2 room holiday flat, A-type, ideally located on the ground floor with kitchen, shower room, private parking just in front of the private entrance, situated in a secured residence with communal pool and communal terrace. The sea and beach are close by and a 3 minute walk away. A good bakery including an outdoor café is opposite.
Côte d'Azur, Saint Aygulf, municipality of Fréjus, only about 200 m from the beach. You don't need a car here!!
The non-smoking flat of 49 m² with one bedroom and living room with sofa bed. In the immediate vicinity you will find everything to be happy and is within walking distance! Supermarkets, banks, boutiques, weekly market, newspaper shop, post office, restaurants, cafés and beautiful beaches..... Here is the life and activity and yet you can retreat in peace and quiet.
The flat is ideal for up to 2 people, max.4 people are possible and is equipped with air conditioning, a bathroom with toilet, shower, washbasin, towel dryer and ventilation. A kitchen with modern electrical appliances such as fridge/freezer, microwave/oven, coffee machine, washing machine, espresso machine, ceramic hob, extractor fan are at your disposal.

Halfway between St Tropez and Cannes, the commune of Fréjus - St Aygulf offers you a slightly different side of the Côte d'Azur as well as exceptional sandy beaches, magnificent natural landscapes, historical or cultural heritage, festive atmosphere ... Whether you are on holiday with friends or a family holiday, Saint Aygulf offers an ideal location to feel good and relaxed.
The beach Plage des Esclamandes is the largest sandy beach of Saint-Aygulf. It is located at the end of Saint-Aygulf in the direction of Fréjus on the Corniche d'Azur. There is a large car park.

The beach is divided into four sections: the area for families, a naturist area, a section for kitesurfers and a dog beach.
The section closest to the Saint-Aygulf car park is suitable for families, it has three beautiful coves protected by causeways. (Towards the middle of the lake, the beach becomes a nudist beach).
The nudist area starts in the middle of the Etang de Villepey. This is the quietest part of the Esclamandes beach. You can get to the beach either by walking along the coast from the car park or by taking the path at the end of the car park (towards Fréjus) to the Etangs de Villepey nature reserve. This beach is the most beautiful nudist beach in the Var.
Behind the nudist zone in the direction of Fréjus is the Kite Surf area. This section goes as far as the river Riviere de l'Argens (the estuary is very popular with anglers). The river forms the border with Fréjus, where the beach Plage de Pacha de Fréjus is located .
The commune of Saint-Aygulf is part of Fréjus and offers over 4 km of fine sand beaches where shuttle boats depart to visit the coast of Porquerolles on the Iles de Lérins from the sea. The Etangs de Villepey form a lagoon of over 260 hectares with a varied flora and fauna (over 260 animal species have been observed in this area). The Aréca Park covers an area of 3.5 ha of typical Mediterranean vegetation with its predominant scents (eucalyptus, bamboo, oleander)

Super Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und einen herzlichen Empfang. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage und es ist alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, sehr empfehlenswert!

A lovingly furnished apartment with everything you need, a good kitchen and many books.
Beautiful small rocky coves nearby and the pool is also great. And everything very centrally located in the village, so it's also great for people without a car.
Perfect for two people.
The only drawback is that the two rooms are actually only one and are separated only by transparent walls that do not go up to the ceiling. Therefore, less recommended for a longer stay with four people (we were there with two children) because there is no privacy and you constantly wake each other up with light or noise.

We were very satisfied all around.
The direct location to the beach, which is reached in a short walk , is wonderful.
The flat is beautiful and there is a very large window from which you can see outside very nicely.
You can park right in front of the flat.
The landlady was very nice and showed us everything properly so that no questions remained unanswered.
The communication worked very well.
I can warmly recommend the property.

Unforgettable holidays
We had a very pleasant stay. Mrs. Regina welcomed us very warmly, her flat has everything you need to feel at home right away, especially the private parking space in a protected residence, right in front of the equally private entrance door is just ideal. We really liked the many restaurants, cafés, boutiques and shopping facilities and the weekly market within walking distance. You really don't need a car here. The beautiful pool and the many bathing bays allowed us to enjoy our holiday to the full. We had already rented many holiday homes, but this one was the best. We will definitely be back!
