Description
The property for the discerning located in a quiet south facing with fabulous sea view to the open sea and the bay of Saint Tropez. The living area of 140 square meters is ideal for 2 up to 6 people.
In 45 sqm large living room with fireplace, a large glass sliding door is completely sink when pushed in the wall to the south. From there you go to a spacious covered
Terrace with rustic wooden beams. The sea view is from the salon and the terrace so gigantic and reassuring that you feel like a king in his castle, especially when the evening see the lights of Saint Tropez.
If you at some point want to go to sleep, you can pick one of the three bedrooms. All 3 have sea views. Two have fitted wardrobes, the other has a closet. All beds and all furniture is of very good quality. The master bedroom on the first floor has a private bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms on the ground floor have a shared full bath with tub, hand shower, water spray protection wall and toilet. Of course, even a toilet available.
The separate spacious kitchen has new appliances including oven, Ceramikkochfeld, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher ... everything you need to keep them happy. Next to the kitchen is a small utility room with washing machine, iron ... and storage space for suitcases.
The plot is 1300 m², is terraced and fully fenced - Good coated dogs (do not sleep in the bed or on the sofa) are welcome. The entrance to the garage for 2 cars.
The 13 x m large swimming pool is located a few terraces below the level of the villa and is easily accessible via a solid staircase, so a happy playing in the pool can not disturb the peace in the salon. The pool is exclusively available to tenants and is 2 x cleaned and maintained .. The pool wait 6 sunbeds on a weekly basis by a pool service. The next bay, restaurants, small supermarket, chapel, mini golf course are located about km away, but if you enjoy the heavenly peace and relaxation by the pool, then you want to prefer to not want to leave from there.
For dog owners, joggers and people who enjoy walking in nature, is located above the impasse, 2 minute walk a huge nature reserve, with a gorgeous view in the other direction - to the beaches of Frejus, Bay ël and Esterel. Also within walking distance is the lookout tower "Le Belvédère" of Les Issambres with beautiful all-round view you can ever have.
The center of Les Issambres is located about km away. There are restaurants, shops, supermarket, bakery, cafes, pharmacy, banks, post office, newsagents, wine merchant, tourist office, Monday-weekly market, Thalassotherapy Hotel, several beaches and the marina are having a regular boat service to Saint Tropez in high season.

On the approximately 1300 sqm large, enclosed hillside plot in a very quiet and exclusive residential area, is our holiday Villa Bellevue with private pool and stunning views of the sea, Saint Tropez and Sainte Maxime. In the immediate vicinity there is a huge nature reserve, ideal for walking, jogging and walking the dog.
Les Issambres is a quiet place in France by the sea, with no high-rise buildings and not touristy, a real insider tip. Specifically, the municipality is located on the Gulf of Saint Tropez between cities Sainte Maxime and Saint Raphael. The special thing about this resort is that it can be visited all year round, since a microclimate. This solar radiation is higher than in other regions of similar latitude. Here all kinds of water are applied, such as diving, sailing, surfing or swimming. In the village there are several tennis courts and around several golf courses. The lobby also houses a thalassotherapy center. Expectations fulfilled
The villa absolutely met our expectations and was as described in the description.
We have already mentioned here that there is a great view and that it is a good starting point for walks with the dog.
It should be mentioned that we were informed on arrival that the dishwasher was defective and that a new one had already been ordered.
The dishwasher was promptly delivered and installed on the following working day, so we can speak of a good service here
In general, the contact with the nice landlords was very pleasant and we will come again if time permits.

Villa Bellevue
We stayed at Villa Bellevue for the second time in October. The location of the house is perfect for us, the dog walk is just around the corner. The house is tastefully furnished and the kitchen has everything you need. The view is magnificent and when the weather is right: a paradise!

Dream house with dream view
For the last 5 years we have spent 2 weeks in December in Villa Bellevue, which is rightly named because the view of the bay of St Tropez is uniquely beautiful, both by day and by night when everything is lit up. The spacious house is very comfortable and tastefully furnished, even the kitchen lacks nothing. The grounds are terraced with various places to sit and lie down. In summer, the large pool is certainly a highlight. As dog owners, we appreciate the proximity of the nature reserve for walks.
Our holiday at Villa Bellevue delights us every year.

Unbeatable! A house of superlatives
Everything is just right here! Starting with the warm, reliable hosts, Mr and Mrs Kluzak. The house leaves nothing to be desired, has a beautiful view and offers enough space for everyone. It was also nice that we were allowed to take our dog with us. Please observe the rules for dogs if you are allowed to take them with you! The surroundings with the nature reserve right next to the house are also fantastic for smaller and larger hikes, even without a dog...... don't forget the culinary delights and you will certainly find what you are looking for. An all-round successful holiday. To be recommended at any time.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überzeugt nicht
Das Haus ist schön und hat einen Panaromaausblick. Jedoch machte die Außenanlage bzw. der Garten in Hanglage einen ungepflegten Eindruck.
Unseren Hinweis, dass die Sonnenliegen bei Übergabe alle verschmutzt sind negierte die Eigentümerin und unserer Bitte die Sonnenliegen zu reinigen kam sie nicht nach, wir haben die Liegen selbst reinigen müssen, um sie überhaupt benutzen zu können. Saubere - zur Benutzung des Grills - geeignete Roste waren bei Übergabe nicht vorhanden, sondern fetige und zugleich verrostete Grillroste. Es dauerte 3 Tage bis Ersatz geliefert wurde. Bei einem Mietpreis von mehr als 400,00 € pro Tag zzgl. Nebenkosten für Wasser und Strom zzgl. Kurtaxe haben wir mehr Service erwartet und in der Vergangenheit bei anderen Ferienhäusern auch erhalten. Wir verbrachten inzwischen zum 6. Mal unseren Sommerurlaub in Les Isambres bzw. Saint Maxime, aber hier stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (bei sonst vergleichbaren Kriterien: Meerblick mit Privatpool) nicht.

Unser Gärtner hatte die Aussenanlage bzw. den Garten, wie immer beim Gästewechsel hervorragend in Ordnung gebracht. Die Sonnenliegen wurden ebenfalls am Tag Ihrer Ankunft gereinigt , frisch gewaschene Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen wurden bereit gelegt.
Zur Benutzung des Grills waren benutzte, saubere Grillroste vorhanden, die nicht mehr glänzten, weil sie nicht mehr neu waren, wir haben gleich am Montag ganz neue gekauft(am Sonntag hatten die Läden geschlossen)und am gleichen Tag die neuen Grillroste geliefert, es dauerte somit 1 Tag. Der Mietpreis bei Ihnen betrug nicht 400 € pro Tag, sondern 385 €. Die Nebenkosten für Wasser-und Strom wurden nur teilweise berechnet, bis 50 € war der Verbrauch inkl. Dass Sie Kurtaxe zu zahlen haben wussten Sie und waren damit einverstanden! Ihre Mängel sind an den Haaren herbeigezogen. Mehr als sofort kann man auf angebliche Mängel nicht reagieren!
