The booking with the owners was uncomplicated and friendly, which is very important to us as we try to avoid anonymous agencies.

The spacious Casa is an absolute dream: quietly located, very comfortably furnished, and equipped with everything needed to feel completely at ease.

The generous outdoor area with large palm trees and a beautiful outdoor shower is very well-maintained and invites you to spend a day by the pool or to have a cozy barbecue in the evening. Here, you can see that the property is also used, loved, and appreciated by its owner.

Very nice finca in a good location

We felt very comfortable. The house and the pool are very well maintained. All necessary utensils are available in the kitchen. There is also a washing machine on site, so you can pack a little lighter. The finca does not have air conditioning but has powerful fans that provide cooling. Towels and beach towels are available in sufficient quantity. There are also umbrellas and toys in excellent condition for beach visits. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

Dreamlike finca

We just got home and are simply enjoying having had this beautiful finca as our vacation residence! The contact with the landlord is very friendly and interested, the process is uncomplicated, and the local contacts are very helpful. Since we experienced a typical heatwave in August, the private pool was perfect for us. The house and garden are lovingly furnished and arranged. We really liked the proximity to the bay and the town. Very satisfied all around and we will come back!

Holiday with lots of privacy

We spent ten days with four people (two adults and two teenagers) at Casa Carino and thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful house with a great garden and pool. We would like to particularly highlight the peaceful location, the fantastic veranda overlooking the garden and pool, and the well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, there are two more showers outside, which is a big advantage when accommodating four people. Beautiful beaches, such as Cala Mondrago, can be reached by car in just a few minutes from the house. Mr. Grieme is a very nice host and was always available before and during the holiday for any questions. We would love to come back!

Beautiful house with a large garden.

We had a wonderful week at Casa Carino. The house is located away from the tourist crowds on a quiet street. Upon our arrival, everything was very clean and welcoming. As a welcome gift, water bottles, a bottle of wine, and olives were kindly provided. The house itself is equipped with everything one could desire. The garden is well maintained and we made full use of it. The absolute highlight is the pool. Even the somewhat cool April weather did not deter our children from jumping in, surrounded by colorful lighting, even at night. For people seeking peace and relaxation, this house is highly recommended. This tranquility also means that it is not possible to shop on foot or use the very pretty restaurants in Santanyi. However, this is the only negative aspect one can mention about this vacation rental.

Holiday home in a beautiful location.

Holiday home in a very good location. Quiet, yet central. By car, you can quickly reach various beaches and have many shopping opportunities only 10 minutes away. The equipment may be a bit older, but everything is in the best condition. Comfortable beds and comfortable pillows, no air conditioning, but very good ceiling fans. The kitchen is equipped with a very good stove, oven, dishwasher, etc. and otherwise everything you need is available in good quality. The outdoor area is beautiful, the pool well maintained and not over-chlorinated. Communication with the landlord was always friendly, reliable and pleasant. We hope to be able to come back next year.

Beautiful finca in the south of Mallorca.

The vacation at the finca "Casa Cariño" was incomparable. The house is located in a quiet area and away from large tourist crowds. The very picturesque Santanyí, however, is in close proximity and invites visitors to the market with local specialties on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. The location is also suitable for (racing) bike rides towards Sant Salvador or Randa. The equipment is exceptionally good, especially the kitchen equipment, nothing was missing. In addition, the outdoor area is very nicely designed, the pool really beautiful. Added to this is the warm contact with the owners. Overall highly recommended!

Beautiful holiday home

Casa Carino is a beautiful holiday home in a great location. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach.
The house was very clean when we took possession of it.
The house is furnished with a lot of love and nothing is missing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more (there is even a milk frother). What delighted us the most was the wonderfully maintained garden, beautiful places to linger and a great pool.
The on-site service is great. The contact with the landlord is very nice and if you have any questions you get feedback very quickly.
We will definitely be back.

