Wonderful view!

The view from the balcony/terrace is fantastic! The house is a bit older, but equipped with everything, especially in the kitchen area, that you need on holiday. We felt comfortable and would always want to stay in this accommodation again when we are on holiday in St. Maxime! Thank you very much for letting us enjoy this house and the holiday, with sun!!!!

Not recommended due to upcoming construction work

Nice rural house with a wonderful view, but with a construction site directly opposite and ongoing construction work (residential and holiday settlements) behind the house, where the excavator work could not be ignored during our stay. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired. Finally, despite repeated discussions, we were only refunded 100 euros out of our 1500 euro deposit due to an alleged burn mark on the already aging faucet, which supposedly needed replacement. This was not acceptable as we left a cleaned, spotless house with no stains. We are still waiting for the photo and a copy of the invoice.
