The small cozy Ponderosa is ideal for 2 persons + max. 1 child and is located with 44m² of living space on a 400m² plot. It is located in a quiet side street in close proximity to the beach of Cala LLombrads, which can be easily reached in about 5 minutes walk. A covered garden terrace, as well as a sun terrace in the midst of a Mediterranean garden with palm trees, fruit trees such as vines and a lemon tree invite you to relax and sunbathe. The POOL measures: length 5,40m - width 3m - depth 1m.

Location and surroundings of object
Cala Llombards belongs to the municipality of Santanyi and impresses with its idyllic location on the southeast coast of Majorca. The small holiday village is home to three picturesque small bays, protected by bizarre high rocks, with gorgeous turquoise blue water and fine sand. The sandy beach of Cala Llombards is ideal for children with its shallow waters and gentle waves. Directly on the beach there is a large parking lot that you can use for free. In summer there is a small beach bar with snacks and plates and a beach chairs rental.
In the village you have the opportunity to get to know the typical Mallorcan bar atmosphere .. The small supermarket in the building of the hostel has open throughout the year, also on Sundays and holidays, and in addition to fresh baked goods and German newspapers.
The Cala S'Almonia and the underlying Calo des Moro are very small creeks. You can extensively snorkeling, swimming, sunbathing and hiking along the high cliff coast.

In 5 km distance is the next larger town Santanyi, with numerous restaurants and bars as well as various shops. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the traditional market takes place regularly, where you can buy food, jewelery and souvenirs and watch the hustle and bustle in the cafes with a 'cafe con leche' or a 'caña' (draft beer).

Arrive and feel comfortable
Dear Yulya, once again this year you managed to make us feel comfortable from the beginning with your warmth and the newly renovated Ponderosa, and we were able to switch off from everyday stress immediately. For that we thank you :) Because that is rare nowadays.
We would love to pack our suitcases again and come directly. But a year goes by quickly and the anticipation that we can come again is great.
We can only recommend this oasis of well-being (cleanliness/hygiene top!) with its beautiful garden, pool, and rooftop terrace, it is simply a dream that one wants to continue dreaming again and again :)

Wunderschön!
Die kleine Ponderosa ist ein Idyll, die Beschreibung trifft 100 prozentig zu.
Die Ausstattung, die Lage, die Nähe zum Meer und der wunderschöne Garten waren für uns Grund genug für einen weiteren Urlaub in der Ponderosa.
Nachdem wir im Jahr 2016 bereits in der Finca Urlaub verbracht haben, ging es dieses Jahr zu dritt dorthin. Die Ruhe im Schatten der Palmen, das Planschen im Pool, die unglaublich netten Gespräche mit Yulya, die leckeren Gerichte vom Grill ließen uns eine wunderschöne Zeit verleben. Wer in Ruhe und in einer sauberen Unterkunft Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist hier am richtigen Fleck.
Wir möchten Danke sagen, danke für die schöne Zeit die wir in der Ponderosa verbringen durften. Wir möchten Dir, liebe Yulya Danke sagen, Danke für deine liebe, freundliche und herzliche Art...

Wunderschönes kleines Urlaubsdomizil
Wir haben einen herrlichen Urlaub in der kleinen, sehr sauberen und liebevoll gestalteten Ponderosa erlebt.Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Der Garten ist wunderschön und Yulya ist eine ausgesprochen nette und aufmerksame Person. Die Treppe zur Dachterasse ist für Menschen mit Handycap nicht so gut geeignet da sie recht schmal und steil ist. Sie ist aber wunderschön mit einem herrlichen Ausblick. Der Pool wird immer greinigt und Wasserqualität geprüft.

THAT is a holiday!
There was nothing that was not there!
First of all, Yulya: We have never met such a loving, helpful landlady. The house is close to her heart and she attaches great importance to it. You can see that too! Everything is beautifully prepared, both the outside area and the house itself, very high quality and VERY clean and well maintained. She tries very hard to make your stay pleasant with insider tips, even has a book with many offers and interesting facts in and around Cala Llombards and is always available for questions. In addition, she is very discreet!
The house itself: WOW! Inside absolutely perfect, just like outside. A beautiful roof terrace for star gazing, a very well maintained pool, another covered terrace with a Weber barbecue and everything your heart desires. In addition, bicycles, cool box, parasol, FULLY equipped kitchen, as well as other nice gestures etc. are available. Everything you could wish for! Price-performance ratio more than fair
The surrounding area is beautiful and invites you to linger on the beach as well as in the surrounding villages. In addition, everything you need is within walking distance!

Just switch off, forget everyday life and let your soul dangle.
That is a holiday in paradise with our dear Yulya.
We were allowed to spend our holidays in the Casita Ponderosa for the 3rd time and enjoy the togetherness.
Everything is just right.
You have your privacy and can enjoy the peace and quiet.
Here you can be happy all around :)
A very nice, clean and cosy holiday home. The flat is super equipped, nothing is missing.
The garden is just beautiful and lovingly maintained.
Sitting on the roof terrace in the evening is fantastic. The stars are within reach".
You can cool off in the private pool, which is cleaned regularly.
You can always discover something new in the surrounding area. Beautiful bays, beaches, simply pure nature.

A holiday in Mallorca couldn't be more beautiful!
We spent a wonderful week in the perfectly equipped, very clean and ideal for two people small holiday bungalow. The charming landlady has thought of everything: you will find everything you need in the small kitchen, there is a gas barbecue on the terrace, the beds are comfortable, the garden is very well kept, pretty and quiet, the pool is appealingly large for sole use, and there are even bath towels. Yülya is very helpful, accommodating, always approachable with discretion and extremely friendly. We would gladly come back at any time.

Erholung pur
Mit der Beschreibung der Unterkunft wird nicht übertrieben – die Finca liegt idyllisch, ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr, sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin hat an alles gedacht, selbst eine Kühltasche mit Kühlakkus und Badehandtücher für den Aufenthalt am Strand. Sämtliche Kochutensilien sind vorhanden, so dass man sich ein Menü in der Finca zaubern und auf der überdachten Terrasse oder auf der Dachterrasse genießen kann.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere die Herzlichkeit der Vermieterin hat es uns angetan. Sie ist jederzeit ansprechbar und sorgt vom ersten Moment an für einen tollen sowie erholsamen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank Yulya!

Wonderful days
The Ponderosa is located in a quiet side street in "sleepy" Cala Llombards and is ideal for a holiday for two. Besides beautiful beaches, there are also shopping facilities nearby. Everything can be reached quickly and easily by car or bike. But back to the essentials. The Ponderosa is very cosy and stylishly furnished, has a small covered terrace next to a beautiful garden with a small, refreshing pool. There is a magnificent lemon tree in the garden, which also offers an opaque lounging area. My personal highlight, however, was the roof terrace. In the evening at sunset, a glass of Mallorcan red wine, a book and enjoying the peace and distant view. Pure relaxation and holiday.
The friendly email contact before arrival already suggested it, the stay then confirmed it. Yulia, the landlady, is very likeable, kind, obliging, helpful - simply great.
We will definitely come back sometime and can recommend Yulia and the Ponderosa without hesitation and with pleasure.

Ein perfektes Haus für 2 Personen!
Es ist ruhig gelegen und bietet Privatsphäre. Die Vermieterin ist warmherzig, hilfsbereit und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort verbracht und würden es immer wieder tun!
