Casa Aramo has a large garden and the swimming pool (3.5m diameter 1.30m deep) are private. The garden is completely fenced. Garden chairs, a dining table and a barbecue are available to customers.
Inside, on the ground floor (basement) there is a well equipped kitchen: with dishwasher, microwave and oven.
The bathroom has a shower and the bedroom is very cozy with a memory mattress and an exit to the outside porch of the house.
A wooden staircase leads from the kitchen to the second bedroom, this bed also has a memory mattress and a door to the outside terrace.
The house also has Wi-Fi, a washing machine and air conditioning.

Pescia is a small town of medieval origins, located in the province of Pistoia on the border with that of Lucca. In fact, historically it has always been disputed between Lucca and Florence, sometimes even Pisa.
Pescia is a little underrated Tuscan gem!

We would not rent it again.
Mrs. Angelika Meisborn did a very good job and was able to help me with all my questions on site. However, there are pros and cons to the holiday home. Optically, it is a highlight, it looks so pretty, and together with the garden, it is really nice to look at, but upon closer inspection, some things need to be renovated. The stairs (one step needs to be secured), the slatted frame in the upper bed shifts with the slightest movement and crashes down. The faucet in the kitchen splashes. The wheel on the grill is loose and I had to scrub the grill grate beforehand. The oven only works with underheat. The towels are very sparingly provided, only one set per person per week. So you have to use the washing machine. Drying can only be done when it doesn't rain, of course. Please watch out for your small children and dogs!!! My dog jumped from the upper terrace onto the roof of the lower terrace and almost fell 2.5m down. I was just able to grab her and pull her up. Overall, it is very relaxing here, but for €900/week, I would have expected it to be somewhat cleaner. The loungers are comfortable and the pool is sufficiently large and refreshing. The shower is very nicely done. Overall, the stay for one week was okay.

Leider ist Dauerregen im Urlaub nicht das was man sich wünscht und gerade in der Toskana auf dem Land ist der Starkregen nervig weil es kaum möglich ist aus dem Haus zu gehen.
Es ist sehr schade das Sie vor Ort nichts gesagt haben. Wir haben uns fast täglich gehört und es wäre kein Problem gewesen zusätzliche Handtücher zu bekommen. Auch die Schraube an der Treppe hätte in wenigen Minuten festgezogen werden können, wie auch auch der Austausch des Endstücks des Wasserhahns in der Küche.
Wir sind, gerade in der Saison, darauf angewiesen das die Gäste uns auf Mängel aufmerksam machen die immer schnell behoben werden. Schade das Sie es erst nach Heimreise gemacht haben.

Relaxing holidays
We, a couple with a dog, enjoyed a week's holiday here. We can only recommend this wonderful holiday home with its large garden. The peace and the secluded location with the wonderful nature , the seating area and the pool .

Relaxing days in November
We spent a few days in Tuscany in November - and had wonderfully mild autumn weather. Since the house is truly beautiful, we mainly relaxed on the terrace and took some walks in the area. Our dog immediately claimed the large garden as her territory. The house's amenities leave nothing to be desired, and the heating worked well, as it was quite cold in the evenings. Mrs. Meisborn and the owners of the holiday home also welcomed us very kindly and gave us good tips for our journey.
Conclusion: We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!
