Location and surroundings of object
The Maison Charming is in a quiet location yet central location, in a closed residence (automatic gate) The port Saïn Paire, the water sports center and various restaurants and bars and a large SPAR are easily reached on foot (about 5 minutes walk). The center of Les Issambres there are on foot about 15 minutes
nice swimming pool (June to September). In summer, attracts the sandy beach "Plage de la Garonette" with the sympathetic Club 44. The beach is only 200 meters (about 2 minutes on foot). The Quartier de la Garonette between Saint-Maxime and Les Issambres is the fine little paradise on the Gulf of St. Tropez with its beautiful sandy beaches and bays.
All year revived with complete infrastructure.
Our house is 200 meters from Dream sandy beach, with beautiful old pine trees and 500 meters from the marina, with sailing school, boat rental, mooring for ships to St. Maxime, St. Raphael, St. Tropez, Port Grimaud, etc. removed.

Pure relaxation with southern French flair
The flat is furnished with attention to detail. Above all, the large terrace invites you to relax, also offers natural shade depending on the time of day, the various seating options are placed accordingly. The proximity to the beach is wonderful, a daily swim is lovely. Shopping at the Edeka is almost around the corner, so the car can stay...the pretty St. Maxime is also quickly reached. We recovered well this week and enjoyed the warmth at the beginning of May very much.

Clean, well-equipped house in a quiet location. Beach and village centre with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Very friendly reception on site by charming couple. Nothing is missing in the house, everything works and is in good condition, you feel very comfortable in the house and the garden area. The pool of the complex is clean but a bit sparse. There is a lot of information about the region in the house as well as helpful personal recommendations from the landlords, so that local activities can be planned well. The house is ideal for a pure beach holiday as well as a base for beautiful excursions along the coast and into the hinterland.

Whenever time permits, we escape from reality and enjoy the sun, the Mediterranean and the French "savoir vivre" aux Issambres. In summer, the nearby, magnificent Plage de la Garonette or we enjoy in the garden doing nothing or enjoy reading with a glass of chilled Rosé de Provence. In the off season we keep fit with shorter & longer walks in the wild, unspoilt nature. Is a paradise for bikers. Our guests are always welcomed personally. We look forward to you!
