Description

Welcome to the holiday home Sa Punta, a charming accommodation in Portocolom on Mallorca.
With a living space of 56 square metres, this house can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with every comfort.

The living/dining area and the small kitchen are located on the ground floor. From the living room you can access a cosy covered terrace with table and chairs, which is protected by a plant canopy in the inner courtyard. Adjacent to the living room is a small room with a pull-out day bed for 2 people. On the upper floor is the bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, as well as access to the two terraces. The terraces both have sea views and the roof terrace has wonderful panoramic views over Portocolom, the sea and the mountains of the Serra de Llevant. .

The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with various plants and trees that provide shade. Here you will also find a BBQ grill, ideal for cosy barbecue evenings. For refreshment, there is a communal swimming pool that blends harmoniously into the natural landscape. There is a car park for your vehicle on the property.

The terrace of the house offers breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Inside, a fireplace provides cosy warmth on cooler evenings. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures in summer.

The kitchen is equipped with a modern kitchenette, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Bed linen is provided and there is a TV in the living area. A washing machine, WLAN and a hairdryer round off the facilities.

You live in a small private residential complex built in Ibizan style and located on the cliffs at the harbour entrance of Porto Colom. There is a communal pool and 2 small bays within walking distance.

Long-term rentals are possible and the house is ideal for non-smokers. In addition, the holiday home Sa Punta is particularly suitable for allergy sufferers due to its low-allergen environment.

The pictures give a good impression of the beauty of this property. They show the house in its natural surroundings, the interior with its comfortable and modern furnishings and the wonderful view of the sea.

Location and surroundings of object

Porto Colom is a cosy fishing village with a sheltered harbour. The old town has managed to retain its Mallorcan charm and is still an insider tip. There is a nice selection of restaurants and small shops Situated on the offshore headland "Sa Punta de Ses Crestes" with its old lighthouse, the villa district of Porto Colom is only accessible via a small side road - an ideal home base for exploring the island in a hire car!

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation: It is generally possible to cancel the booking of the holiday home. The following cancellation fees apply:
Up to 90 days before the start of the holiday: 25% of the holiday price (corresponds to the deposit, which we then retain).
from 89 to 30 days before the start of the holiday: 50% of the holiday price
From 29 to 7 days before departure: 90% of the total amount.
7 days to the day of arrival or in the event of a no-show 100% of the tour price.

After we have received the cancellation from you, we will immediately try to find other guests for the corresponding period and offset the income against the cancellation fees. If the cancellation is announced in good time, it has almost always been possible to rent the house without further cancellation costs. Nevertheless, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
This avoids unnecessary hassle in the event of cancellation.
Rental conditions

Deposit: 20% of the rental price upon booking
Final payment: 4 weeks before arrival

Cancellation terms:

  • Stornierung: Es ist generell möglich, die Buchung der Ferienhauses zu stornieren. Hierbei gelten folgende Stornierungsgebühren: Bis 90 Tage vor Reiseantritt: 25 % des Reisepreises (entspricht der Anzahlung, die wir dann einbehalten). von 89 bis 30 Tage vor Reiseantritt 50% des Reisepreises Ab 29 bis 7 Tage vor Reiseantritt 90% des Gesamtbetrages. 7 Tage bis zum Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100% des Reisepreises. Nachdem wir die Stornierung von Ihnen erhalten haben, werden wir uns umgehend um andere Gäste für den entsprechenden Zeitraum bemühen und die Einnahmen mit den Stornierungsgebühren verrechnen. Bei rechtzeitiger Bekanntgabe der Stornierung war es bis jetzt fast immer möglich, das Haus ohne weitere Stornierungskosten zu vermieten. Trotzdem empfehlen wir den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung. Diese vermeidet in einem Stornierungsfall unnötigen Ärger.
