Holiday apartment in an ideal location on the ground floor with kitchen, shower bathroom, private parking space right in front of the private entrance, located in a secure residence with communal pool and communal terrace. The sea and the beach are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. A good bakery with an outdoor café is located opposite.
Côte d'Azur, Saint Aygulf, municipality of Fréjus, only about 200 m from the beach. Here you don't need a car! The non-smoking apartment of 49 m² with one bedroom and living room. In the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need to be happy and it is within walking distance! Supermarkets, banks, boutiques, weekly market, newsstand, post office, restaurants, cafés and beautiful beaches. . . . . Here is life and activity and yet you can retreat in peace. The apartment is ideal for up to 2 people and is equipped with air conditioning, a bathroom with toilet, shower, washbasin, towel dryer, and ventilation. More than perfect
The accommodation completely met our expectations. Lovingly furnished and everything available that one needs for a relaxing holiday.
The location is absolutely perfect. Very short distances to all shops and the very good weekly market. The beach is very quickly reachable.
The hostess, Mrs. Kluzak, was always available for any questions and concerns and always gave very good advice. We will definitely be very happy to come back.

Very good stay with all the amenities
Well-located apartment in a secure residence with a pool and close to a very nice small cove. The owner is attentive and ensures that we lack nothing for a trouble-free stay. Highly recommended.

Everything super top??
We were 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 10 years old). The handling was good and easy. Regina speaks German, which made everything much simpler. The location is great, parking in front of the door, a large pool around the corner. The kids were thrilled. The sea is just a stone's throw away. Across from the apartment, there is a bakery, pizzeria, and twice a week there is a market in the center with great things and food. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, everything you need. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back ? ? ? can recommend ? ?

A lovingly furnished apartment with everything you need, a good kitchen and many books.
Beautiful small rocky coves nearby and the pool is also great. And everything very centrally located in the village, so it's also great for people without a car.
Perfect for two people.
The only drawback is that the two rooms are actually only one and are separated only by transparent walls that do not go up to the ceiling. Therefore, less recommended for a longer stay with four people (we were there with two children) because there is no privacy and you constantly wake each other up with light or noise.

Gerne möchten wir ergänzend darauf hinweisen, dass das Appartement bewusst für zwei Personen konzipiert ist. Das offene Raumkonzept mit der transparenten Trennwand ist auf den Fotos ersichtlich und für Paare oder zwei Gäste ideal.
Wenn man sich aus Kostengründen entscheidet, mit vier Personen anzureisen, sollte man bei diesem sehr günstigen Preis berücksichtigen, dass Abstriche bei Privatsphäre und Komfort nicht immer zu vermeiden sind. Ihr Hinweis ist dennoch wertvoll und sicherlich auch für zukünftige Gäste hilfreich.