A great house where you can feel completely at home on holiday. It is very well maintained and the property offers many opportunities to enjoy the sun. The spacious terrace invites you to a cosy breakfast in the morning. Due to the fireplace, the house is also highly recommended in spring. The house is quietly located and a good starting point for extensive exploration tours. Great nature and many hiking trails nearby. Cala Santanyi offers cafés, restaurants and of course a beautiful beach within walking distance.

Perfect holiday home for a great holiday

The holiday home is lovingly furnished, you immediately feel at home. The green outdoor area is equipped with several terraces and seating areas and is crowned by the well-kept pool. Already in the morning you can enjoy the sun while having breakfast on the covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a fireplace and infrared heaters in the house, we did not need them. It is a great holiday home with a beautiful garden where you can relax perfectly. We didn't want for anything! Absolutely recommended! You can be at the beach in 10 minutes by foot or quickly at the most beautiful bays of the island by car. The landlord is very nice and responds quickly to questions and concerns.

A peaceful place

A comfortable finca in a quiet location. A great, secluded, well-kept plot planted with palm trees invites you to rest. The swimming pool encourages exercise. The well-equipped house with its covered veranda also offers protection from the sun. The bedrooms are cooled by ceiling fans which allow for a pleasant night. The beds guarantee a pleasant sleep. It is therefore a place to relax. The sea and various good restaurants are not far away. We are completely delighted and felt well looked after by Frank Grieme.

Beautiful and pleasant holiday home

Stay at the beginning of January 2022 - is that possible? But yes! We rented the house at relatively short notice because we only decided to do so when we were already on Mallorca. But the transaction with the house owner was quick and problem-free. From the airport (car rental) we reached the destination after about 40 minutes. Everything as described - beautiful, deep pool, very pleasant closed fireplace, heaters (electric). We definitely needed the warmth, because there is a winter on Mallorca too.


It was great that there was enough wood for heating, so we had very cosy fireside evenings.
The house is not far from the cliffs and the bay of Cala Santanyi. From there you can walk further, partly directly at the sea, partly on top of the cliff. Fantastic views of the water and the bays. We almost went swimming, but just as I was about to take out my swimming trunks, it clouded over... But we did go to the pool several times, which of course only invites you to stay for a very short time at this time of year. Conclusion: A very good location both for activities and just to relax and unwind.

Relaxing autumn holiday

The holiday home is practical and well equipped. The location is very good, the beach and the town can be reached quickly. The garden and the pool are very well maintained and invite you to stay also at the house. The area around Santanyi is worth seeing and invites to short and longer walks. The rental and the service were excellent, we were welcomed with water, wine and olives. All in all, highly recommended.

Erholung pur in einer schönen Finca

We were at the beautiful Finca as a family at the end of August. We did not miss anything. Especially the well-maintained garden with pool is the highlight. The garden is not visible from outside. It is very quiet at the end of a dead-end street. We felt very comfortable for a week. Santanyi and its surroundings with the numerous coves are one of the most beautiful corners of Mallorca for us. When we were last in Santanyi and the surrounding area in 2017, the coves were not as crowded. Better to go to the bay in the evening. This was certainly not our last vacation in this finca.

Very nice finca with a lovely and helpful neighbour who is on hand for any questions or potential problems. We had also rented a car, so we could easily reach the Lidl, which was about 10 minutes away, as well as nearby beaches. There was also a beach within walking distance, but it was a bit crowded

Beautiful small holiday house in Cala Santanyi.

We had a lovely two weeks in Casa Carino in June. The small holiday house is located directly in the Son Mojer urbanization, which means you can even walk to the bay and the beach (uphill on the way back!) and quickly reach the town of Santanyi (by car, rental car needed). Being in an urbanization, of course, means having neighbors and a Spanish soundscape. Barking dogs, cackling chickens, music from the neighbors - so you are right in the middle of life :-)
The house is well suited for a small family. With only one bathroom, it's less suitable for two couples or a group of friends. Everything you need is there (including mosquito screens on the bedroom windows, which are a must!). The furnishings are not "state of the art" anymore, but you mostly live outside, and the terrace is wonderfully shady with a view of a green garden and the pool. Service during arrival and departure, and contact with the landlord if something happens, were top-notch! So, if you find a free spot on the booking calendar, you should book quickly. We had a lovely time and will come back soon!

