Look forward to a relaxing break in this enchanting thatched cottage! This part of the listed former pastor's house impresses with its tasteful and cosy interior design, perfect for families with children or couples. This is the right place for you if you are planning a very individual and environmentally friendly holiday, away from the crowds.
Your dog is very welcome! The property is fenced.
Here you can spend a beach holiday, go cycling, walking, do sports, keep fit or just relax. Experience the diversity of the sunny island of Fehmarn!
You will find your holiday destination in the south of the island only 3 km from Burg. It is an ideal starting point for excursions all over the island or to the mainland.
By bike or car you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Fehmarn in a few minutes. The island offers almost 80 km of coastline and about 20 beaches. There is the right beach for everyone, whether you are looking for peace and quiet, expect fun and action with the family, want to get active in water sports, prefer a natural beach, the dunes or the fine white sand.... You will always find the right place for you, and in close proximity!
There is a wide range of activities and entertainment on Fehmarn. Many events attract visitors.
Let yourself be spoilt by the excellent restaurants you will find in the direct vicinity.
You enter the pretty semi-detached house via a small hallway. From here you enter the open kitchen, the bathroom and the living area. On the upper floor there are two cosy bedrooms.
The garden with a small garden pond is harmoniously and beautifully landscaped. A terrace and a small lawn with garden furniture invite you to relax or eat outside. Here you are completely undisturbed and to yourself
Would you like to travel in an environmentally friendly way? In our house you will find an ecological holiday home concept that has made sustainable and gentle tourism its goal. This includes construction with natural building materials as well as the use of renewable energies, 100% green electricity and much more. Brand new: A charging station for electric cars is available directly at the house.

In the heart of Landkirchen, in a quiet side street, you will find this wonderful old semi-detached house, just 3 km from the island's capital Burg.
Within a few minutes' walk you can reach a variety of excellent restaurants. There is something for every taste here. A bakery, a butcher, the post office and a bicycle rental are also in the immediate vicinity.
The island offers many local attractions, such as the maritime museum, the submarine museum, the Galileo worlds of knowledge with no less than three museums, the many lighthouses, the mills, the nature reserves, the bird sanctuary, the pretty island capital Burg and much MORE!
The Baltic Sea resorts of Heiligenhafen, Großenbrode and Dahme are a short drive away. Beautiful towns worth visiting are Eutin and Lübeck. Hamburg or Kiel are also inviting for a day trip.

| The occupancy schedule is kept daily and is always up to date, you can rely on it! Do you have questions about the price? The price calculator will quickly and reliably determine the total price. The rental takes place on a weekly basis, the day of arrival is always Saturday. In the low season, arrival is also possible on other weekdays A deposit of 200 € will be returned to your account immediately after departure. Our cleaning service will gladly provide you with linen packages (bed linen and towels) on request: 18,- € per person All additional costs and the final cleaning are included in the price For refuelling at the wallbox we charge a flat rate of € 35,- per week, the rest is on our account. Should you not be able to start your holiday, we make every effort to find a replacement. In most cases we are successful. In this case, you will only be charged a handling fee of 8.75% of the rental amount. If we are unable to find a replacement for you, the cancellation rules below apply. |
Cancellation terms:

Beautiful island vacation.
The holiday home has a central location, you can walk to the bakery, bike rental, restaurants and other places. The house is very well equipped and everything is very lovingly decorated. Everything was clean and in order. Highly recommended!

Great vacation for humans and dogs
The vacation begins already with the arrival! The great view from the Fehmarnsund Bridge of the water, the kite surfers and sailors on both sides - incredibly beautiful!
The house is very clean and equipped with everything you need. We felt comfortable right away. Even our dog found his place under the stairs right away! In the fenced garden, he could run and enjoy the sun on his fur!
The contact with the landlady is very good. Always friendly and immediately accessible. Any problems that arise are solved immediately!
The house is very centrally located in Landkirchen. Snack bar, steakhouse, fish restaurant, two bakeries, a very good butcher and a bike rental (very nice and accommodating team) within walking distance. Burg (the largest town on the island) is easily accessible by bike, there are several supermarkets (EDEKA, ALDI, LIDL, NETTO, etc.) and Wednesdays are market days. There are also many restaurants and the best soft ice cream!
We didn't use the car at all during our vacation and did everything on foot or with the e-bike (with a dog trailer). The bicycle paths are well signposted and you can buy a bicycle map at the tourist office, which already suggests some tours.
For us, it was a relaxing vacation with the best weather.
We would love to come to Reetchen again.

