Description
The house (approx. 80 sqm) is furnished to a high standard and generously equipped. Its own photovoltaic system ensures an environmentally friendly energy supply. The house has a good indoor climate due to the use of sustainable building materials and has good insulation values, which keep the heat in the house in winter and protect it from heat in summer
The kitchen on the ground floor has brand-name appliances and sufficient crockery and cutlery. Kettle, coffee pod machine, coffee maker, toaster, microwave are available on the ground floor. Here you will also find a guest toilet and a cloakroom. Chairs for 6 persons and two highchairs for children are available. The corner couch is extendable and can be used as a sleeping accommodation.
A large bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, a cot and a travel cot (electric shutters and fly screens are provided) and a small bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and a bathroom with a large shower are located upstairs.
We are happy to provide you with bed linen (12 €/person) and towels (8 €/person) both together 18 €/person. We are happy to provide bed rails as fall-out protection for the large beds if required.
The terrace, which is covered with a glass roof, is south-facing and has two sun loungers with cushions, garden furniture and a parasol. The lawn invites you to play or sunbathe. A brick barbecue is at your disposal. The property is fenced in so that even small children cannot run away so quickly.
There is a swing with slide and a sandbox on our property, which you are welcome to use.

Location and surroundings of object
Zierow is located directly on Wismar Bay with a view of the island of Poel. The small Baltic Sea holiday resort is only eight kilometres from the Hanseatic city of Wismar and about 35 kilometres from Schwerin and 60 kilometres from the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Lübeck. There you can enjoy a wide variety of cultural activities. The small holiday home settlement is located in a play street with a small playground with slide, table tennis table, swings, etc. In Zierow there is a child-friendly sandy beach, supervised by the DLRG, where you can spend your holiday with the whole family.

A small tool shed for your beach equipment and bicycles is located in front of the house next to the car parking spaces. The bicycles (one ladies' and one men's bicycle), as well as two children's bicycles (20 and 24 inch) and a handcart may be used.

Super holiday home, super landlord !
We rented the holiday house, which is half rented and half used by the owners, over Easter. The house is only a few hundred metres from the clean and child-friendly beach. Apart from the fact that we were really lucky with the weather at this time of year, we had a top holiday with the holiday home and the owners as neighbours. The house is equipped with everything you need and even more. The quality of the furnishings is definitely in a better category than what we have found in holiday homes so far. It was very modern and newly furnished and very well maintained and clean!
The owners, who were neighbours during the same period, were very friendly and helpful. The barbecue evening rounded off the holiday perfectly. We would love to stay here again and again!

Very nice cottage with everything you need, from dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator,
Coffee maker, toaster, TV, radio and a small children's playground with sandpit, slide
and swing
For the way to the beach (approx. 500m) a trolley is available for the luggage transport
There are also bicycles for adults and children
We also got to know the landlords, very nice people

Modern holiday home in an ideal location
Nice contact with the landlords, punctual handover by the property manager, everything you need is available, shopping facilities and restaurants around the corner, close to the Baltic Sea cycle path, everything was great. What more could you want, highly recommended.

Urlaub in Zierow;)
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit erlebt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Super ist auch die Terrassenüberdachung, so kann man bei jedem Wetter draußen sitzen. Der Strand ist schnell erreicht. Sehr nette Vermieter. Immer wieder gerne!!!!

Eine schöne und geräumige Doppelhaushälfte mit vielen Schlafplätzen, sehr gute Ausstattung und allem was man für einen Urlaub benötigt ( inkl WLAN) .
Absolut positiv sind die bereitgestellten Fahrräder ( sogar 2 Kinderräder in versch. Größen) und einem Bollerwagen, der für den etwa 500 m Strandweg genutzt werden kann . Der Strand ist ideal für Kleinkinder geeignet , Spielplätze findet man überall im Ort.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt im Ort oder wenige Autominuten entfernt . Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet auf alle Fragen :-) . Wir haben bereits zum 3. Mal in diesem Haus Urlaub gemacht und können es wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Moderne Ferienwohnung über zwei Etagen
Es handelt sich um eine moderne, saubere und ruhige DHH mit Terrasse und kleinem Garten. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und alles ist sauber und gemütlich. Der Weg zum Strand dauert zu Fuß ca. 10-15Minuten. Es handelt sich um einen gemütlichen Naturstrand.
Für Kinder gibt es einen Spielplatz am Strand und noch zwei weitere Spielplätze auf dem angrenzenden Campingplatz, die auch frei benutzt werden dürfen. Brötchen können direkt um die Ecke gekauft werden.
Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
Als Tagesausflüge bieten sich Wismar, die Insel Poel, Schwerin und sogar Rostock an. Wismar hat für Kinder einen Tierpark und ein tolles Erlebnisbad zu bieten. Selbst bei schlechterem Wetter hat man immer was zu tun.
