Holiday apartment on 2 floors on the Côte d'Azur, Saint Aygulf, Fréjus municipality.
The beach is only about 300 m away and is easily accessible on foot.
The holiday apartment of 90 m², for 2 to 6 people, has 3 large bedrooms and 2 balconies.
Facilities: Armored front door, reversible air conditioning (energy efficient) which cools in summer and heats in winter. Entrance, separate toilet with ventilation, bathroom with tub and shower, sink and ventilation. American kitchen with modern electrical appliances such as refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and espresso machine are available.
The apartment is located on a small one-way side street on the 3rd floor and top floor. An elevator is available.
Parking is available, either directly in front of the house or at the nearby public free parking lot. Or a private parking spot reserved for you, reachable within a 4-minute walk.
Several bakeries, newsstands, supermarkets, banks, boutiques, a weekly market, post office, and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity.
Nostalgic cafes and beautiful beaches invite you to linger. Life pulses here, yet you can still retreat in peace.

Halfway between St Tropez and Cannes, the municipality of Fréjus - St Aygulf offers you a slightly different side of the Côte d'Azur as well as exceptional sandy beaches, magnificent natural landscapes, historical heritage or cultural heritage, a festive atmosphere ... Whether on holiday with friends or family, Saint Aygulf offers an ideal location to feel good and relaxed.
The beach Plage des Esclamandes is the largest sandy beach of Saint-Aygulf. It is located at the end of St-Aygulf towards Fréjus on the Corniche d'Azur. There is a large parking lot (subject to a charge during the season).

The beach is divided into four sections: the area for families, a nudist area, a section for kitesurfers and a dog beach.
The section closest to the Saint-Aygulf car park is suitable for families and has three beautiful coves protected by dams. (Attention to the middle of the lake to the beach becomes the nudist beach).
The nudist area starts in the middle of the Etang de Villepey. This is the quietest section of Esclamandes beach. You can get to the beach either by walking along the coast from the car park or by taking the path to the Etangs de Villepey nature reserve at the end of the car park (towards Fréjus). This beach is the most beautiful nudist beach in Var.
Behind the nudist zone towards Fréjus lies the kite surfing area, where swimming is forbidden. This section goes up to the river Riviere de l'Argens (the estuary area is very popular with anglers). The river forms the border with Fréjus, where the Plage de Pacha de Fréjus beach is located (not within walking distance).
The municipality of Saint-Aygulf belongs to Fréjus and offers more than 4 km of fine sandy beaches where shuttle boats depart to visit the coast of Porquerolles on the islands of Iles de Lérins from the sea. The Etangs de Villepey form a lagoon of more than 260 ha with a varied flora and fauna (more than 260 animal species have been observed in this area). The Aréca Park, covering an area of hectares, is a typical Mediterranean vegetation with its predominant scents (eucalyptus, bamboo, palm )

We had a pleasant time in Mrs Kluzak's holiday flat. The flat was spacious, 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds, open area for cooking, eating, living. The kitchen was well equipped and of high quality, 2 terraces for sitting or two sun loungers. All rooms were well and individually designed and furnished. Central location, with plenty of shopping facilities , incl. daily fruit and vegetable market, poissonnerie, boulangerie etc. Big market along Av. Du Train de Pignes on Tuesdays and Fridays. The family beach at Saint Aygulf is wide, guarded, no noise, several options for snacks, drinks, ice cream and parking. The location of Saint Aygulf is ideal for exploring the coastal towns and villages of Provence, also by bus or train if required.

Oasis of well-being
The flat is simply super. Starting with the tasteful and high-quality furnishings with visible attention to detail, equipment that leaves nothing to be desired, sensational new electrical appliances and many pictures ranging from extravagant to lovingly whimsical. We were also impressed by the cleanliness. The landlady is very friendly, easy to reach and helpful as soon as necessary. We felt very comfortable and have already booked again.

A real insider tip!
We were fortunate to have found this maisonette apartment and were able to spend Christmas and New Year's there. A holiday apartment furnished with a lot of attention to detail. A wonderful mix of old and new, of romance and modernity. Nothing is missing, even coffee, spices, etc. are available. The room layout is atypical and very special, a dream! The design of each individual room is incredibly unique. Glasses and lovely dishes are more than abundant. An all-around comfortable object at a high level with a very nice and uncomplicated landlady. Thank you for the beautiful stay! We would love to come back!
