Description
Our holiday villa for high demands is located in a pure south-facing position with a top sea view of the open sea and the bay of Saint Tropez. The living space of 135 m² is ideal for 2 to a maximum of 6 people.
The sea view from the salon and the terrace is so gigantic and calming that you feel like a king in your castle, especially when you see the lights of Saint Tropez in the evening.
The separate spacious kitchen has new electrical appliances, as well as oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, everything you need. Next to the kitchen is a small utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, storage for suitcases.
The property is 1400 m², terraced and fully fenced - Well-behaved dogs (not bathing in the pool, sleeping in the bed or on the sofa) are welcome.
The pool is for the exclusive use of the tenants and is regularly cleaned and maintained by a pool service. The nearest bathing bay, restaurants, small supermarket, chapel, mini golf course are about 1.9 km away.
For dog owners, joggers and people who like to walk in nature, there is a huge nature reserve above the cul-de-sac, 2 minutes walk away, with a fantastic view in the other direction - of the beaches of Fréjus, the bay of Saint Rapael and the Esterel mountains. Also within walking distance is the "Le Belvédère" lookout tower in Les Issambres, with the most beautiful panoramic view you can have.
The centre of Les Issambres is about 2.4 km away. There you will find restaurants, shops, a supermarket, a bakery, cafés, a pharmacy, boutiques, a bank, a post office, a newspaper shop, a tourist office, a weekly market on Mondays, a thalassotherapy hotel, various bathing bays and a marina with regular boat connections to Saint Tropez in the high season.
We offer our guests a salt water pool.
The water is treated by electrolysis. Here, natural chlorine is extracted from salt, which does not burn unpleasantly on the skin or in the eyes. Ideal for sensitive skin.

Fantastic villa
Good reception and explanation on site, always a contact available. Everything great!
The house was clean and very well furnished.
Very nice view over the sea, to Saint Tropez and to the green nature.
The accommodation immediately had a wow effect. Beautiful panorama from the living room and from the various terraces.
Incredibly large saltwater pool!

Dream house with a dream view, a stay at a high level!
The villa allows vacation relaxation from the first minute: clean, beautiful architecture, wonderful view from the terrace, beautiful south-facing garden, terraced with several seating areas and fantastic, large pool. If you use the house for four people, like we did (2 couples), it is super comfortable, because each couple has their own wing with their own bathroom. But even with six people, you can feel very comfortable here. On arrival, there was a bottle of rosé and the beds were lovingly prepared. Our dog also got fresh water and dog biscuits.
The view is magnificent, beautiful like a painting by a great artist and if the weather is right: a paradise!
The house is very nice, spacious with a large lounge and tastefully furnished with attention to detail. The beds and bed linen are of excellent quality. The house exudes luxury, with a large kitchen where nothing is missing.

The accommodation was very clean.
The immediate surroundings with the nature reserve are also great for dogs, joggers, and walkers.
The price-performance ratio is also right, we have already booked again for next year, so that no one can snatch our desired period from us and we can look forward to it all year long!

Unbeatable! A house of superlatives
Everything is absolutely perfect here! Starting with the warm, reliable hosts, Mr. and Mrs. Kluzak. The house leaves nothing to be desired, has a beautiful view, and offers enough space for everyone. It was also nice that we were allowed to bring our dog. Please observe the rules for dogs if you are allowed to bring them! The surroundings with the nature reserve right next to the house are also fantastic for smaller and larger hikes, even without a dog... culinary delights should also not be neglected and you will definitely find something. A completely successful vacation. Highly recommended at any time.
