Well-kept Provencal style villa for rent in quiet and private domain in Sainte-Maxime on the Côte d'Azur.
The villa offers panoramic sea views. The beautiful beach of La Nartelle is within 20 minutes walking distance. The picturesque centre of Sainte Maxime can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a separate toilet and fully equipped kitchen, Petit Prince offers comfortable accommodation for families and friends. There is a pool bar with barbecue, two terraces (one covered) and a beautiful balcony with sea view.
The 175 sqm large villa in Provencal style is generously cut. The house is alarm-secured and has shutters. Due to its central heating, the house is a comfortable and cosy retreat even on cooler days in autumn and spring.
On the different terraces each guest finds his private retreat possibility. At the pool there are enough deckchairs and a settee available. In the shade a hammock lures you to relax. The pool bar has an integrated fridge to provide fresh drinks for all guests. The pool is secluded and offers pleasant privacy.
Directly at the house at the kitchen and terrace there is a second outside grill. The holiday villa is the ideal place to relax, swim and eat outdoors. Here you can enjoy the perfect family holiday or holiday with friends.
The green garden on the 2400 sqm property has automatic irrigation. The lockable pool area is equipped with a pool alarm.

Spacious house with great view.
We greatly appreciated the various places around the house. The pool area is fantastic. The bedrooms are nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable (except for the bunk bed). The kitchen is a bit outdated, one door was missing, and one door handle as well. Plenty of cutlery and dishes available. As a family, we highly appreciated the house. The location is peaceful, but outside of the village.
recommend for: holiday with children, holiday with pet, cultural and sightseeing holiday, romantic holiday

Super nice holiday home, highly recommended. We were there with two families (8 people)
World class view already at the breakfast table, lots of space and retreats when you need your peace and quiet. The pool offers a lot of fun, not only for the little ones
