The year-round habitable "Olivo" finca offers 420 m² of living space for up to 12 people. From the inviting entrée on the ground floor (wheelchair accessible) one reaches the open, spacious living and dining area, where the wooden furniture with the bright floor and wall design offer a nice contrast. The huge living room, also with dark wooden fronts and in modern equipment (dishwasher, cooker, extractor fan, etc.) has a small separate round table as an additional seat in smaller round. The room for the washing machine is located directly next to the kitchen. On the ground floor are 2 of the 6 bedrooms each with a bathroom. One of these bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and is wheelchair accessible. The remaining 4 bedrooms are located on the upper floor, also a great bathroom are attached: dark natural stone floor tiles with white objects, 2 with open showers, 2 with bathtub and halogen spot in the ceiling - all very modern. 5 of the 6 bedrooms have single beds, which can be put together or separately.

The finca "Mansion Ses Oliveres" is a spectacular property, which is certified by ETV. The beautiful 2 storey house with many extras is located on an impressive plot of 15,000 m² in a great location on one of the most sensational sections of the island on the southern tip of Majorca in Cala D'Or, the Golden Bay. The superschöne beaches like Cala Sa Nau, Cala Marcal, Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena are about 3 km away. The next bigger place are S'Horta and Santanyi, where you can shop wonderfully.
