Podere Madonnina is a well-maintained country estate in a beautiful, quiet location just 10 km from Montecatini-Terme.
On the huge and fully fenced property, next to the owner's main house, are two charming independent cottages: Il Fienile for 2-4 persons - and La Zizzola for 4-6 people.
Il Fienile is a detached house with beautiful porticato and fantastic panoramic views.
On the ground floor are living room with dining area, kitchenette, double sofa bed. The kitchen has dishwasher, gas hobs, fridge with freezer, coffee machine. A staircase leads upstairs to the bedroom with double bed, bathroom with toilet and shower.
The house is heated with a wood-burning stove!
Outside light, garden furniture, own barbecue and deck chairs are available for the guests.
A very nice pool with umbrellas and sunbeds, on a terrace above the houses, is available to guests together! From the house and from the pool you can enjoy a fantastic view of the valley of Montecatini-Terme.

The farm Podere Madonnina is very quiet, about 10 km north of Montecatini-Terme, on a hill with fantastic views of the valley.
On the large, very well-kept and completely fenced plot is the owner's house (which is present only occasionally!) And another holiday home for 4-6 persons (La Zizzola), which can also be rented if required and timely booking! The pool is exclusively for the guests of the two cottages available!
The last 400 m of the driveway are unpaved and not suitable for lowered vehicles! Montecatini-Terme lies between Florence and Lucca and belongs to the province of Pistoia. The city offers all shopping facilities, many restaurants and is famous for its thermal baths. The location offers ideal and many possibilities for city tours and sightseeing: Lucca, Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, as well as the beaches at Viareggio can be reached in a short time!
