach all year round.

Holidays to feel good !
Very nice holiday home in a very well maintained complex with great transport links.
Shopping, beach and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity
Landlord and property management are friendly and very helpful. We felt very comfortable during our holiday.

Stilvolles Haus mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor
Das Haus befindet sich in einer tollen Umgebung mit eigenem See mit Brunnen und einem kleinen Community-Baby-Aligator :-). Ein Einkaufszentrum erreicht man (das naheste) in 2 Minuten mit dem Auto, den Strand von Fort Myers in etwa 10 Auto-Minuten. Wir waren insgesamt zu 7 (5 Erwachsene, 1 Jugendlicher und ein Kleinkind) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den See und hat mehr als alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht (sogar Sonnenschirme und Stühle für den Strand). Auch der Kicker hat uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Wir können das Haus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und würden bei einem zukünftigen Urlaub in dieser Gegend auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Haus wählen. Auch die Abstimmung mit den Eigentümern und dem Verwalter hat sehr gut geklappt. Vielen Dank nochmal für Alles.

Ferienhaus hat unsere hohen Erwartungen noch übertroffen
Bereits die Beschreibung und Bilder aus dem Internet hatten uns Lust auf den Aufenthalt gemacht. Die Abstimmung mit Freu Eherer im Vorfeld lief auch sehr gut, so dass unserem Besuch nichts im Wege stand. Selbst Hurrikane Irma hat nicht wirklich Schlimmes anrichten können.
Bei unserer Ankunft erwies sich alles als mindestens so schön, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Die Lage ist perfekt und ruhig inkl. tollem Blick über den See. Die Ausstattung ist definitiv mehr als vollständig. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten (und sicher noch was mehr). Der zu unserer Zeit wunderschön warme Pool war natürlich toll, die Terrasse perfekt (wir haben keinmal drinnen gesessen) und zudem hat uns der Kicker viel Spaß gemacht.
Also rundum perfekt. Wenn wir mal wieder nach Florida kommen, werden wir sehr sicher auch wieder dieses Haus wählen.

Ein Traum!
Wir verbrachten hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, wir fühlten uns richtig wohl, fast wie "daheim". Supermärkte u. Restaurants sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Die Community selbst ist ruhig und angenehm. Die Lage vom Haus ist optimal und wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht, Everglades, Strände, Outlets alles ist super zu erreichen. Vor Ort wurden wir nett vom Verwalter des Hauses empfangen. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank.

Tolles Haus!
Wir waren zwei Wochen in diesem tollen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich würde es sofort wieder buchen. Mit den Vermietern hatten wir einen sehr netten telefonischen und Email -Kontakt.
Ich kann mich der anderen Bewertung nur anschließen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir haben in diesem schönen Haus einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Es war super so zentral und doch ruhig zu wohnen. Im Haus selbst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns, auch durch die liebevolle Einrichtung, sofort wohl gefühlt.
Die tolle Terrasse samt Grill haben wir ausgiebig genutzt und gestaunt was es am See alles zu beobachten gibt.
Zur Lage ist zu sagen, dass alles in kurzer Zeit erreichbar ist, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und zum Strand brauchten wir ca. 10 min je nach Verkehr.
Tolles Haus, tolle Lage, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
