The holiday home offers a spacious living area, a separate kitchen, a modern bathroom, and two comfortable bedrooms. The living area is equipped with an electric heater to ensure a cozy atmosphere even on cooler days. The terrace is located on the sunny south side and invites you to relax. A parking space for a car is located directly next to the holiday home. Please note that a tourist tax has been charged in the region since 2024. The well-equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with integrated freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave with grill function, and a ceramic hob with two cooking zones. The living area is furnished with a dining table as well as two leather sofas and matching leather stools – ideal for cozy evenings.
The bathroom is modern, tiled in brown/white, and offers a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. In both bedrooms you will find a double bed, a wardrobe, and two bedside tables with night lamps. Each bedroom has a window with a sturdy fly screen, so you can sleep undisturbed even in the warmer months.

The holiday home is located in the picturesque Wismar Bay, only about 800 meters from the beach. The expansive sandy beach is ideal for families with small children, as the water only gradually gets deeper and thus offers ideal conditions for a relaxing beach holiday. In addition, there are numerous hiking and cycling trails, including the Baltic Sea hiking trail, which leads to both Boltenhagen and Wismar. Wismar, a UNESCO World Heritage city since 2002, is only 15 km away and invites you to visit with its historic sights and shopping opportunities.
The Hohen Wieschendorf region, about 50 km east of Lübeck and around 10 km west of Wismar, is located on an idyllic peninsula. The towns of Grevesmühlen and the Baltic Sea resort Boltenhagen are within a 15 km radius. Opposite Wismar Bay lies the beautiful island of Poel. In Gägelow, just a few kilometers away, there is a commercial area with a variety of shops.
For anglers, the surrounding area offers the opportunity to go on deep-sea tours. Horse riding enthusiasts can take advantage of the offerings in Zierow, only 6 km away. Other excursion destinations such as Lübeck (approx. 30–40 minutes by car) or Rostock (approx. 60–80 minutes by car) as well as the island of Rügen are also easily accessible. Directly on the beach, there are quiet, secluded spots along the cliffs that invite you to linger and dream. These are located behind the impressive 74-hectare 18-hole golf course. A walk along the fields of the strawberry farm not only offers a wonderful view, but also the opportunity to taste fresh berries and thus sweeten your stay at the beach. At the harbor, the cozy restaurant "Little Italy" awaits you, serving delicious food and refreshing drinks on its outdoor terrace. Only 600 meters away is the Bades Huk holiday resort, where the Bades Huk Shop offers fresh rolls daily from the popular Freytag bakery in Grevesmühlen. A bicycle rental can also be found nearby. If the weather doesn't cooperate, the adventure pool "Wonnemar" in Wismar and the adventure park in Lübeck offer exciting leisure activities for young and old.

Very nice bungalow.
Anyone seeking peace and relaxation is exactly right here.
We don't love mass processing in hotels or on cruise ships.
I prefer to be alone on vacation with my family and enjoy the tranquility.
Free from stress and work.
This great accommodation is just the right thing. We have been coming here for years.
The landlady is also a very nice, friendly woman. It just has to be said.

Great vacation to relax
We spent a wonderful week in the cottage.
Well-maintained and nicely furnished.
Contact with the landlady was friendly.
With bike and car, it is very centrally located to Wismar or Boltenhagen.
The beach is almost at the door.
Otherwise quiet and rural location.
The only downside, no Wi-Fi.
But we would come back here immediately.

Rest and relaxation
We have been staying in this bungalow for several years. If you are looking for peace, relaxation and deceleration, this is the place for you. Quiet location, not far from the beach. The village is centrally located. Wismar, Rostock, Klütz or Boltenhagen are not far away. The bungalow is equipped with everything you need. The contact with the landlady is great. She has a sympathetic ear if something is missing or needs to be replaced. Great. Always the best and most beautiful holiday for us.

Holiday at last! How is the accommodation? Is it true what it says on the internet? Yes, we felt very comfortable in this holiday home. Small kitchen, but sufficient. The bathroom with shower was also sufficient. The living room was also adapted for a holiday with a dog, which we also found very good. The beautiful large terrace invited us to linger. I would definitely recommend this holiday home. Thank you very much.

Very nice holiday home

Dear guests, in the past, we ourselves enjoyed spending our holidays in Hohen Wieschendorf because it is a spot close to nature.
