The villa is located in Issambres, on the coast of the municipality of Roquebrune sur Argens, in the municipality of San Peire. On the hill, 2 km from the sea. It is in a very quiet dead end, it has a fully enclosed garden.
There is a carport at the back of the house that is closed by a gate and is part of the house.
