Description

Enjoy pure luxury.
The high-quality furnishings will make you feel completely at home.
From the pool to the covered lounge area and the La Cornue cooker, everything is available for the perfect holiday in St. Tropez.
Relaxation in complete privacy.
The large, heated overflow pool with 12x5 m and also the outdoor jacuzzi - both out of sight - are ideal for relaxing breaks.
Breathtaking view!
Almost every room benefits from the breathtaking view - you look directly at St. Tropez and its harbour - on some days the view reaches as far as the Esterel mountains and the Cap-Ferrat lighthouse.
Villa Bellevue is ideally situated.
It is on the outskirts of Saint Tropez in the Gassin district.
You can quickly reach the town, the beaches or the nearby shopping centre.
A private road allows you to avoid most of the summer traffic jams on the coastal road.
The living and dining area is on the upper floor of the house.
In front of the area, on the forward side, is a continuous terrace that flows into a covered lounge area - all with views of the Bay of St Tropez and with a window front that opens completely.
On this terrace is a walled-in outdoor barbecue.
To the rear is another terrace overlooking the bay and St. Maxime. Port Grimaud, Port de Cogolin, Beauvallon and St. Maxime can also be seen from the house. Due to the special, unique position on the slope on a small hilltop, the house has both morning sun and evening sun.
Depending on the time of the year or day, you will have one or the other favourite spot.

On the garden floor there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom - two of them with sea view.
On this floor is also the large debordement pool with a depth of 3.5 metres.
Due to the depth and the colour of the tiles, the pool visually takes on the colour of the sea and one has the feeling that it merges seamlessly into it.
The pool is heated and can be illuminated in the evening.
It has an electric cover and a children's warning system.
The large sunbathing area is partially covered so that you can be in the shade if you wish. The fantastic garden of 1250 square metres has many cosy spots.
Fresh figs, oranges, lemons, mandarins, kumquats, grapes and pomegranates are waiting to be eaten directly from the tree, depending on the season.

The guest flat: A separate room with bathroom and kitchenette is available for guests, independent of the main house. Despite the proximity to the "Melting Points", you can enjoy absolute tranquillity in the garden and by the pool.

There is no through traffic due to the private road.

The property is completely fenced, the private domain is occupied all year round and the neighbourhood is very nice.
The house has electric shutters in addition to normal shutters, which can be operated centrally.

It is equipped with a modern alarm system for the interior and exterior and is registered with a security service.
Telephone, internet and satellite TV are a matter of course.

We look forward to sharing our very personal insider tips with you,
so that you will be as enthusiastic about this unique place as we are.

To ensure that you feel completely at home, a cleaner will take care of the room maintenance every day as required.
Laundry and ironing services are also available on request.

Location and surroundings of object

There is also the other, picturesque little fishing village that it was before it became famous in the 1950s through and with Brigitte Bardot and numerous artists.

Thanks to the strictest building regulations, Saint-Tropez has no building sins, but has been able to retain its picturesque charm of small alleys and enchanted paths.

A little away from the centre, a path leads to the 16th century citadel, which houses a museum and rewards the small climb with a breathtaking view.

Like no other place, Saint-Tropez offers a wide range between luxury and simplicity. From down-to-earth pubs with hippie charm to gourmet temples, everything is available. Everyone gets their money's worth when it comes to nightlife - Saint-Tropez is famous for it - and not only for the very young.

In the surrounding villages, numerous theatre and music festivals take place in the summer and you will find plenty of quiet and romantic corners if you are looking for peace and quiet.

Shady places under plane trees invite you to linger in cosy cafés.

The Pampelonne beach with its numerous beach clubs and public sections is the longest and most beautiful sandy beach in the Mediterranean.

In addition, there are four other beaches, also very beautiful, which are often deserted even in the high season.

Saint -Tropez lies in the middle of oak forests and wine-growing areas and you can make wonderful wine tastings. The hinterland and the immediate neighbouring villages also invite you to make excursions Ramatuelle with its medieval alleys, Grimaud with its castle, Gassin, awarded as the most beautiful village in France, with a wonderful view and very good restaurants and Port Grimaud as the Venice of France.

Tours to the nearby foothills of the Maritime Alps and the Massif des Maures are just as popular as excursions to one of the romantic islands such as Porquerolles.

Cannes, Nice and Monaco are also nearby. Art lovers will get their money's worth in St. Paul de Vence. But a visit to the numerous markets and antique fairs is also worthwhile. The famous lavender fields of Provence are also not far away.

The area also has a lot to offer in terms of sports - all kinds of water sports, plus mountain biking, hiking, climbing and playing tennis. If you like, you can try your hand at pétanque - a special kind of boules.
You can even play polo - or at least participate as a spectator in this interesting sport.

There are also three challenging 18-hole golf courses in the vicinity. For example, the private club of Gassin, which only members and "local residents" are allowed to play.
