The semi-detached house built in Swedish style offers you soothing comfort for a relaxing and restful holiday with your family or friends.
The semi-detached house - House 23b - has a living area of approx. 54 sqm and is newly and modernly furnished. On the ground floor there is an open living and dining room with kitchen, a bedroom (two single beds), hallway and bathroom; on the upper floor, a large sleeping gallery (double bed) and reading corner. In the living area, a flat-screen TV with satellite reception is available to you. The bathroom has a large, floor-level/walk-in shower.
With its original Swedish red (faluröd) wooden facade, white doors and mullioned windows, and the lovingly designed outdoor area, the holiday home appears friendly and inviting. The terraces (equipped with garden furniture) and jetties are made of wood, and the majority of the fully fenced property is covered with decorative stones and discreetly planted. Due to the south-west orientation of the house, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace well into the evening hours.
Furthermore, a garden house (lockable), a garden grill, and a private parking space are available to you.

You will find the holiday home Zierow - House 23b - in the holiday home settlement "Ostseeferiendorf Zierow", in a scenic and quiet location. It is only about a 10-minute walk to the Baltic Sea coast of the Wismar Bay and the bathing beach, which is supervised by lifeguards during the summer season. Here you have many opportunities to spend your leisure time with games, fun, or sports. A children's playground, mini-golf, and a small café are located directly at the bathing beach. From the coast in Zierow you have a beautiful view of the island of Poel, which you can quickly reach by water with a boat (6 km) or by land (17 km). In the northern part of the island, the open sea and magnificent beaches await you, such as at Schwarzen Busch, Timmendorfer Strand, or in Gollwitz.
Zierow is located at the gates of the UNESCO World Heritage and Hanseatic city of Wismar (8 km), between the Hanseatic cities of Lübeck (50 km west) and Rostock (65 km east). The state capital Schwerin with its picturesque park and lake landscape and the beautiful Schwerin Castle is only 35 km from Zierow.
A visit to the Hanseatic city of Wismar is worthwhile at any time of year. This old and at the same time lively city on the Baltic Sea offers pure variety: the charm of the old harbor and the remarkable old town with a rich treasure of cultural monuments, museums, theaters, and Gothic churches. For activities, a harbor tour or the zoo, the Wonnemar leisure pool, the indoor playground Mumpitz, and many other exciting excursion destinations are available.
The Baltic Sea resorts Boltenhagen (17 km), Rerik (35 km), Kühlungsborn/Heiligendamm (45 km), and Rostock/Warnemünde (65 km) are also within easy reach and invite you to stroll or take a trip.
You will find ample shopping opportunities at MEZ Gägelow (2.5 km) or in Wismar-Wendorf (3 km). For small shopping (fresh bread rolls), the nearby village shop in Zierow is available to you.
Zierow offers you several small restaurants where you can eat well and inexpensively. Further dining options can be found in the surrounding villages or in the Hanseatic city of Wismar.
Yacht/sailing harbors nearby: Wendorf (5 km), Hohen Wieschendorf (3 km), Wismar (7 km), and at Weiße Wiek/Boltenhagen (15 km).
