Description
Our beautiful holiday villa is located on the edge of Cala Ferrera and Cala d'Or, nestled in lush nature and just a short walk from the idyllic beaches of Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena.
Enjoy the sun by the pool or on one of the beautiful terraces, where you will always find some shade and a pleasant breeze even on hot days. And if you like, dive into the family-friendly, touristy hustle and bustle of Cala d'Or with its many restaurants and shopping opportunities on foot.
As is often the case in the area, the property is also home to a free-range group of curious chickens that sleep in the trees at night and whose roosters "chat" with those in the neighbourhood. Sometimes you will also hear sheep or donkeys from the neighbouring fincas.
There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity with direct connections to various beaches and places in the area and, with a change, also to Palma.
The villa has been a holiday home with an official licence for many years.
At the moment we only rent out the lower floor with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5) and functional furnishings, as we have only just acquired the property and have not yet been able to completely renovate it due to bureaucratic hurdles.
There are 3 bedrooms for a maximum of 5 guests:
Double bed 180 x 200 cm
Double bed 160 x 200 cm
Single bed 90 x 200 cm
There is fast internet with good coverage inside and outside and 2 TVs with German channels.
The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners.
One linen package is provided per person consisting of:

A place to feel good
We spent our summer vacation in the villa and would love to do it again anytime :-)
The house is very spacious, very clean, and very well equipped; we lacked nothing. The pool, with its size, was an absolute highlight, which we greatly appreciated during the heat. Overall, the garden is a wellness oasis, with plenty of shaded spots at any time of day.
The communication with the landlords was always very friendly and smooth. Overall, an absolute recommendation :-)

Great finca in a prime location...
The contact with the landlords was very friendly. The finca has a great location on a huge natural plot and is well equipped. Beaches and some restaurants in Cala Ferrera can also be reached on foot. It only takes 5 minutes by car to get to the center of Cala Dor. Our expectations were even exceeded, so we would rent the finca again in the future.

A magical place
"Magical place" may sound a bit over the top, but it really fits the house perfectly. It is a very special property and we felt completely comfortable. We especially liked the garden and the nature. The pool is completely surrounded by pine trees and the atmosphere is very special. The landlord takes care of any requests immediately. The house is very well equipped, very clean, and the location is wonderful. We had a very nice time.

Great final in a very good location
Overall a great holiday home.
We found it very clean and felt very comfortable.
The equipment, also for children and babies, is modern, high-quality, and well-maintained, we didn't miss anything!
Furthermore, the finca convinces with its central location, you are quickly in the next village, at the beach, etc., and still have enough privacy at the well-kept pool and the large terrace.
Also, a very nice contact and an uncomplicated and friendly booking process with the owners.
We can therefore recommend this accommodation without reservation and would book it again at any time.

Beautiful villa with pool and garden.
Spacious rooms and terraces, a well-kept garden, and a great pool. We (four adults) felt very comfortable in the beautiful villa. Many things can be reached on foot, a bus stop (Palma, Cala Mondrago) is right in front of the house. And the wild chickens that retreat to a tree to sleep are (surely also for children) very amusing.
