Description
Casa Aramo has a large garden and the swimming pool (3.5m diameter 1.30m deep) are private. The garden is completely fenced. Garden chairs, a dining table and a barbecue are available to customers.
Inside, on the ground floor (basement) there is a well equipped kitchen: with dishwasher, microwave and oven.
The bathroom has a shower and the bedroom is very cozy with a memory mattress and an exit to the outside porch of the house.
A wooden staircase leads from the kitchen to the second bedroom, this bed also has a memory mattress and a door to the outside terrace.
The house also has Wi-Fi, a washing machine and air conditioning.

Pescia is a small town of medieval origins, located in the province of Pistoia on the border with that of Lucca. In fact, historically it has always been disputed between Lucca and Florence, sometimes even Pisa.
Pescia is a little underrated Tuscan gem!

Nochmal würden wir es nicht mieten
Frau Agelika Meisborn hat einen sehr guten Job gemacht und konnte mir bei allen Fragen vor Ort helfen. Zum Ferienhaus allerdings gibt es po und contra. Optisch ist es ein Highlight es schaut so hübsch aus und mit dem Garten zusammen ist es wirklich schön anzusehen aber beim näheren hinschauen muss das ein oder andere mal renoviert werden. Die Treppe ( eine Stufe muss befestigt werden) der Lattenrost im oberen Bett verschiebt sich bei der kleinsten Bewegung und kracht runter. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche spritzt. Am Grill ist das Rad locker und den Grillrost musste ich vorab erstmal schrubben. Der Backofen funktioniert nur mit unterhitze. Sehr sparsam sind die Handtücher pro Person und Woche nur ein Set. Also muss man die Waschmaschine benutzen. Trocknen geht natürlich nur wenn es nicht regnet. Bitte passen Sie auf Ihre kleinen Kinder und Hunde auf!!! Meine Hündin ist von der oberen Terrasse auf das Dach der unteren Terrasse gesprungen und wäre fast 2,5 m runtergefallen. Ich konnte Sie gerade noch greifen und hochziehen. Insgesamt ist es sehr erholsam hier aber für 900 €/Wo hätte ich es mir zumindest etwas sauberer gewünscht. Die Liegen sind bequem und der Pool war ausreichend groß und erfrischend. Die Dusche ist sehr schön gemacht. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für eine Woche okay.

Leider ist Dauerregen im Urlaub nicht das was man sich wünscht und gerade in der Toskana auf dem Land ist der Starkregen nervig weil es kaum möglich ist aus dem Haus zu gehen.
Es ist sehr schade das Sie vor Ort nichts gesagt haben. Wir haben uns fast täglich gehört und es wäre kein Problem gewesen zusätzliche Handtücher zu bekommen. Auch die Schraube an der Treppe hätte in wenigen Minuten festgezogen werden können, wie auch auch der Austausch des Endstücks des Wasserhahns in der Küche.
Wir sind, gerade in der Saison, darauf angewiesen das die Gäste uns auf Mängel aufmerksam machen die immer schnell behoben werden. Schade das Sie es erst nach Heimreise gemacht haben.

Relaxing holidays
We, a couple with a dog, enjoyed a week's holiday here. We can only recommend this wonderful holiday home with its large garden. The peace and the secluded location with the wonderful nature , the seating area and the pool .

Erholsame Tage im November
Wir waren im November einige Tage in der Toskana - und hatten wunderbar mildes Herbstwetter. Da das Haus wirklich wunderschön ist haben wir hauptsächlich auf der Terrasse entspannt und einige Spaziergänge in der Umgebung unternommen. Unsere Hündin hatte den großen Garten sofort zu Ihrem Revier erklärt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Heizung funktionierte auch gut, da es abends doch schon recht kalt wurde.
Frau Meisborn und die Besitzer des Ferienhauses haben uns auch sehr nett empfangen und uns gute Tipps auf den Weg gegeben.
Fazit: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
