The apartment, about 50 m2, has a separate entrance area with access to bathroom with shower & washing machine & separate toilet. The covered 5 m2 loggia, with a small sea view, has access to the living room and bedroom. The furniture is made of light pine. There is 1 bedroom with double bed & access to the loggia. Spacious living room with pull-out couch & equipped kitchenette with dishwasher & staircase to shielded mezzanine with 2 single beds. Telephone, Internet, TV, simple (CD) stereo. This piece of jewellery spoils a lot of air & height.

Ideal starting point for excursions to St Raphaël, Fayence, Cannes, Les Gorges du Verdon, but also to the museums in Nice and Antibes, the aquariums in Monaco, the perfumeries in Grasse, the glassworks in Biot. A ship sails regularly from Les Issambres to St. Tropez without traffic jams. The Esterel mountains invite you to hike; the hospitable Chateaux invite you to taste their wines. In the markets of St. Aygulf you can find Provençal life. Ancient history is told by the arenas in Fréjus and the thousand-year-old old town of Roquebrune sur Argens. The amusement park and zoo in Fréjus and the marine fauna of Marineland: Antibes provide amusement. The balcony of the quiet apartment invites you to relax, dream and enjoy by candlelight.

Bed linen and towels are provided. A dog must be registered in advance and may cause additional costs if necessary. After payment of the full rental price including deposit and the key will be sent to you. After leaving the apartment the deposit will be returned immediately after receipt of the key.

Our guests receive immediately after payment of the full rent your key, a plan of the domain with location of apartment and parking place. You can usually move in from 4:00 on Saturdays. Outside the high season individual agreements are possible. On the last day the departure must take place until noon (12 o'clock). We take over the

The first equipment with bed linen and towels is done by us.
On request a dog can be brought along without extra charge; it must be quiet and clean. Outside the apartment he must be kept on a leash. If the dog leaves traces in the apartment, their removal must be charged to you with at least € 50.
