The residence is secure thanks to a gate and the presence of a caretaker. For golfers, the clubhouse is in the immediate vicinity.

This is a quiet and relaxing place, far away from mass tourism. The flat is in the middle of greenery, surrounded by the enchantingly beautiful golf course of Sainte-Maxime with the most beautiful panoramic view of the greens and the bay of Saint-Tropez. If you like walking, just walk through the neighbourhood and enjoy the luxury villas and the breathtaking view of the golf course and the Mediterranean Sea. Simply magical! Those who prefer to drink an espresso on the terrace of a restaurant can do so at "St-Andrews" in the Golf Club House. Sainte-Maxime, bathing resort of the Côte d'Azur, stretches over 11 km along the Mediterranean Sea, between Saint-Tropez and Cannes. The climate is ideal: plenty of sunshine (300 days a year), mild temperatures in winter (12° to 19°), warm and breezy in summer. Besides the sandy beaches, you will find traditional Provence in Sainte-Maxime: a village with its old houses, a typical market, a maze of narrow streets with numerous shops and restaurants. It is simply a "must" to sit on the terrace of the Café de France and watch the pulsating life!

A rental agreement will be sent to you by email. If you withdraw from the contract, you must fully compensate for any resulting damage. If it is possible to rent the property to someone else, the rent will be refunded proportionally. If the tenant departs before the contractual end of the rental period, for reasons that the landlord is not responsible for, the landlord is entitled to the full rental amount. Should the border be closed at the time of your booking, or should a lockdown in Southern France prevent your arrival, your deposit will be refunded. The landlord recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance, which you can obtain from your nearest travel agency or online.

The enchantingly beautiful golf course of Sainte-Maxime is set in the midst of greenery with the most beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the Maures mountains. The hilly 18-hole course (par 71 at 6155 m) extends over 65 hectares. The driving range with 22 stalls, 4 of which are covered, the chipping green, the putting green and the expert guidance of Mark Wallace (Mark Wallace Golf Academy) will delight all golfers. The ideal climate allows golf to be played all year round.

Its location is one of the most beautiful on the entire Côte d'Azur. Since we also spend many weeks a year in this flat, we wanted to furnish it according to our needs and tastes with a complete, comfortable and very individual interior.
