Description
The villa is within walking distance of the centre of Pescia. However, the street is a dead end with little traffic and the large garden means that the neighbours are also far away. The hiking trail between Pescia and Collodi runs behind the garden, so hiking enthusiasts can start walking directly from the house.
The owners live in the right and lower part of the villa and the flat on the left side of the house with its own garden in front of the front door and a terrace in front of the kitchen is available for guests.
As is often the case in Tuscany, you come straight into the living room, where a dining table for 6 and the sitting area with fireplace offer enough space for relaxing evenings. The sofa is a sofa bed for two people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Nice dishes and glasses and of course enough cooking utensils are available. Directly in front of the patio door of the kitchen is a table to eat outside.
The shower room and the two bedrooms are at the back of the flat.
