The year-round habitable finca offers 420 m² of living space for up to 12 people (extra beds for children/babies on request, max: 2). From the inviting entrance on the ground floor (wheelchair accessible), you enter the open, spacious living and dining area, where the wooden furniture provides a beautiful contrast to the light floor and wall design. The huge kitchen, also with wooden fronts and modern equipment (dishwasher, stove, extractor hood, etc.). ) has a small separate round table as additional seating for a smaller group. The room for the washing machine is located separately right next to the kitchen. On the ground floor are 2 of the 6 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. One of these bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and is wheelchair accessible. The remaining 4 bedrooms are located on the upper floor, each with a wonderful adjoining bathroom: beautiful natural stone floor tiles with white fixtures, 2 with open showers, 2 with bathtubs and recessed halogen spotlights in the ceiling – all very modern.
5 of the 6 bedrooms have single beds, which can be arranged together or separately as desired.

The finca "Mansion Ses Oliveres" is a spectacular property that is ETV certified. The beautiful two-story house with many extras is located on an impressive plot of 15,000 m² in a fantastic secluded location on one of the most sensational stretches of the island at the southern tip of Mallorca in Cala D'Or, the "Golden Bay." The super beautiful beaches such as Cala Sa Nau, Cala Marcal, Cala Ferrera, and Cala Serena are about 3 km away. The next larger towns are S'Horta and Santanyi, where you can shop wonderfully.
