In 2015, the house was completely gutted, a new wooden ceiling was installed, the exterior walls were insulated, the street area was newly clinkered and the courtyard area was newly plastered
The new wooden windows are triple-glazed and have glazing bars
The roof was renewed and covered with red clay tiles
The house is heated by a pellet stove
On the ground floor is the living room with integrated kitchen area and exit to the inner courtyard
Via the wooden staircase you reach the open sleeping area with separate shower room.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is centrally located in Burg auf Fehmarn in one of the most beautiful cobblestone alleys of the town centre.
The town centre with its shops, restaurants and town hall is only 600 metres from the holiday home.
In between are the church and the local history museum
There are also small shops, a restaurant, an ice cream shop and a bicycle shop (with bicycle rental) in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home.
There is currently no private parking.
Parking is possible free of charge in the public traffic area ( oberer Badstaven/Süderstraße/Strandallee).
With a bit of luck, you can find a parking space near the house.
However, especially in the high season, you may have to walk a few metres.

We have made the most of the available space with great attention to detail.
The pellet stove on the ground floor combines the ambience of a traditional fireplace with the latest technology and the highest level of operating comfort.
The automatic fuel delivery (pellets included), convenient control via touch display and tilting grate ash tray are of the highest quality.
The bed measures 140 x 200 cm and is adapted to the sleeping area.
For sleeping comfort, we deliberately chose a high-quality box spring bed with a reinforced outer frame.

Top accommodation with charm
We were a couple for the first time in the "little house" and felt comfortable right away. Price-performance ratio is right, it's clean like home, everything you need is there, everything decorated with love for detail and taste. From the little house, the Detlef family has created a gem with its own charm and character. We will be happy to come back and then definitely for a longer stay. Because that was our only downside: too short to really arrive and fully enjoy our accommodation!

I could get lost in the details, because that is exactly what characterises this holiday home: perfection and love down to the last detail.

It does not get more beautiful than this
We were very lucky to rent this little house. It was a dream, so lovingly furnished with a lot of charm and super clean. If there were 6 stars we would be there. Thank you very much for the welcome with champagne, coffee, small jams, shower bath and scented candle, it was impossible to describe, I still have tears in my eyes, everything was so beautiful.

Holiday on Fehmarn in a small house
Best private holiday accommodation we have experienced. The contact with the owners as well as the welcome was very warm despite the given situation (Corona). Nothing was missing, even coffee and jam were available (we have never experienced this before). We immediately felt at home.