If you like the originality in the southeast of the island, you will be able to spend your individual dream vacation here at Casa Carino in the bay of Santanyi. Nestled among charming Spanish neighbors and within walking distance of the great bay, you will find everything you need for a relaxed and cozy holiday with children in this house. Fantastic Relaxation Holiday July 2020

We (family with an 11-year-old son) spontaneously spent the first week of July in this beautiful finca. Upon arrival, we immediately felt at home. The whole house is lovingly furnished and in very well-maintained condition. The kitchen is also well-equipped (freezer compartment, oven, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, and more), so you can easily take care of yourself. The pool and the entire outdoor areas are beautiful. With a covered terrace and seating options outdoors, you can always adapt to the weather. The pool was the absolute highlight for our son. . . deep enough for diving and jumping from the edge, but also large enough to swim a few laps. Due to the location of the finca in a quiet cul-de-sac, you can really spend a relaxing holiday here, far away from the hustle and bustle. It's also worth mentioning the fantastic internet connection. Since my husband needs to be reachable for his company even while on vacation, we were pleasantly surprised that the internet connection here, thanks to fiber optics, is actually faster and more stable than at home. We will definitely come back to spend relaxing days here. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Grieme for the nice and friendly contact.

Well-maintained house in a good location

We (family with a 16-year-old daughter) enjoyed 13 nights in this well-kept and fully equipped house. Especially the beautiful, covered terrace and the relatively deep pool brought us joy. The house is conveniently located near the nearest beach, which is reachable on foot in about 15 minutes via a partially overgrown footpath. Santaniy offers an amazing selection of recommended restaurants. Unfortunately, a thunderstorm caused some inconveniences (fallen tree, power outage...). It was all the more pleasing that the landlord was eager to restore everything as quickly as possible. From our point of view, a clear recommendation!

Holiday August 2019

We were able to spend a wonderful vacation in Casa Carino. We found the house exactly as described, we lacked nothing. The beautiful large pool always provided a cool down in the great weather. The large covered terrace also provided pleasant shade during the day. The way to Cala Santanyi bay was easily reachable in a short time even over the street, where we spent lovely evenings at Cafe Drac. We enjoyed everything so much that we have already booked Casa Carino for 2020 on our vacation. We would also like to thank the landlords once again for the friendly contact.

A finca made for a great vacation

A finca as good as it gets. Everything was there! Just right for 3-4 people. Before making coffee, make sure to read the house description properly. Water from the tap is not suitable for cooking unless you like salty coffee. If you are not a morning person, you have to live with being woken up by rooster crowing before 6 am. The roosters roam freely, one kept waking us up at 3 am every night for a week. 00 o'clock until neighbors opposite have "muzzled" him. Especially cool is the pool, just right for teenagers who are water rats. Swimming and jumping in "from the edge of the pool" kept our daughter excited for hours, even until shortly before midnight. Not suitable for young children, as the pool is almost 2m deep from the stairs. Perfect location, right on the beach in the bay of Cala Santanyi, where the tourists piled up - we really enjoyed having the pool all to ourselves to relax. The veranda at the finca was absolutely dreamy. Diving and snorkeling in Cala D'Or is not far away. A day trip to Palma with the Ham Street was just right. Definitely recommended are the market days in Santanyi - not overcrowded and not just tourist stuff. A trip to the monastery Cura/Randa is recommended, from which you have a beautiful view all the way to Palma and the countryside. Alcudia in the north is not recommended on market days, only tourists unloaded by buses. The church, however, is very worth seeing! The Lidl market in Santanyi has everything you know from Germany. Only frozen bread rolls are not available (you can get them at the Etorki market across). If you want to experience Mallorca away from the masses, you have to book a finca away from the tourist hotspots. That's exactly what the Finca Casa Carino is for! And the contact with Mr. Grieme was absolutely top-notch! Thanks again for a wonderful holiday in your finca, unfortunately not all plants survived the warm weather. We won't be the last time in Mallorca. . .

