Dreamlike break/escape

We, as a family with a 9 year old child, stayed for 5 nights in this wonderful house. We didn't miss anything. Regarding the equipment, I would like to highlight the high-quality insect screens on doors and windows, which are not standard in Spain, but saved us from annoying mosquitoes. As it was cool on some days due to morning rain, the rooms could also be heated thanks to the air conditioning. I particularly liked the dreamlike garden, where I could enjoy my coffee every morning in a different spot. My daughter loved the pool and the chill area by the pool. The outdoor kitchen was a dream come true for my husband. In short: we all had a great time. Communication with the Eisen family and on-site housekeeping was always very friendly and accommodating. We would come back anytime!

Perfect holiday home for a great holiday

The holiday home is lovingly furnished, you immediately feel at home. The green outdoor area is equipped with several terraces and seating areas and is crowned by the well-kept pool. Already in the morning you can enjoy the sun while having breakfast on the covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a fireplace and infrared heaters in the house, we did not need them. It is a great holiday home with a beautiful garden where you can relax perfectly. We didn't want for anything! Absolutely recommended! You can be at the beach in 10 minutes by foot or quickly at the most beautiful bays of the island by car. The landlord is very nice and responds quickly to questions and concerns.

Dreamlike beautiful!

The house is a real pearl!

It is bright, super cosily furnished and generously proportioned. We immediately felt very comfortable

I have never experienced such extensive furnishings. Someone really put a lot of thought into it and paid a lot of attention to detail.
For example, there is a cool bag and cold packs in the freezer. In the kitchen there are kitchen scales, measuring cups, beautiful glasses made of unbreakable plastic to take to the pool, good knives, also large chopping boards, a large pasta strainer, garlic press and 1000 other things that I cannot list here. Even with the greatest effort, I wouldn't know what else to add

Since we were there in October, I can't judge how it is in the high season. During our stay, however, it was absolutely quiet as a mouse at night. That was great.

All windows are equipped with high quality fly screens. After a big rain, we had a lot of mosquitoes for a few days and were thus perfectly protected from the beasts in the house, fortunately

We slept wonderfully in the beds. The gas barbecue is top class and we enjoyed using it often
The large pool is great, secluded and the sunbeds are very comfortable. The roof terrace is huge and the seating is very comfortable. I often sat here in the evening, read and enjoyed the last rays of the day. The starry sky is also great to watch here

Check-in and check-out were extremely uncomplicated and both the owner Andreas and the manager Jörg are very nice

We can unreservedly recommend the house and will gladly come back

Hardly any other holiday destination in the Mediterranean is easier to reach. Palma de Mallorca Airport is served by almost all major airports in Germany, sometimes several times a day. Various car rental companies await you directly at the terminal. You can take care of the formalities while waiting for your luggage. From the airport, you can reach your holiday home or apartment in eastern Mallorca via the well-developed expressway MA-15 in less than an hour.

Mallorca offers sunny and mild weather throughout the year. In the high season in July and August, temperatures rise to over 30 °C – perfect for a beach holiday in eastern Mallorca. In spring and autumn, the climate is warm and balanced with little rainfall. For a hiking holiday in eastern Mallorca, we recommend the months of May and June. If you like swimming in the sea, you should arrive in late summer when the water is still over 20 °C. For those who don't like beaches and sand, a private finca with its own pool is a great option.

The town is dominated by the pilgrimage church Sant Salvador and the fortress. Enjoy a view over the plain to Cala Ratjada, Capdepera, and Canyamel. You can find a lively atmosphere and authentic souvenirs at the weekly markets in the small towns inland, as well as in the main town of eastern Mallorca – Manacor. In addition to the markets, the patron saint festivals are social highlights of the communities. Cala Ratjada, for example, celebrates the feast of St. Antoni on January 21 and the feast of the Virgen del Carmen, the patron saint of fishermen, on July 16. The festivities are sometimes accompanied by impressive fireworks.
