The holiday home is located in Wismar Bay about 800 m from the beach. The beautiful sandy beach with its slowly increasing water depth also offers families with small children the best conditions for a relaxing beach holiday. There are good hiking and cycling possibilities to Boltenhagen as well as Wismar (Baltic Sea hiking trail), which invite for shopping as well as sightseeing, because the city of Wismar has been a World Heritage Site since 2002. The distance is 15 km. Deep-sea anglers can also start day trips from there. For horse lovers, riding facilities are available in Zierow, which is only 6 km away. Excursions to Lübeck (approx. 30 - 40 minutes by car) or to Rostock (approx. 60 - 80 minutes by car) and to the island of Rügen are possible. There are still secluded and quiet spots on the beach, which can be found on the steep coast behind the nearby 18-hole golf course. They invite you to linger and dream. If you take a walk along the fields of the strawberry farm, fresh berries can sweeten your stay on the beach. There is a restaurant (Little Italy) at the jetty directly on the beach, but you will also find a restaurant and bicycle rental in the village of Beckerwitz, about 1.5 km away. If the weather is bad, the "Wonnemar" adventure pool in the Hanseatic city of Wismar and the adventure park in Lübeck offer the best leisure activities. Hohen Wieschendorf is located about 50 km east of Lübeck and about 10 km west of Wismar on a headland. The towns of Grevesmühlen and the Baltic seaside resort of Boltenhagen are within a radius of 15 km. Opposite Wismar Bay is the island of Poel.

We (2 families with 2 children plus 1 dog) rented both holiday homes in August and were really very satisfied!!!
The 2 houses are on one property and are therefore super suitable for families/friends
The description of the houses is correct. Everything was clean on arrival and communication with the landlady was great!
The proximity to the beach was mega! Only a few minutes walk and you were there! Dogs are also allowed in the water and it was great for the little kids because the water was shallow. Simply beautiful!
The only thing we had to complain about was how noisy the bungalows were
It is a pity that the property is not completely fenced in. That would have been great for the dog and child

Pure relaxation
We had a very good rest at pier 18
The furnishings are functional and very suitable for a holiday with a dog.
Proximity to the beach is ideal and there are plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling tours