Casa Carino in June 2019

We really liked the finca. Everything was available as indicated, or even more. There were drinks provided upon arrival. The house and outdoor areas were very clean, and there was a contact person available for any questions. The beach was not far away, and it was also possible to have dinner there in the evenings. We found the pool to be a special highlight. Our landlords Mr. and Mrs. Grieme were always available to provide us with information and answer our questions. Thank you very much for that. Erholung pur

The Finca Casa Carino is a cozy, lovingly furnished house with its own pool in top condition. The quiet location on the edge of the forest/at the end of a dead end street creates the best conditions for pure relaxation. The day started well with breakfast on the sunny terrace, and the fireplace provided warmth and coziness in the evenings. We rented the house for a family vacation with four people. The house has everything to offer - a well-maintained interior according to German standards. We lack nothing.

In the immediate vicinity, there are two beautiful coves (Cala Santanyi and Cala Llombards), both within walking distance (10 min, 40 min). The path to Cala Llombards leads through small streets surrounded by untouched nature. Especially in February, the almond blossom is in full swing, and the delicately scented sea of blossoms is a delight for the soul.

The town center of Santanyi can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Lidl and Eroski offer everything for daily provisions. The communication and handling with the landlord were perfect - very friendly, uncomplicated, warm, and helpful. Just great! We can only recommend it and would love to come back sometime. A big thank you to the landlords, Mr. and Mrs. Grieme.

Mallorca vacation in perfection.

In a dead-end street in the cozy San Moja is Casa Carina. The house is in very good and modern condition, the entire interior is lovingly designed, and the view from the veranda of the terrace immediately captivates everyone. A beautifully Mediterranean landscaped property with a nice large pool invites you to enjoy a relaxing "sundowner" on one of the loungers. The existing grill and fully equipped kitchen can start the evening program just as well as the alternative short walk to the beautiful bay of Cala Santanyi, where there is a sensational bodega. Back at Casa Carina, the tasteful bathroom and cozy bedrooms signal the start of the night. During the cozy breakfast on the terrace, we always looked forward to the new day on the most beautiful island in the world. Casa Carina and the friendly contact with the landlords deserve 5 stars. We will come back, already booked.

Simply a top address!

If you want a cosy, small house with a private pool in top condition and a quiet location, this is the place for you! Four of us rented the house for a family holiday. Particularly worth mentioning: Location at the edge of the forest, cul-de-sac, beautifully overgrown garden with tranquillity and idyll and fantastic pool which, with a depth of approx. 2 metres at the end, is fun especially for adults!

A small forest path, which is a bit stony and requires sturdy shoes, makes it really possible to be at Cala Santanyi in just 10 minutes. Many other beaches around the corner and easy to reach by car: TIP - The beach S'Amarador - great natural beach. The centre of Santanyi is only a few minutes away by car: Eroski, Lidl and strolling, strolling and dining in the village is fantastic

The house has everything to offer - well-kept furnishings according to German standards, enough Tupperware, as many towels as your heart desires, milk frother, beach umbrellas, sun loungers, a huge terrace umbrella and a shaded terrace for breakfast and dinner.... and and and. Nothing is missing
During the World Cup, the German TV was an advantage and we could enjoy the bad German commentaries. Only the WLAN junkie does not get his money's worth - there is no internet. But it's also nice to do without digital channels for a few days to slow down.

The pool woman Steffi, who comes every now and then to clean the pool, was always super friendly and had tips and a nice chat for us when needed.
The landlords were very friendly, cordial, helpful and above all simple and uncomplicated. Everything was fine!

Very nice house, great location, pleasant landlord.

We were four people on a one-week trip to Casa Carino during the autumn break in 2017. We had been recommended the house by friends and found everything just as beautiful as it had been described to us. The house is lovingly furnished and has everything one might need. The pool at the house is great, although it was a bit cool in October. We preferred going down the small footpath to Cala Santanyi and enjoying the still warm sea. At higher temperatures, the pool at the house is definitely worth its weight in gold. We really enjoyed the week at Casa Carino. Communication with the landlord was very pleasant and uncomplicated. On another trip to Mallorca, we would definitely like to rent the house again. From our perspective: clear recommendation!