Great holiday home
The location was ideal for our activities. We were there with our 2 children and 2 dogs. A "welcome treat" had also been prepared for the four-legged friends. The greeting was made by our hostess via email, with the note that she would be available for further information and recommendations by phone. Everything for daily use was available in the holiday home. The kitchen was very well equipped. We will gladly come again and can only recommend the holiday home.

Leider gab es keine Fahrräder. Die heißluft am Backofen funktioniert auch nicht. Zu wenig ablagen im Bad und Dusche.

Warum haben Sie sich nicht sofort gemeldet? Die Heißluftfunktion des Herdes lasse ich sofort überprüfen.
Hinsichtlich der zu geringen Ablageflächen im Bad gebe ich Ihnen recht. Wir bessern nach. Versprochen!
Fahrräder waren leider nie Bestandteil unseres Mietvertrages. Aber nur 200 m vom Haus entfernt befindet sich ein toller Fahrradverleih, der Ihnen gern Räder aller Art (auch Elektroräder) zur Verfügung stellt.
Ich wünsche Ihnen alles Gute und würde mich freuen, Sie wieder in einem unserer Häuser begrüßen zu dürfen!

Beautiful oasis in an ideal location
We were able to enjoy a relaxing week in this very tastefully and absolutely fully equipped accommodation. The garden was perfect for our dog, as it was completely escape-proof. The location is perfect, very quiet and every point on Fehmarn can be reached in a maximum of 20 minutes. We also liked the possibility to park our car safely on the property. The landlady is very helpful, attentive and friendly. We will gladly come back :-) PS: the best (only) butcher on the island and a good bakery are just a few minutes' walk away...

Relaxed holiday
Very nice cosy house with a small garden.
A few furnishings are still missing.
Bakery and super butcher 5 min. away.
Unfortunately there is no freezer in the fridge.
Otherwise completely satisfied.

Rundum zufrieden
Wir haben zwei wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen mit unseren Hunden in diesem Haus verbracht.
Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet.

wonderful feel-good house
We 2 adults, our 13 year old daughter and our Goldie dog were allowed to spend a week's holiday in this thatched cottage in August. We had great weather and were able to go on very nice tours by bike. The holiday home is quite centrally located near Burg from where you can explore all directions.Only with a dog it is quite long to drive from there - we drove with the car / bikes loaded to a place and then started the bike tours (dog trailer so advantageous). We especially enjoyed the late afternoon trips to Strukkamphuk campsite .there is a nice beach bar ( delicious coktails ) and a free stunning sunset to enjoy.
Now to the cottage : the holiday started for us as soon as we entered the cottage. Very lovingly furnished (cosy but not too cluttered) ...with a nice welcome gift and equipped with EVERYTHING you need....even spices, filter bags, dishwasher detergent etc. all the things you forget at home and often have to buy ;o)) was available. It was clean and we could sleep well on the mattresses. There are enough cupboards and chests of drawers and even for the dog a bowl was provided. There was enough crockery and cutlery, and even that was not a collection of individual items, but specially purchased (at least that's how it looked).
For us the fenced garden was a small shady paradise- especially the dog had his own "cinema" at the pond ( 2 frogs ;o) and he was hardly to get away from there.in the evenings a hedgehog always visited us.so it is not an ornamental garden with gravel and ornamental lawn - was who likes something like that even nowadays ?! Unfortunately, we were a bit unlucky because the church (in the immediate vicinity) was being renovated and the builders started work shortly after 7 a.m., but that will be completed in the foreseeable future.

House to feel good away from the big hustle and bustle
Nice quiet location in the old centre of the village
We stayed there for a fortnight with our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is tasteful, well maintained and very well equipped. The location is great for cycling trips all over the island

Quiet, cosy flat
A small cosy flat, very friendly and stylishly furnished.
The equipment is great and very child-friendly (travel cot, high chair, plastic dishes available). We came with 2 children and a dog, so the small garden in front of the house was perfect

Nettes kleines Ferienhaus
Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin und ein süßes kleines Hausteil des schönen alten Pastorenhauses. Bäcker und Metzger sowie verschiedene Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.
Auto aber erforderlich um zum Einkaufen oder zu den Stränden zu kommen.
Ausstattung ist gut und durchdacht.

Simply fantastic - we will be back
A great and lovingly furnished accommodation in which we lacked nothing.
The cute little house is in a quiet location with great neighbours and a nice flair.
We were absolutely thrilled.
The communication with the landlady was super friendly, cordial and she is very helpful.
