Description
The villa consists of 120m² living space on the ground floor with a spacious, open living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with exclusive box spring beds and a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and a glass vanity unit. The modern kitchen has a large island a class on cooking enjoyment. Bathroom and kitchen are protected by an outer circumferential canopy and provided with large glass surfaces and doors. This merges the interior of the house with the beautifully landscaped garden. The 4 x 8 meter long outdoor pool is optimally positioned and invites for complete relaxation. The conscious separately built by an external staircase studio upstairs is about 40 square meters. The special in this studio is a 3 meter circular bed from which one has a splendid view of a large picture window to the Bay of Alcudia. The studio is deliberately open plan, with a small mini kitchen, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, Coreandoppelwaschtischanlage, shower etc .. In front of the studio there is a 40m² terrace and a small shed with washer and dryer.
Above the studio is a further approximately 40 square meter roof terrace, whereupon a Jacuzzi hot tub awaits you. Here you can explore the night Sternenfirnament in breathtaking ways, sea and mountain views on the day, of course, as well. High-quality patio furniture round on all floors from the overall picture and invite for deep relaxation.
The entire house is equipped with a central floor heating, air conditioning and a central vacuum cleaning system. It stands on a 930m² large completed in itself grounds.
The villa can be booked optionally with the home side as a private chef.
The uploaded photos are to give a first impression, but are again renewed professionally after final building inspection, as for example, the balustrade is not already installed at the current time. Photos from the outdoor pool, we immediately after completion of the currently running tile work. The remaining work will be completed in April / May 2017th

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is located in one of the most beautiful places on the north coast of the Spanish Balearic island of Mallorca, in Betlem. One small urbanization mostly from non-residents from around the world, in particular, appreciate the calm away from mass tourism. The fantastic sea views to the front and almost to touch, high-rising mountain opposite the villa come exactly at the site a memorable and very special flair.
Betlem is secluded on a narrow strip of land between the Mediterranean and the south of the town uplifting mountains belonging to the mountain range Serres de Llevant highlands of Arta. So Betlem is situated at the foot of the mountains Son Morell and Puig de Ferrutx. About three kilometers west of Betlem lies the village Colonia de Sant Pere. In Betlem the coming of the West highway Ma-3331 ends.
Toward Colonia de Sant Pere are the remains of dolmens of S'Aigua Dolça. To the south in the mountains, a footpath leads past the Font de s'Ermita to Ermita de Betlem.
to start The ideal location for long hikes and enjoy the beautiful nature. In Betlem, there are 2 restaurants and in high season a small grocery shop with fresh bread, cakes and pastries. Every Tuesday are fresh market day in Arta and Saturday in Colonia de Sant Pere. There you will find everything you need for your holiday. In Colonia de Sant Pere, there is a marina with a beautiful promenade and many restaurants to stroll. Would you like to enjoy the nightlife, a tour is not recommended to nearby Cala Ratjada with many bars. A visit to the artist village of Arta should not be missing. For your stay, a rental car is definitely necessary.

| We offer our villa after final building inspection in April / May 2017, the first for holiday guests. The pool will be fully completed. Only the planned spacious lawns, we need to move to the next autumn. We therefore grant the planned nightly rate a discount of 100 € / night until 31/03/2018. After that, the night costs 600 € in high season and 500 € in low season. There is our Villa to book in advance. A booking confirmation, please contact us immediately after filing our official rental license in offices around the beginning of May this year. You reserve the villa directly from the owner. Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Guests who like to primarily want to be Chinese, indulge in the most beautiful time of the year, the opportunity to have can book the hosts personally as a private chef. This for many years leading the Chinese Cooking Studio "Green Gallery Halberstadt" in Germany, also with a 5 star apartment for up to 8 people.

In the house you get the impression that nothing has been left to chance, even the lighting seems to follow a well thought-out and sophisticated concept - you can only imagine the value that has been placed on quality and modernity at all levels of planning. Every detail was thought of - absolutely nothing was missing. Everything was available, even a large Weber grill. The reception and on-site support were impeccable - even before arrival there was contact and valuable assistance and tips. 100% - RECOMMEND !!! 5+ stars !!! Modern +++ qualitative +++ pure luxury +++ Top organised +++ Location: Betlem is a former small fishing village, approx. 100+ houses in the village, exactly opposite (to the side) is a restaurant - however, although I try very hard to avoid disturbing factors, this restaurant is not disturbing at all - on the contrary, it completes the offer of carefree. There are 1-2 other restaurants in the village, but there was no reason to visit them. So you don't stay hungry. In the village itself there are some small and smaller bays that help to find peace of mind, no crowds of tourists!!! In the entire north of the island, all the villages are about 15 minutes' drive from each other. You won't find any parties here, you have to drive further for that. So if you are looking for a luxurious and modern oasis of tranquillity and still want to choose other programmes in the nearby surroundings if necessary - this is the perfect place!

A house of superlatives at the highest level !!!
I/we could inhabit 4 houses on the island in about 2 months of stay, as there was no (good) house available for such a long period of time. This house was number 1 - both in terms of order and assessment. If I were to try to list all the details, I would certainly unconsciously omit some things - because it's insane!!! As a vacationer, one is always prepared for compromises after the great "high-gloss photos" - here it was definitely the other way around! Although the photos are great, the impression in reality is even more fascinating. In the other houses, one could quickly recognize a simple and rentable furnishing line, as the purpose of the investment was to achieve a return. In this house, the focus was definitely on quality. On the ground floor, you experience an unforgettable impression, both with the large open kitchen and the large living and dining area, the whole thing is enhanced by the view of the outdoor/pool area and the angled view of the sea. A feeling of freedom, luxury, and well-being is created. High ceilings and freedom in every direction. Really difficult to put into words and reduce to a point. New - large - modern bathroom and two bedrooms complete the ground floor level. On the first floor, there is a penthouse with its own terrace - above it is the roof terrace with a super cool whirlpool - the view from here really can't be beaten. Looking at the back - the mountains are within reach, on the other side the sea with a view into the blue distance and into the bay of Alcudia. The combination of mountains & sea is unique and simply the pinnacle of nature's offerings.

We are Hairen and Andrea from Halberstadt im Harz (Germany). There we have for many years a Chinese cooking studio and an associated Apartment up to 8 people. The idea for the Fe-Where was our cooking studio guests to offer them a place to stay for their guests from far away with. With the equipment it has then we had a lot of fun to equip high, which was rewarded with a proud 5 DTV Stars. We or in person at any time for you. On site, the couple Dinter bedded repent.