Really a great holiday home

We stayed at Casa Carino in Mallorca in late summer and had a very nice time! The house is located in a cul-de-sac (so very quiet), has a beautiful pool and is very well maintained. Fresh pina colodas by the pool and freshly caught fish from the grill completed our holiday
I would book again any time, not least because of the very nice contact with Mr Grieme, the German owner of the finca.

Relaxing vacation in a comfortable environment

Together with a friendly couple, we spent our first Mallorca vacation in this quiet, tastefully furnished, superbly cared-for domicile: breakfast and dinner on the terrace, sunrises and sunsets, rainbow backdrop - simply WOW! The house offered everything we needed and then some, including many things we didn't even use (fireplace, stereo system, grill...). Especially practical for us with 4 people was the temperate outdoor shower that is accessible from the pool and also through the kitchen. Many of the positive attributes are already mentioned in other reviews and it is unnecessary to list them again. With the rental car, we explored a large part of the island on a well-developed road network and further discovered it on foot. We repeatedly found that the southeast is particularly beautiful and relaxing. We would definitely vacation again at Casa Carino.

Recreation guaranteed.

We (2 couples) spent two wonderful weeks in the very nice holiday home. Everything fit perfectly, the equipment, location, and description were as described. The rooms were clean, the furnishings tasteful. Since the outdoor area is beautifully planted, it is barely visible from the outside, and the house is located in a dead-end street, very quiet. The town center of Santanyi is quickly accessible by car, the market (Wed + Sat) is highly recommended. There are numerous restaurants nearby, highly recommended is the "Es Moli". I/we certainly haven't been there for the last time, would also rent the house again. 5*****

Top House, great vacation

We spent 12 days in the great, well-maintained house with two children (9 and 12 years old). There was nothing missing.

The furnishings are well-maintained, the kitchen well-equipped with plenty of pots, cutlery, dishes...

The bedrooms can be sufficiently darkened thanks to external shutters and thick curtains inside. Fly screens are available on the bedroom windows and in the bathroom.

Outside, there is always a shaded spot to be found during hot temperatures. The pool is deep and very suitable for jumping in, which our children particularly liked! However, apart from the steps, there is no area where the children could stand to play water ball, for example.

The area is relatively quiet, sometimes you can hear music from the hotels in the bay in the evenings, but it didn't bother us.

You can hear dogs and chickens, but you get used to it. The contact with the landlord and the local responsible persons was very nice and uncomplicated. We can highly recommend the house and keep it in mind for possible future holidays in Mallorca.

"What a beautiful peace."

We hardly wanted to go to the beach! It was so wonderfully quiet, great with the large and deep pool, and so wonderfully shady with the garden! In the evening, you could only hear the music from the hotels on the beach very quietly, and we enjoyed our peace.

And if the chickens cluck around you ....

Great with children! Great value for money! Thank you

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

We had a wonderful time with our two children (5 and 3 years old) at Casa Carino in Cala Santanyi. The house has a beautiful outdoor area, especially with a great covered terrace. The pool is about 2.20 meters deep at its deepest point - so you can jump in nicely from the edge of the pool. Of course, we had to watch out with the children, but there are plenty of swim floats, air mattresses, and water toys available. The location is quiet and away from any tourist hustle and bustle. We didn't miss anything at all, and the house was clean and well-maintained. You can reach the beach in about 10 minutes on foot via a small path, but it is a bit uneven, so definitely not suitable for strollers. By car, you can reach the beach in 2 minutes - it is highly recommended. We liked the beach in the Mondrago nature reserve even better, which can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. You can shop in Santanyi or also above the beach in Cala Santanyi.

The perfect time out

A wonderful and lovingly decorated house with great and helpful owners. The perfect place to find peace and relaxation away from tourism. The surrounding area offers activities of all kinds. We enjoyed this holiday very much and can only recommend this house
