The comfortable, bright and very family-friendly 2-room holiday flat offers space for max. 4 people to relax.
It is located on a large plot of land of approx. 3000 m² and is part of a small, manageable holiday apartment complex with a table tennis table and sandpit. The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi, which is available to our guests for free use!
The flat has its own parking space (directly on the property) and as a special feature: 1 fully equipped separate terrace (in a secluded location)
For smaller explorations or excursions, 4 bicycles (from May to October) are available for free use. ( use at your own risk )
As this holiday flat is the neighbouring flat of our holiday flat " Muschelsucher " ( BW 10 ), it is even possible to accommodate larger or friendly families at the same time but still independently. The terraces are not adjacent to each other. This ensures spatial independence (when using both flats). It could hardly be more universal.
Due to the idyllic and favourable central location of Beckerwitz, everything is within easy reach. Whether you want to relax and swim at the beach, go on a bicycle tour, take a trip to the Baltic seaside resort of Boltenhagen or experience the beautiful old Hanseatic city of Wismar. There is something for everyone. Pure relaxation!

Hallo,
Klarstellung 2.-ter Versuch. Irgend wie hat das System meinen ersten Komentar nicht genommen. Also noch einmal.
Fam. S. , ich halte es schon für ein starkes Stück, wenn man solch Frust.- oder Rachebewertung abgibt. Und dann , nur weil man sich über was geärgert hat, es auf andere Sachen ( in diesem Fall meine Ferienwohnung ) überträgt.
Ich erfuhr es ja über diese Bewertung. Darauf hin rief ich Sie ja an, um zu erfahren was los ist. Und wenn mir dann jemand erklärt das er keine Gewitterwürmchen kennt, ( was ja auch nicht schlimm ist ) , aber dann einen Schwarm in die Wohnung lässt, unser Insektensystem diese Eindringlinge dann eleminiert , sollte wohl klar sein das die dann in Minutenzeit am Boden liegen. Das ist nun mal so. Und man sollte doch bitte froh sein, wenn man so was hat. Denn wer lässt schon einen Schwarm rein ? da hat man doch selber Schuld . Und dann das als schnutzig schreibt, bei eigener Schuld, ist ein starkes Stück. Außerdem sind die Fenster doch mit Insektengittern ausgerüstet. Das sollte man dann auch nutzen.
Und wenn man so was nicht kennt. ist das ja ok, aber nur weil man sich über irgend etwas anderes geärgert hat, macht man noch lange keine Rachebewertung.
Denn der Grund waren doch gar nicht die Gewitterwürmchen. Der wahre Grund war doch das Sie sich mit meiner Vermietungsgesellschaft verärgert haben. Das ging doch wohl schon bei Schlüsselübergabe und Abarbeitung angeblich los. Ich sage nur Frage zur extrem langen verzögerten Abgabezeit, wo Sie dann meine Vermietungsgesellschaft über die organisatorischen Abläufe freundlich informiert hat. Dachten Sie ich erfahre das nicht ?
Und mir dann , als ich Sie anrief um zu klären was da los ist, Sie mir auch noch telefonisch sagten, wie schön sonst alles ist ( abgesehen von der Schwarmsache, was wir ja klärten und Sie ja nicht kannten ), und das Sie wieder kommen wollten.
Nein danke, das Team und auch ich möchten Sie nicht als Gast haben. Solch ein Verhalten ist für uns nicht hinnehmbar. Sie werden sich also in Zukunft eine andere Ferienunterkunft suchen müssen. Einen solchen Gast beherrbergen wir nicht ein 2.-tes mal.
Wir tuen viel und versuchen alles erdenkliche, das es unseren Gästen gut geht. Was wir auch bestetigt bekommen.
Im allgemeinen halte ich mich mit Schreiben zurück, aber so was konnte und wollte ich nicht hier so im Raum stehen lassen. Das mußte klargestellt werden.

NO internet despite demand
The vacation rental is well-equipped and leaves nothing to be desired except for internet. In 5 days, there was only 4 hours of internet... My tip is to offer the vacation rental without internet. The second television in the bedroom is great, even though only one can be used at a time. Mobile phone network coverage is poor and there is no bus service, which is why the lack of Wi-Fi is doubly painful.

es freut uns, das die Ferienwohnung an sich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Vielen Dank dafür.
Zu den anderen angeführten Dingen muß ich aber doch noch etwas sagen.
Natürlich ist W-Lan vorhanden. Da während Ihres Aufenthaltes an dem Breitbandausbau im Ort gearbeitet wurde, wurde das Netz zeitweise am Tag mehrmals abgeschaltet. Dieses wurde uns im Vorfeld leider nicht mitgeteilt und natürlich haben wir auch keinen Einfluß darauf gehabt. Das schöne ist, wenn dieser Ausbau bis jahresende erledigt ist, ist somit das W-Lan noch besser, worauf wir uns natürlich freuen.
Zum zweiten Fernseher. Ich habe noch einmal alles kontrolliert. Es funktioniert ohne Probleme , so wie es soll. Hier lag wahrscheinlich ein Bedienfehler Ihrerseits vor.
Eine Busanbindung am im Ort liegt sehr wohl vor. Nur ist der Fahrplan ausserhalb der Saison gekürzt. Sodas man sich zeitlich danach richten muß, wenn man den Nahverkehr nutzen möchte.
Mobilfunktechnisch ist das Gebiet an der Ostsee sehr gut mit D2 Vodafon erschlossen. Bei anderen Anbietern ist der Funkempfang nicht zwangsläufig sehr gut. Das ist aber bundesweit ja ein Problem , je nach Mobilfunknetz. Ist von uns ja auch nicht zu beeinflussen.
Es freut mich das Sie trotzdem noch einen schönen Urlaub hatten, was ich ja bei unserem Telefonat mit Ihnen erfuhr. Und das ist ja das Wichtigste. Unsere Gäste sollen sich wohl fühlen. Das ist unser Anspruch und Ansporn.
