Description
The holiday home is located above the road leading to Vellano and is completely surrounded by greenery.
On foot, you can easily reach the village of Vellano, where you will find all basic necessities and a small restaurant.
The large garden that surrounds the house is terraced so that you can sit on one of the many terraces among the olive trees or you can relax sitting on one of the two terraces of the house.
The beautiful swimming pool (9.50 x meters) equipped with deck chairs and loungers will offer you pleasant moments of relaxation.
Casa Vellano is accessed via an external staircase, the particularity of Tuscan architecture is accessed directly in the living room. Here there is a large fireplace and a small oven that contribute to making the environment particularly warm, intimate and welcoming.
A door leads to a small reading room, where you can enjoy moments of relaxation in the company of a good book.
The kitchen, simple but well equipped, has a nice French window that leads to the garden. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Three of the four bedrooms are double and one is single.
