Description
the villa will offer the following:
- 1 large living room with open kitchen (with large fridge, oven, microwave, etc ... pans, utensils, etc ....). The new sofa in Mai 2016 a sofa bed (160x200 mattress size)
- 5 bedrooms (4 rooms for 1 or 2 people, 1 room for 1 or 2 or 3 people)
- 1 bathroom with tub and toilet,
- 1 second bathroom with shower (but no tub), and washer
- 1 second, separate toilet,
outside large terraces with partly the cool shade of a mulberry Bäumes (Morus Kagayamae) in the food corner -
- Relatively large pool with six-cornered shape
- Garden with typical Mediterranean plants and trees: mulberry, oleander, palm, lavender, fig, strawberry tree, etc ...
- Plots for 1 to 4 cars in the garden behind the house
- Only electric outdoor barbecues are allowed: two new outdoor Grille (Severin, German production)
are available, as well as some accessories
The house is ideal for 8 to 12 people, or less, of course.
It is recommended not to exceed 12 people.
Maintenance of the pool: a specialist with year contract (first name: Olivier) comes once or twice every week in the summer (usually around noon), slightly less in other months; strangers stink every time, please, let him work in peace.
The technology under the local pool please do not enter. If a problem would appear, please the owners immediately say or call communication.

Location and surroundings of object
** San Peire is rather small but cozy and Km far,
** Ste Maxime is somewhat larger and 7 Km far, also offers a casino
** St Tropez can be reached very famous (among others due to Brigitte Bardot), 25 Km far beyond the coastal road, but you can also St Tropez, from San Peire harbor with a Seabus ( "sea shuttle").
- St Raphael and its train station (who 'TGV' high-speed trains to / from Paris or Lyon, and Nice, hold), 19 kilometers, along the road by the sea (= coast road).
- Cannes and La Croisette Palais des Festivals + + le Casino de Cannes are about 53 kilometers of the coast road.
- Nice and its airport are about 75 kilometers (about 1 hour and 20 minutes on the highway).

- La Grande Plage de Cavalaire, le grande Plage du Lavandou, la Plage de la Favière au Gaou Bénat
- Over Le Lavandou and Cap Bénat, in Bormes-les-Mimosas, les plages de Cabasson et Brégançon,
In Cabasson, the water is not deep, can occur relatively far from the beach in the water. | a) If an entire second week is rented, a 5% discount on the price of the second week, the second from the applicable Base Price de week is billed. But we prefer this to be only exceptional, because this sofabed is essentially a good sofa and we do not wish it to be damaged by frequent use as a bed. Basically there are 4 bedrooms, the 5th bedroom is no longer part of the rented spaces e) Normally is Saturday arrival / departure day. Especially in summer. Otherwise we can sometimes vary.
